  That says it all. N.Korea, a nation of citizens on the brink of starvation and they spend their $$ on rockets, warfare toys, kinda like the USA. 
   NK in the big picture is a drop in the bucket, the major hammer is China, and it appears that our elites and China have been in bed for some time. I'm probably wrong but the memory of Nixon and Kissinger having closed door sesions in China keeps coming back..
