A local bus stop in my hometown of Miami has got this advertisement, bearing the words "I Love Tap Water" inside of a water drop. I've heard of many studies suggesting that flouridated tap water, after drinking it consistently for many years, can have a cummulative effect, leading to things like autism and infertility. I haven't done the necessary reserach, but it wouldn't surprise me. Putting aside flouride, though, the concept of the government telling me what to drink or SHOULD drink just bothers me.
