Just discovered that this guy who was running the "drill" at "precisely the same stations at the same time as the attacks" on 7/7 was also at the Oxford circus fire in London in 1984 "leading people to safety".

What bad luck eh?

An objective look at Peter Power's career

Aside from his connection to 7/7, Peter Power has a long and interesting history of involvement with terrorist incidents in London and with disasters on the underground. His distinguished career includes being deputy forward controller at the scene of the shooting of WPC Yvonne Fletcher, an incident that occurred during the Libyan People's Bureau siege, as well taking a senior role in the Oxford Circus underground fire and the King's Cross station fire operations. (more at link)

Good summary. This includes his response to the WAC interview, the MI-6 rocket attack, and connections to Guliani during 9/11.
