A We Are Change Ireland member attended the People Movement’s discussion, where Patricia McKenna (MEP) spoke about how higher authorities in neutral Ireland are planning on profiting from the development of an EU Military-Industrial complex, a war industry to rival the U.S.

A buddy of mine from county Galway and I spoke about the rumors associated with development in Ireland. He was absolutely convinced that Shannon Airport only exists from US and NATO money for military purposes. I don't remember much of the conversation after because it was a couple years ago that we talked about it but he mentioned the building of infrastructure for a bigger EU military... I will have to send him an email.

Already sent it to him around Xmas. We argue because he can't see what the EU and UN truly are so he's still caught up in being a liberal albeit a very well informed one.

He also spits out a mantra of the Irish economy developing as a result of EU membership.

That old chestnut the economy  ,the country is in credit debt to the tune of  around 300 million euro in a population of 4 million.Tell him to stop listening to the crap on R.T.E. news.

R.T.E just as a side note advertised Loose Change 2nd Edition for 2 weeks to show on T.V. and the night before pulled it and there reason was the producers said because of the final cut been made at the time that it would be better just to wait,even though we know that 2nd Edition and Final Cut show almost different material.
