Cell Phone acting spy drone?

I own a smartphone (samsung galaxy s) that has the standard front and back camera. I notice that it comes on out of sleep mode without me bumping it or fiddling with it. I do tend to wonder if big brother is checking up on me? Anyone else have odd behaving phones?

I knew that they can access our cellphones to listen in when we chat. But I think it's on no matter what with big brother listening either way. My cellphone shut down after I just randomly said bomb (5 times) and build a bomb with a full bar on my battery. Somebody test this theory with out calling anyone and ready the keyword list into your cellphone. If your phone does not lock down and shut off then mine was a fluke.
