Fake, the guy set a stage to make himself look like he predicted this years ago. The video itself is too... digital. No feeling of being on video tape, which is what they would have used. The pixels are too defined. It's just too refined to have been taped in the 80's. And having seen a recent photo of him, he hasn't aged either.
