1) POST a YouTube video (or any other thing, that has a ranking system attached to it)
2) GIVE a brief description why people should GIVE negative rating for it (and flag for spam/mass advert etc...) !!!
3) people make their voice heard by voting!

NB! "comment pending approval" is enabled on the video and they have filtered out ONLY THOSE COMMENTS which actually ADMIRE !!!! the party !! can you believe that?
(i wont even mention the party member's loans from the foreign banks!!!!)

the main point is that they are spreading propaganda and filtering out alternative comments ! (+ youtube doesnt allow mass advertisements in videos?)

this video promises elderly people(pensioners?) that their income will rise in 2012, although the government just raised the retirement age which was also suggested by the OECD!!! and even if the extra income would be nice, the INFLATION WILL EAT EVERYTHING !!! they dont talk about these real issues! doing that might restrict the video for an age group and therefore block the video for non-logged-in users, which stops spreading puppet videos around!!!!!
