when it comes to the State. might is right. cause we could ask if Kuwait had the right be a country. or if the U.S./England and others have the right to keep certain places as "commonwealths".

As current policies stand might is definitely right. If you can conquer a land and have a media propaganda apparatus set up to justify it then you are always in the right according to today's foreign policy procedures. Now whether that land is blessed or cursed by The Most High is an entirely different conversation. I truly believe its cursed because of the foreigners occupying the land and that's why there is endless fighting in the region.
