Guess what...

THERE IS NO SECTION ON MAKING SURE THE INFORMATION IS TRUTHFUL! ONLY ON HOW TO MANIPULATE ANY PSYCHOANALYZE DATA. IN FACT, NOTHING IS TRUTHFUL OR GOOD OR BAD, IT IS ALL ABOUT "THINKING ABOUT THINKING" [WTF?] CIA - WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS, YOU USED TO ACTUALLY HAVE BRAINS!

All eyes are opened, or opening, to the rights of man. The general spread of the light of science has already laid open to every view the palpable truth, that the mass of mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them legitimately

A guy I knew use to say, the CIA is Aba daba land. I never did get his full take on why he used that term.
An old acquaintance of mine was affiliated with the agency, he had met with a guy named Colby, an x director. His take was the man was not human, could have been a robot in a skin suit.
Not all CIA employees are brain rigged, many simply do a specific job with limited clearance comparable to any firm. Even some guys with a higher level are sincerely convinced they are saving the nation, and in a percentae of some cases they are.
Analysts, contracted high brows etc in my opinion are very well paid and very involved in the intelligence community. However do they get the whole deal, this package they drew up seems to say to me they are students of human nature, that may sound ridiculous but I can't shake it.
The separation of normal human tendency's and the dissection of the masses as if we were frogs on a slab in high school biology class. A step above their level gets into the political end and elite influence.          The TDY's and contractors are an alltogether different game.
