Give a small discourse on what you can do legally when your rights are violated. For example : suing a cop when he oversteps authority, or a school official, bureaucrat violates the rules. Run us through the basics with a lawyer who knows the process and some hints on the do's and dont's.

This is an excellent idea.  I could even see a weekly ~20min spot for analyzing a scenario that was in the news that week (no shortage of cases, right!) and going over how the individual could have and/or should have handled the situation, and how we can avoid the pitfalls of their mistakes (in context) if we should ever find ourselves in a similar situation.

Staple contributors that bring useful (read: practical) information for infowarriors to utilize would be great.  Not that we don't get this to a certain degree already from AJ and crew, but it's generally not so obvious as he's typically covering a story and bringing his perspective on it... not exactly the same thing, imo.

Thanks, jo!!  That site rocks!

The Lawyer's Corner is a resource for attorneys, and for individuals bringing cases on their own behalf, to view the court documents (the legal complaints and subsequent pleadings filed by the parties) of important recent ID related cases. It is through the open sharing of these legal documents that common litigation pitfalls can be avoided and better strategies developed.

My pleasure, Jo. I just got a little frustrated when one of the guests was going to talk about his lawsuit and along came a break AND . . . gone !

I like the Lawyers Project, thanx again, MPuppet.

Note, aspects of legal rights, obligations, processes, etc., are going to vary depending upon which jurisdiction you are in, for example different counties in a state may do things slightly differently, states differ in laws, and even federal law is interpreted differently in different federal circuits.  Any nationwide broadcast is going to have to be followed up with your specific local details.
