Jon Huntsman and Herman Cain were also invited, however, both candidates have passed on the event. It doesn't appear that Fox is going to be airing this over the web... not the first time they did TV-only. I guess the TV audience is easier to manipulate than the web audience.
Hopefully there will be a ustream or other of it.
