What is best LEGAL case for 9/11 ?
« on: March 26, 2012, 03:27:34 am »
Hi,
I'm relatively new here on the forum, and only a year ago saw 9/11. (Duh!)
-- so excuse any improprieties and ignorance of how things are done.

POINT:
in order to 'end the rule' of the oligarchy monsters (whatever we call them) that we need to take down a bit of it, by precedence. Legally.  It's like with Al Capone -- he couldn't be prosecuted on even racketeering or any big concept of 'organized crime', but something specific, like tax evasion.  So, with 9/11 -- it's one of the 'walls in the facade'.

So, my best guess is we need a do-able legal case; one that may not get the whole enchilada, but does take a severe swipe against something in 9/11 -- because 9/11 IS 'the event that changed everything'.

Does anyone have a list of 'best lawsuits' about 9/11 that may have teeth?
Thanks,
V for Liberty -

PS:  please feel free to buddy up.

Since the perpetrators have undue influence over entire nations, the judicial system is easy to manage for them. There are plenty of lawsuits still pending 10 years after the fact. Thereís also been legislation that grants certain parties immunity from lawsuits. This is just domestic. As long as the majority of people bow down to money, this problem will continue.

Internationally, I think Iíve read about attempted lawsuits. But they didnít seem to ever go anywhere.
The number one cause of all human poverty, misery, and death is not global warming. Itís GLOBAL LYING.

This is the key...

The Administration has to date objected to the Inquiryís efforts to interview the informant in order to attempt to resolve those inconsistencies. The Administration also would not agree to allow the FBI to serve a Committee subpoena and deposition notice on the informant. Instead, written interrogatories from the Joint Inquiry were, at the suggestion of the FBI, provided to the informant. Through an attorney, the informant has declined to respond to those interrogatories and has indicated that, if subpoenaed, the informant would request a grant of immunity prior to testifying." page 51/858
