U.S. home prices down 1.1% in Sept: CoreLogic
7 November 2011
, by Greg Robb - Washington (MarketWatch)
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/us-home-prices-down-11-in-sept-corelogic-2011-11-07

U.S. home prices fell 1.1% in September, the second consecutive monthly decline, according to CoreLogic.

Year-over-year, prices are down 4.1%.

Excluding distressed sales such as short sales and real estate-owned transactions, year-over-year prices fell 1.1%.

Mark Fleming, chief economist for CoreLogic, said prices will continue to adjust to market fundamentals of high inventories and weak demand.

"We expect declines to continue through the winter," Fleming said.

The CoreLogic HPI is a repeat-sales index that tracks increases and decreases in sales prices for the same homes over time.

btw Was lookin at some pics from Montana and it seems to be a beatiful area, loads of skiing I quess.

Been in the Italian Alps years ago when it was full up snowing still in March. Must say that the sight of these big Alps and full up snowing took my breath away, just beatiful.

Also liked the Italian people in the still untouched villages deep into the Italian Alps. Not yet spoiled by over tourism. Liked that.

Montana: http://www.google.co.uk/maps?q=montana&layer=c&ll=48.617605,-113.880050&cbll=48.617605,-113.880050&photoid=po-1082371&z=4&ei=OU-6Ttj1CcvsOYq3xdII&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=photo-link&cd=3&resnum=5&sqi=2&ved=0CGEQ8wEoAjAE

Some economical facts to draw your own conclusion:

FACT: Banks are Insolvent

FACT: Debt Technically and Practically Unpayable

FACT: House Prices keep Declining/ Deleveraging Continues

FACT: QE/Money Printing World Wide

FACT: Inflation World Wide

FACT: Dollar decline with other currencies/ The Valuta War

FACT: Gold and Silver rise

FACT: Austerity doesn’t work

FACT: Unemployment Increases

FACT: World Wide Economic Slump

Wonna know somtin else? It's A Fact! Grin

We are in the Greatest Depression-------Gerald Celente.

Letsbereal, if you ever come to Montana go to Big Sky, Montana for some of the best skiing in the world.  There are 140 ski runs there AND NO LINES.  You'll be safe there.  Bill Gates and other NWO Scum have mansions there.
