Would anyone know why the U.S. military would be involved in building a Boy Scout camp in West Virginia and why are there so many armed soldiers keeping constant patrol on the property?

They are building a high adventure camp out there and the land used to be government property, but military involvement sounds very strange. How do you know this?

My brother in law is one of the drivers that's been delivering cement to be poured at the site. He said its ridiculous the process he has to go through to get from the entrance to the spot where the forms are.

Ask him to snap a low-key picture. I'd be curious to see armed guards at a yet-to-open scout camp. Homeland Security guards is my guess, since there is going to be a Jamboree there next year which will bring many thousands.
