I am going to the Mayodan Town Council again on March 9th 2012 to make a speech against the NDAA. I will also be giving hard copy papers to the town council, town attorney and state senator Philip E. Berger, and even the chief of police for the Mayodan Police Department.
The police have a duty to enforce and obey the law and the NDAA violates the Anti-Murder, Anti-Rape, Anti-Torture, Anti-Kidnapping, Anti-child-abduction, and other laws that are the oldest within this country. Any police enforcing the NDAA and making people disappear in my home town of Mayodan,
I will personally take those police officers to the Rockingham County court house and even the state supreme court in the event that the corrupt courts rule against me. I will start a fundraiser to pay for the legal fees or get the ACLU to help me go after any crooked cops in my home town that enforce the garbage of the Homeland Security. I will use both lawsuits and criminal charges in the court of law for the town of Mayodan.
I will make this speech to set a example to other towns and cities that the law is the law and
the NDAA is against the law.

Expect USWGO and We Are Change member Brian D. Hill to be attending the March 9th 2012 Mayodan Town Council meeting to be commenting on the Unlawful National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA/Public Law 112-81) that was signed into law by President Barack Obama on new years eye of 2011. Mr. Hill will be asking the Mayodan Police not to be following or enforcing unlawful orders whether coming from the Pentagon, the White House, the President of the United States, or even the Department of Homeland Security.
A draft document is being prepared which will also be sent to the town clerk to keep in the town records permanently. This document will also reference state statutes, federal statutes, constitutional amendments, and even common law violations that enforcing the NDAA will accomplish. The NDAA is against the law as secret arrests and torture is unlawful and is in violation of both state and national statutes. The NDAA is in violation of common law as well so any officer of the law within the vicinity of Mayodan that enforces the NDAA provisions will be punished in accordance with law and thrown into court for prosecution. Mr. Hill will even go as far as the Rockingham County Courthouse to prosecute anyone who enforces secretive arrests and torture under the color of unlawful activities. If Mr. Hill cannot afford the legal fees then legal aid fundraisers will be set up by the supporters and help Mr. Hill aid in criminally charging any person that dares to commit high treason.
Secret rape, sodomy against victims, bestiality against the victims pets, assassinations, torture, rendition, and other terrible acts done by any officer of the law or members of the military within North Carolina will be punished by me, the supporters of the Constitution, and any help from civil rights and criminal attorneys that decide to help me hold the law enforcers accountable to any crimes committed by the power grabbing executive branch. The only exception to being charged with murder is in the event of self defense or defending somebody from an attack or attempt of murder, in other words defending somebody from an attack or defending ones self is allowed even in the police departments. National defense does not make murder legal. Labeling somebody as a terrorist does not make murder legal. Murder is illegal no matter what and our military and police all know that. Labeling someone dangerous without any court hearing, and without proof to back it up does not warrant a state sanctioned execution from the power-mad Obama Administration in the White House.
They have sworn an Oath to the U.S. Constitution and even to uphold the state constitution in state offices. They even have to uphold any laws that are Constitutional.
Mr. Hill will throw the book (Town Documents submitted to the town clerk) at any officer of the law that wishes to comply with Homeland Security or the Federal Bureau of Investigation requests which include torture, rape, coercion, sodomy, bestiality, and other terrible acts that are unlawful. Even Homeland Security has to obey the law and the Constitution.
So expect USWGO's founder and We Are Change NC to peacefully submit more documents to both the town council, town clerk (to keep on the record), state Senator Philip E. Berger, and even to the chief of the Mayodan town police department to read with all of the law codes that will give any police officer the right and legal resource to disobey unlawful and Unconstitutional orders to uphold their Oath and the law.
Just because a law is passed making murder and rape legal under the guise of stopping terrorism does not make it so. There will always be psychopathic criminals and our founding fathers were well aware of that with the signing of the Deceleration of Independence and the ratification of our Constitution. Due Process must always be enforced and must never be abolished under any circumstance even under a possible terrorism attack because if we abolish Due Process then it will further harm Americans in the long run if we lose our basic human and civil rights. Losing human and civil rights is the end of human and civil dignity and would make anarchy look like a cakewalk. Mafia would look like a cakewalk if power-mad governments started killing people because it feels good to them and their power structure.
So expect Mr. Hill to make a 3 minute speech, give documentation again and statutes as to why the NDAA is unlawful, and ask the Mayodan Police to uphold their Oaths and not give in to the unlawful oppression of the tyrants in the executive branch level of corrupted powers.
