My understanding is that each precinct or maybe county has a number of delegates and that when they report a precinct, they also report who won the precinct. I have reported some of the RP wins. I have not heard of one precinct going to Santorum, this looks like we are all looking at a fake horse race like in the movie THE STING.
Search for the RP campaign having people reporting from the precincts.

Even in this precinct where the establishment has been hot and heavy, Santorum placed 4th. They may even be taking some votes from Romney too so that they are not all from Paul. Shit, they may be taking a percentage from each candidate and dumping it into a SANTORUM pile of NWO goo! The republican party will make him the nominee or there likely will no longer be a republican party and that is not me saying it, that is almost every computer model out there. Keep in mind that a lot of people are recording the actual presincts on camera so if they attempt to rig they will be caught red handed on camera... ;DThey can not change the presinct results with all of the cameras present and also Paul has supporters witnessing the counts.
