Thanks for the post. This is not to state that chemtrails are not having an impact on wildlife.  Frances Mangels work, as shown in the documentary What In The World Are they Spraying? shows that chemtrails are having an impact.

Considering that most birds navigate via magnetics, there is no telling. because if they are able to navigate due to magnetics, then that means they are sensitive to the types of fields that HAARP generates.
