these videos are interesting for a few reasons.
  First, they are having the people casually write in the name of their candidate, rather than letting them circle the name (the 10% of people with tremor control problems in their hand or crappy handwriting will have trouble having their vote interpreted).

Next, who is this crowd of people 'volunteering' to determine the intent of the voters. It includes the highly partisan poller Frank Luntz, who probably has a very preferred candidate.

These caucuses are a bit awkward. I support town hall meetings in general, or civil participation, but if you have to argue your preference in front of your neighbors, there can be sharp consequences to picking certain candidates and then getting fires by your boss or hated by your neighbor
