CPS will swat team folks who teach their children christian values and to distrust the broad sweeping power of government, and corporations... the fact that the community hasn't gone ballistic tells me volumes about the community, the corrupt CPS, and the whole corrupt system.

Okay, I don't condone same-sex parents persuading or conditioning children to feel conflicted with their sexuality (which doesn't seem to be the case here, btw), but I have to inject a bit of consistency here.

Many here repeatedly blast the government for interfering with parental decisions... vaccines, public education, enrolling in social security, psychotropic drugs, punishment, etc.  However, when it comes to things you don't like, you seemingly don't mind the government interfering with parental decisions.  That's somewhat selective, don't you think?

It might also be prudent to reserve judgement seeing as how there has, as yet, been no proof that his/her lesbian parents had any influence on the child's decision.  It may very well turn out to be a mistake down the road, but that's for the kid to work out with his/her parents.

So far, a psychiatrist has diagnosed him with gender identity disorder.  I realize that the locale makes the whole thing extremely questionable, but until we see a rash of cases like this, is it not possible that this kid really truely feels as if he is a girl?  After all, this very forum contains a vast amount of research on the feminization of young males and the emasculating effects of BPA and other contaminants.
