The lottery is as rigged as pro wrestling
The lottery is used to give the populations false hope, keeps them from rioting
Anyone who believes in the lottery lives a hopeless life, well thats about 98% of Americans who think they're going to strike it rich and all of their problems will disappear
This is one of the tools The New World Order has and it's important to expose this big lie

Yeah, I agree - dunno if they're "rigged" per se, but at the same time if they are, I'm not surprised at all if they choose the winner ahead of time.
The common excuse I hear is how all the lottery proceeds(ticket revenue, that is) go to fund public schools, and how supposedly public education has "gotten better" b/c of this.
Wow...one NWO agenda funding another NWO agenda.

They fill the balls they don't want to come out with hotter air This is one of the ULTIMATE tools they use to control a population If somebody "wins" it's guaranteed to be fake, I'm not talking about those reg lottery's that are a mil and some change I'm talking about Mega Millions etc Even the smaller ones just as rigged But as you climb higher, the game changes Also the "amount" of so called money thats generated isn't the real amount, that's a less amount they show

“Yes, I personally am involved in it. Lottery ping-pong balls have a small valve, like a basketball or soccer ball, only it’s very tiny, and nearly invisible. We use a hypodermic needle to inject heavier-than-air gasses such as radon into the balls we don’t want to come up. At first, we tried helium in the ones we did want to rise, but they jumped up so quickly that it was obvious. Lotteries are raking in much more than if the games were honest, and people don’t know they have literally no chance!”http://www.uncoveror.com/lottery.htm

I'm always hesitant to accept these inside sources that cannot be named. It very well could be true, but gambling is exactly that...false hope. Sometimes it pays off and it usually does not. I dont think people are suckers for having a little hope. There are winners, sometimes big ones. I'd love it if a Ron Paul supporter hit it big and donated a nice chunk of change to the campaign. I'd do it myself.

It's the Horatio Alger myth. The average American still wants to hang on to this belief that maybe, just maybe, he or she just might make it big after all.

1) 90% of these "lottery winners" are people you just don't, and will never hear about - I mean there have been times where lottery winners were in my radar metroplex, but en yet, noone I knew had friends of friends of friends, etc that heard of them. See what I'm trying to say here? Usually people have friends, whose friends have their friends, etc, etc, to where if something big like this happens, you would at least hear a few peeps about when you talk to your own friends. But no, pretty much NEVER do you hear even the _existence_ of these so-called "winners". It's as if all of this putting them in the spotlight was for show-and-tell. 2) The remaining 10% of these winners are people who end up making the media spotlight(again), albeit NEGATIVELY. For example, I heard a story over a so-called "pastor" who got in trouble at a strip-bar like a couple of years after he won. I read a story on yahoo recently how some guy's co-workers took him to court and sued him b/c it was a lottery pool to begin with at his work place, and he secretly cashed all the money for himself and didn't split it with them(like they all agreed to). So it's as if these stories were manufactured by the MSM as well. Also, Hollywood entertainment uses this in their plots to pretty much make a mockery out of it - for example, I saw a "Columbo" episode where the plot centered around a family agreed on a lottery ticket together, but when the winning number came up, one member, who was cheating on his nephew by having an affair with his wife, decided to quietly keep the winnings for himself(and his nephew's wife he was having an affair with). Pretty much, the entire episode was a mockery.

George Orwell was right once again.
From "1984"
The Lottery, with its weekly pay-out of enormous prizes, was the one public event to which the proles paid serious attention. It was probable that there were some millions of proles for whom the Lottery was the principal if not the only reason for remaining alive. It was their delight, their folly, their anodyne, their intellectual stimulant. Where the Lottery was concerned, even people who could barely read and write seemed capable of intricate calculations and staggering feats of memory. There was a whole tribe of men who made a living simply by selling systems, forecasts, and lucky amulets. Winston had nothing to do with the running of the Lottery, which was managed by the Ministry of Plenty, but he was aware (indeed everyone in the party was aware) that the prizes were largely imaginary. Only small sums were actually paid out, the winners of the big prizes being non-existent persons. In the absence of any real intercommunication between one part of Oceania and another, this was not difficult to arrange.

And less not forget that "Monopoly" game at Albertson's they do every year where you get a chance to win potentially million$.
The whole thing is a scam as well - they will entice you by making you think you're *close* to winning one of the big prizes, but the CATCH is that the LAST REMAINING piece is VERY, VERY few in number, and it at best it's hanging around in just a mere few cities in the country.
The game only puts strain on on while giving you false hope.

You cannot go around claiming cheating, which is a crime, and not provide any proof. The claims made are outrageous at best, so prove it or quit spread unfounded rumors that have the potential of causing harm. I don't support or promote a lottery, the lottery, or any kind of game, of chance or not. To each their own, based on their personal beliefs. In the end, I believe it is God's will what I get, so yeah, I on occasion buy a ticket, and have won small amounts in the past, but also I usually buy just one ticket, not several, dozens or even thousands like some. Is it rigged? If it is, then a crime is being committed, and if there are people who really are aware it is happening, and they aren't stepping forward, that makes them complicit to the crime. Personally, I don't think they are rigged at all. That's silly to think. If you understood odds, you'd know they don't have to rig it. They WILL get their cut. It's built right into the odds itself. How each state misspends the funds received is another story. Hand-picking winners? Really? Again, prove it. What I think is being overlooked, is that who just upped their lotto ticket price? Well, let's see, there are only two, so that would be Powerball at $2 a ticket. Mega is still $1 a ticket. It wouldn't be the first time an opposing business put out bad press in an attempt to put the brakes on the competition because their business decisions were stupid.

I don't think its rigged either, the chances are just so high... there is no need for it to even be rigged. The house always wins because the odds are in their favor.

LOTTERY... The Tax on poor people.
How is it a tax when the individual doesn't have to participate? Yes, a portion of the proceeds goes to government, but that was, dare I say, voted on, again, a voluntary thing. What I think your really getting at is that some people are not responsible with money and bills, and some of those spend too much on such things as a lottery, for the wrong reasons. Those people will misspend their money on anything, lottery or not. They don't understand the concept that to whom much is given, much is required. The lottery may be classified as several things, but it's not a tax, but it definately is an income for government, and that is why the public should make sure those funds are responsibly used by government, or the public should take it away from government if they can't manage it properly.

So who's invested in these Lotto platforms then Keep believing it's not rigged and keep believing its in "Gods" hands, that's how they always get a heads up on people

If there is no winner Friday, the jackpot would increase to an estimated $975 million, said Athena Hernandez of the D.C. lottery. That drawing would occur Tuesday.
If this happens you can guarantee they're going all out and it's their last hurrah before the economy crashes

Actually, it IS a tax on the poor. I see people all of the time paying with food with food stamps and then spend their cash on scratch off tickets. The lower class pays no taxes, in fact they get money back in the thousands from tax credits and earned income credits and child care tax credits.
So there you have it. TAX ON THE POOR!
