Suspected Synagogue Bomber Pleads Not Guilty
http://www.ktla.com/news/landing/ktla-synagogue-explosion,0,7684229.story
About 100 people were evacuated from the area around the synagogue after the explosion.

KTLA News
12:35 p.m. PDT, May 23, 2011

SANTA MONICA (KTLA) -- A transient accused of detonating a bomb outside a Jewish center in Santa Monica pled not guilty Monday, according to court officials.

Ron Hirsch, 60, is charged with one felony count of explosion with intent to murder, use of a destructive device and explosive to injury/destroy and possession of a destructive device. He faces up to 70 years in prison if convicted.

Hirsch, a transient also known as J. Fisher and Israel Fisher, was indicted by a federal grand jury earlier this month.

Hirsch has been in federal custody since he was caught in Cleveland after fleeing the state on a Greyhound bus.

Hirsch is accused of carrying out an explosion that sent a steel pipe encased in concrete into the side of the Chabad House, local headquarters of the ultra-Orthodox Lubavitch sect, in Santa Monica.

The makeshift 300-pound missile appeared to have been launched from a plastic trash can containing hardened cement found nearby.

Also found were several rolls of plumbing and duct tape, metal rods and three empty bags of demolition chemicals.

Hirsch was captured in Cleveland Heights, Ohio near another Jewish center.

Authorities linked the 60-year old transient to the blast using a receipt found at the scene. According to a federal arrest warrant, the receipt was for three 11-pound bags of a "demolition agent" purchased at Constar in Clovis, Calif. on April 1.

The package was shipped to Hirsch at a Santa Monica address, officials said.

The cause of the blast was initially believed to be the result of a "mechanical failure," but police later determined the blast was actually triggered by a homemade explosive device purposely placed there.

===========================

How convenient that the paper receipt survived the blast.
(Like the 911 hijacker who's passport survived the plane crashing into the WTC, incredible yes?)

How amazing that this "transient" 60-year-old guy could haul a 300-pound missile to the site.

And what coincidence: the attack was made on the Chabad Lubovich headquarters -- now, where have I heard about Chabad Lubovitch..hmm... oh yes, here:

This story reeks of false flag.
And one false flag leads to others...

Do you think it's possible shift in attitude happened after the Rabbi and his wife were slaughtered in front of their toddler in Mumbai? Do you think it's possible that one of the 'opportunities' taken during this 'crisis' was to send a message to the folks of Chabad Lubavitch? Do you think they got the message?

Terrorists target Mumbai Jewish centre

For thousands of Jewish travellers visiting Mumbai each year – ranging from Orthodox business people to young Israeli backpackers – the five-year old Chabad House was an important port of call, offering services that ranged from Kosher meals to holiday services to the sympathetic ear of a young rabbi.

But on Wednesday night, the Chabad House was one of the carefully-selected targets of the devastating terror attacks that rocked Mumbai. An Israeli rabbi connected to Chabad House was among at least three people being held hostage by gunmen. According to Reuters a woman and a child were released and one of the gunmen was killed. However, at least four armed men remained in the building by mid afternoon on Thursday Mumbai time.

The choice of the Chabad House as a target, heightening suspicions about the attackers’ potential international links, or influences.

India’s own radical Muslims have traditionally focused their wrath on the dominant Hindu population and has never previously targetted India’s tiny and diminishing indigenous Jewish community, which number just a few thousand.

The founders of the Chabad centre, Rabbi Gabriel Holtzberg, a young Israeli who also holds US citizenship, and his wife Rifka, were part of the Chabad Lubovitch movement, which is dedicated to deepening religious practice and observation among Jews – both faithful and secular.

UPDATE: Mumbai-Based Rabbi and Wife Killed in Terrorist Attacks

Rabbi Gavriel and Rivkah Holtzberg, the beloved directors of Chabad-Lubavitch of Mumbai, were killed during one of the worst terrorist attacks to strike India in recent memory.

Jewish communities around the world reacted with shock to the loss of the couple, who were killed Thursday at their Chabad House during an apparent standoff between Indian military forces and terrorists. Also killed at the Chabad House were kosher supervisors Rabbi Leibish Teitelbaum of New York and American-Israeli Bentzion Chroman. Citing confirmation from Israel's Foreign Ministry, the English Web site of Yediot Achronot reported the identity of a fifth victim as Israeli woman Yocheved Orpaz. At least one other hostage was reportedly killed.

Synagogue Bomber Pleads Not Guilty… Claims He Was Campaigning For Ron Paul
http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=685_1331009453
"had been in New Hampshire volunteering with the Ron Paul campaign at the time of the attacks"

In this photo provided by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in
Hackensack, N.J., Aakash Dalal is shown, Friday, March 2, 2012.

Dalal, 19, of New Brunswick, N.J. was charged in the January firebombings of two synagogues in northern New Jersey.
A second man was charged in a series of attacks on New Jersey synagogues in January. Aakash Dalai pleaded not guilty. He claims he
was campaigning for Ron Paul.

Vos Iz Neias reportd:
A second man charged in a series of attacks on synagogues that included the January firebombing of a house of worship where a
rabbi and several family members were sleeping pleaded not guilty on Monday.

Aakash Dalal, 19, of New Brunswick, appeared in court shackled at the waist and wearing a prison-issued orange jumpsuit.
He is accused of encouraging another defendant, Anthony Graziano, by showing him how to make the bombs, though Dalal is not believed to have
participated in the acts themselves.

Attorney Chris DiLorenzo entered the not guilty plea on Dalal’s behalf. Dalal faces charges including conspiracy, aggravated arson, bias
intimidation and criminal mischief in the series of attacks…

…“It’s my opinion that he’s being prosecuted more for the use of malicious words than criminal behavior,” DiLorenzo said of the charges
against Dalal. “Malicious words aren’t criminal acts.”

Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli has characterized Dalal as an instigator in the January firebombings, allegedly carried out by
then-19-year-old Graziano. Molinelli has said Graziano was motivated by “anti-Jewish animus, a bias against them; an intent to harm them.” He
hasn’t given a motive for Dalal’s alleged actions.

A few days after Graziano’s Jan. 24 arrest, authorities found several Molotov cocktails made from glass beer bottles that they said they were
able to traced to Graziano, in a wooded area about 100 yards from the Paramus Jewish Community Center.

DiLorenzo said Monday that Dalal had been in New Hampshire volunteering with the Ron Paul campaign at the time of the attacks, and could not have participated.

Hackensack, NJ - Second Synagogue Firebomb Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

Molinelli has said Graziano was motivated by “anti-Jewish animus, a bias against them; an intent to harm them.” He hasn’t given a motive for Dalal’s alleged actions.

Prosecutors say Graziano and Dalal, who both grew up in the northern New Jersey borough of Lodi, were childhood friends.

Graziano has pleaded not guilty to charges including nine counts of attempted murder. He initially was held on $5 million bail but that was later reduced by a judge to $2.5 million. Dalal, who was enrolled last semester at Rutgers University, is also being held on $2.5 million bail.

On the morning of Jan. 3, authorities responded to a fire at Congregation K’Hal Adath Jeshuran in Paramus, when members smelled gas in the building and contacted authorities. Fire and police officials determined an accelerant had been used in the rear of the building to start a fire. The fire had quickly burned itself out, and no injuries were reported.

Eight days later, police said Molotov cocktails were thrown at Congregation Beth El in Rutherford, igniting a fire in the second-floor bedroom of Rabbi Nosson Schuman’s residence. The rabbi, his wife, five children and his parents were sleeping at the time and escaped serious injury.

A few days after Graziano’s Jan. 24 arrest, authorities found several Molotov cocktails made from glass beer bottles that they said they were able to traced to Graziano, in a wooded area about 100 yards from the Paramus Jewish Community Center.

DiLorenzo said Monday that Dalal had been in New Hampshire volunteering with the Ron Paul campaign at the time of the attacks, and could not have participated.

He admitted that prosecutors were alleging that Dalal had been present for incidents that took place in the weeks leading up to the fire bombings, when police said anti-Semitic graffiti was discovered at synagogues in Hackensack and Maywood.

“Mere presence at the scene of a crime is not a crime,” DiLorenzo said.

==============================

It's quite a stretch to connect Ron Paul to Synagogue bombings carried out by a guy who was not involved in any way with the Ron Paul campaign - but they did it by connecting that guy to another guy who is a supporter.

They are terrified that Ron Paul might WIN.

It was a stretch to connect "synagogue bomber" to "Ron Paul" in a headline; they worked hard to do that. What a pile of crap: the only thing that the "Ron Paul supporter" is alleged to have done is: "encourage" the actual bomber to do so.

As far as I know, it's not a crime to encourage bad behavior in another person.
Or is it?
Should we be worried about expressing our opinions, in case they may be seen as encouragement for someone else who wants to commit a violent act?

This is 100% concocted bs arrest in order to connect Ron Paul to the (non-Ron-Paul-supporting) alleged bomber.
