On Sunday, D’Iberville police found Wright, 43, stabbed to death in her apartment there.

Once in Washington in her new job, she says she tried to refuse to have sex with him, but "Clark exhibited an attitude including body language which conveyed that he was entitled to have sex with the plaintiff if she wanted to maintain her job and it so scared the plaintiff that she backed off her stance and even suggested make-up sex."

Clark also monitored her in Washington, "particularly her movements and communications with other people and he sought to restrict, insulate and isolate the plaintiff so as to maintain and continue his control and dominion over her," she claims. "There was an expectation that the plaintiff would be providing Clark sex and he treated the plaintiff as if she was his sex slave," the complaint states.

A top federal Transportation Security Administration official who until 2008 worked at O’Hare Airport is being held in a Mississippi jail, accused of murdering a co-worker.

Ruben Orlando Benitez — whose family still lives in Chicago — is charged with the murder of TSA worker Stacey Wright, 43.

Mississippi authorities allege Ruben Orlando Benitez stabbed Wright to death at her home in D’Iberville, a city of less than 7,500 people halfway between Mobile and New Orleans on the Gulf Coast.

He began as a screener at O’Hare but was promoted to transportation security manager before he was transferred to Jackson, Miss., where he was assistant federal security director, according to the TSA.

Benitez had worked with Wright at Jackson Airport and had a relationship with her, D’Iberville Police spokesman Clay Jones said.

Wright’s body was found with multiple stab wounds at her home Sunday after her family contacted police, saying she wasn’t answering calls, Jones said. She had been dead for two or three days and there was evidence of a struggle or altercation, he said.

After speaking to witnesses and co-workers, authorities developed a lead that resulted in the arrest of Benitez, he added.

Benitez remained jailed Tuesday in the Harrison County Adult Detention Center, where his bond is $3 million.

His wife, Marianne Benitez, who still lives on the Near Northwest Side in Hermosa, declined to comment Thursday.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A federal Transportation Security Administration employee has been arrested in connection with the molestation of a girl, Orange County sheriff's deputies said. The man told investigators he planned to make her his "sex slave," according to the arrest report uncovered by Local 6.

According to jail records, Charles Henry Bennett, 57, works as a TSA employee at Orlando International Airport, and was booked into the Orange County Jail early Friday morning after a 15-year-old girl came forward claiming Bennett touched her inappropriately when she was 12, deputies said.

A TSA spokesperson reached late Saturday night said it would not be possible for her reveal whether Bennett’s employment status with the agency was impacted by his arrest until Monday at the earliest.

Bennett’s apparent MySpace page says Bennett wants to meet “submissive females” and is a swinger who is a master of BDSM, which stands for bondage, dominance, sadism and masochism.

Investigators wrote that Bennett was also very forward in his statement to them.

A former Orlando TSA security officer arrested for allegedly molesting a minor pleaded no contest to one charge today and was sentenced to 10 years' sex-offender probation.

Bennett, 58, could have received a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison for the felony.

A victim told deputies Bennett asked her to be his sex slave and fondled her against her will.

When Charles Henry Bennett was arrested last year, he was employed by the Transportation Security Administration. Now he is unemployed, his attorney said in court.

A Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employee accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Georgia has also spent time in jail for stalking and harassment, an investigation by WTSB-TV has found.

Randall Scott King, 49, was left in critical condition when he attempted suicide Tuesday evening after allegedly abducting, and sexually assaulting a woman, then giving her a suicide note to deliver.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that King, who worked at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, kidnapped the woman from the Lakewood MARTA station Wednesday night.

King allegedly restrained the woman in the parking lot and drove her to his home where the sexual assault is said to have taken place. The woman said that she was then released and given a suicide note, with instructions for delivery. When a relative took the woman to the Police Department, she was still wearing the "leopard print, novelty handcuffs."

After a review of Clinton County court records, WTSB-TV's Tom Regan found that "King was charged with nine offenses of harassment and stalking by communication in January 2001."

A court clerk told Regan that King pleaded guilty and spent three months in jail for skipping a court appearance.

The WTSB-TV reporter found that misdemeanor harassing and stalking is not included on the TSA's long list of "disqualifying offenses."

Brent Brown, a security expert in Smyrna, Georgia, told Regan that King should not have been employed by the TSA.
"This type of misdemeanor, this is harassment," Brown said. "You're putting a person in a public area. I would say that would disqualify him for employment."

On Wednesday, Transportation Security Administration worker David Ralph Anderson, 61, was arrested at the Elko Area Regional Airport and charged with six counts of lewdness with a child.

Anderson had been under investigation since July, when the Elko County Sheriff’s Office was notified of alleged sexual contact between Anderson and the young girl.

According to court documents, the girl told detectives that on as many as 10 separate occasions between 2010 and 2011, Anderson instructed her how to perform various sex acts and engaged in mutual sexual contact with her.

Anderson also reportedly told the victim to sleep with him in his bed and taught her to say various vulgarities, made her watch pornographic videos, gave her alcohol, rubbed lotion over her body, kissed and fondled her.

Anderson is being held in the Elko County Jail on $250,000 bail.

This is only the latest incident involving a TSA worker accused of committing crimes against children.

-March 2011, TSA screener Thomas Gordon Jr. working at Philadelphia International Airport was arrested and charged with distributing child pornography.

Gordon, who began working for the TSA in 2005, allegedly uploaded more than 100 pornographic images of young girls via Facebook and Photobucket. One of the pictures was reportedly of Gordon in his blue TSA uniform.

The federal indictment says that Gordon used multiple Facebook accounts “to upload and store images of sexual exploitation of minor children.”

-November 2010, Transportation Security Administration agent Sean Shanahan, 45, of Winthrop, Massachusetts has been arrested and charged with statutory rape, enticement of a child and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.

Winthrop Police began their investigation when the girl’s father saw sexually explicit text messages on his daughter’s cell phone, allegedly sent by Shanahan.  Shanahan worked as a TSA agent at Logan International Airport in Boston.

I too have pondered on this. Who would seek employment TSA. Clealry those who are on the border of poverty,Excample: (employment adds on pizza boxes) steady work decent pay and they definetly don't consider the job scope. I beleive it is necessary for them to convince themselves this is a unaviodable concequence.

Perry Hall, MD - It's the talk of the neighborhood.

Not just because of the nature of what happened.

But because no one really knew what happened.

County police arrested 41 year old Michael Scott Wilson and have charged him with possessing and distributing child pornography.

That arrest happened back on September 27th, and Wilson is out on bail.

In charging documents police officers say they were able to download a file through a peer to peer network which featured a pre-teen girl having sex with an adult.

They traced the file back to Wilson.

“On September 12th our detectives initiated an investigation involving suspected distribution of child pornography during this investigation they were able to link some of these issues back to a computer that was being used by Michael Wilson they executed a search warrant and were able to recover evidence leading to the charges.” County Police Spokesman Kathy Batten says.

Wilson admitted to county police that he had downloaded images of children...some as young as toddlers...having sex with adults.

They found images on his computer and on discs stored in a safe in the house.

“The allegations against this individual in no way reflect on the outstanding job our more than 50,000 security officers do every day to ensure the security of the traveling public.”
