Google the Bedini SSG Motor.  I'm in the process of putting on together myself and it is very easy to build.  Maybe $200 or less worth of parts and some time tuning it once it's built.

It will allow you to access the energy available all around us every day(Radiant/From the Vacuum/Negative Energy - call it what you want).  Once you get one of these running you will truly see how the power companies have been robbing you all these years.
