Alex needs to speak to this guy on the program. He is one of the first Register of Deeds in the entire U.S. to file a lawsuit against the five big Wall Street banks. He knows this foreclosure fraud mess inside and out on the local & national level and can explain it in a way that everyone can understand.

Bump - I forgot to mention that Hertell, on behalf of the people of Ingham County -  has also sued Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Here is Hertell in a great interview from October 7 on a local Lansing radio show:

UPDATE: More info on how Ingham County and Hertell are fighting for it's citizens in robo-signing cases.

Quote
Careful examination of other documents signed by Stoudemire "reveals at least two distinct signatures," Thompson wrote in a document in the case, which is underway in Ingham County 55th District Court.

If at least two people were signing documents as Robert Stoudemire, the filing reads, "there is no reason to believe that any of these documents actually contains the signature of the real Robert Stoudemire."

The response from the opposing counsel was that Jenks simply doesn't have the legal standing to make that sort of challenge, forged signature or no.
