Make sure everyone you know who knows anyone who knows anyone in South Carolina is aware of the following...

* Fox News' illegal Voter Supression * ATTN: Attorneys for RP

Submitted by Jay1 on Mon, 01/16/2012 - 14:24.

By continuing to say that South Carolina has a closed Primary, Fox News is engaging in Voter Suppression, and it is illegal.

Forget about e-mailing Fox News; some lawyers need to contact the SC Attorney General, and the Federal and SC Election Commissions (see below). An injunction against Fox News is in order.

Where are Attorneys for Ron Paul?

http://www.facebook.com/AttorneysForRonPaul

"Voter suppression is a strategy to influence the outcome of an election by discouraging or preventing people from exercising their right to vote. It is distinguished from political campaigning in that campaigning attempts to change likely voting behavior by changing the opinions of potential voters through persuasion and organization. Voter suppression instead attempts to reduce the number of voters who might vote against the candidate or proposition advocated by the suppressors.

"The tactics of voter suppression can range from minor 'dirty tricks' that make voting inconvenient, up to blatantly illegal activities that physically intimidate prospective voters to prevent them from casting ballots. Voter suppression could be particularly effective if a significant amount of voters are intimidated individually because the voter might not consider his or her single vote important."

FOX Lies About SC Primary

"FOX is clearly trying to sabotage the election by claiming falsely that it is a closed primary. Here is what the South Carolina Election Commission has to say:

"'Q. Do I have to be a registered Republican to participate in the Republican Presidential Primary?

A. No, S.C. does not have registration by party. The Presidential Primary is open to all registered S.C. voters.'"

Just watched Bret Baer bring up Ron Paul just to reinforce that SC primary is closed. This is so blatant I am about to go ballistic. Someone please get word to the campaign to have Dr. Paul set this straight on the debate tonight and call Fox out on this.

The military's small and old?

Really?

What about the secret space-plane program?

What about the bio weapons development??

What about the DARPA Rooms with all the monkeys in-front of the television screens as test subjects etc.???

What about all of the secret underground-military-bases being built ALL OVER THE FREAKING COUNTRY?!?!?!?

Is this all a conspiracy-theory according to the person who was answering the question?

Because I have news for this guy:

THAT'S WHERE ALL THE MONEY IS GOING.

I've already made my point, but lets go overboard:

The weapons satellites in space.

The Black Ops. groups that the american people don't even know exist. (Black Water is pretty much the only black ops group that is known to the public while the rest are STILL classified.)

What about this thing?

This is the SAME logic as the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports scam game.

They TELL US that they need more money because they don't have enough.

But in TRUTH, they have SO MUCH MONEY THAT THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT ALL.

I'm watching the replay of the debate.

The war mongers were crazy tonight.  They want more war.

They were spewing out the myths of 9/11 and the killing of OBL in Pakistan.

Romney said he would sign the NDAA as is----like Obama did.

IT WAS ONE INSANE NIGHT and the South Carolinians were wanting more blood--more wars.

AJ will probably dissect this debate tomorrow.

I would like to read the transcript.

IMO, the # 1 insane statement was by Santorum when he said that Ron Paul is working to get rid of the 2nd Amendment (paraphrase).  What an outrage.  Ron Paul,as we know, is the defender of all parts of the US Constitution.

How do Gun Owners of America rate the Republican candidates on preserving and defending the 2nd Amendment?

     Ron Paul.............A+
     Rick Perry...........A
     Rick Santorum.....B-
     Newt Gingrich......C
     Mitt Romney........D-

If you're a relative newcomer, you may be thinking: "Gun Owners of America? Who are they?"

----------------------------

http://gunowners.org/protect.htm

About Gun Owners of America

Gun Owners of America (GOA) is a non-profit lobbying organization formed in 1975 to preserve and defend the Second Amendment rights of gun owners. GOA sees firearms ownership as a freedom issue.

GOA was founded in 1975 by Sen. H.L. (Bill) Richardson (now retired). Richardson continues to serve as the Chairman of Gun Owners of America, bringing his many years of political experience to the leadership of GOA. Richardson is also an avid hunter and outdoorsman.

The GOA Board of Directors brings over 100 years of combined knowledge and experience on guns, legislation and politics. GOA's Board is not satisfied with the "status quo." Americans have lost some of our precious gun rights and WE WANT THEM BACK! This is why GOA is considered the "no compromise" gun lobby.

From state legislatures and city councils to the United States Congress and the White House, GOA represents the views of gun owners whenever their rights are threatened.

GOA has never wavered from its mission to defend the Second Amendment -- liberty's freedom teeth, as George Washington called it.

Over the last 30 years, GOA has built a nationwide network of attorneys to help fight court battles in almost every state in the nation to protect gun owner rights. GOA staff and attorneys have also worked with members of Congress, state legislators and local citizens to protect gun ranges and local gun clubs from closure by overzealous government anti-gun bureaucrats.

As an example, GOA fought for and won, the right of gun owners to sue and recover damages from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) for harassment and unlawful seizure of firearms.

Associated with GOA are: Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund, Gun Owners of California and Gun Owners Foundation.

Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund is the political action arm of GOA. It raises funds to support the election of pro-gun candidates at all levels of government. GOA has a record of helping pro-gun candidates defeat anti-gunners in hundreds of races across the country over the past 30 years, and will continue to do so as long as our supporters provide the necessary financial resources.

Gun Owners of California operates solely within California, where it was also founded by Senator Richardson to address the pivotal gun issues arising in that state.

Gun Owners Foundation is a non-profit, tax-deductible education foundation. It is the research arm of GOA. Among the activities sponsored by GOF are seminars which inform the public, the media and government officials about key issues affecting the Second Amendment. GOF also publishes books and articles concerning gun issues as they affect people throughout the world.

Strength comes with numbers, and the more concerned Americans join Gun Owners of America, the more we can do to protect the Second Amendment and our freedom. We need you! Shouldn't you become a member of Gun Owners of America? Join here.

We need to get this out to every gun owner in America.

I suppose Obama rates an F.

One of the most insane...certainly.

I thought Ron could have answered that better.  I mean he should have spiked that one home, was very short with his answer and underspoken.

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) -- U.S. Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry drew Turkey's ire on Tuesday after suggesting the country is ruled by Islamic terrorists and questioning its NATO membership.

Turkey's Foreign Ministry released a scathing statement saying Perry's comments were "baseless and inappropriate" and that the U.S. has no time to waste with candidates "who do not even know their allies."

Perry, the Texas governor whose candidacy briefly soared when he entered the race in August but whose shine faded after a series of weak debate performances, said Turkey was ruled by "what many would perceive to be Islamic terrorists" and questioned the country's NATO membership.

Bye bye Perry!

I thought what Perry was saying last night about Turkey wasn't true.

Of course most of his statements have been baseless and pointless.

Ha ha....   Ron Paul is kicking @$$ even right-wing radio is reluctantly covering him now as opposed to 2 months ago when it was all Herman Cain.   Cheesy

I even heard some right-wing radio hosts try to spin it saying... why isn't Ron Paul put up to the same level of scrutiny as the other candidates.

To which I reply:  Cuz they are too busy ignoring him to give him any kind of scrutiny you dumb $#!t.  You can't have it both ways.

Talk about spin !!!!!!!!!!
