Stage collapse during Smith Westerns show in Belgium kills at least 3HASSELT, Belgium - Three people were killed after a storm ripped through a pop festival in Belgium on Thursday during a show by Chicago band Smith Westerns. A further 40 festival-goers were injured, seven of them seriously, when a brief burst of high winds and heavy rain flattened tents, uprooted trees, pulled the roof off a stage and brought down giant screens, officials said. Some 60,000 to 65,000 mainly young people were attending the sold-out festival when the storm struck late in the afternoon. One was killed on the festival grounds and another on a campsite, Hilde Claes, mayor of the eastern Belgian city of Hasselt told a news conference. The local fire service later said a third person had died. Smith Westerns front man Cullen Omori tweeted this afternoon: "Stage collapsed max almost got crushed by the tress. I hope pukkelpop has insurance bc all our (expletive) is broke." He later confirmed that no one in Smith Westerns was hurt in the crash. The three-day Pukkelpop festival was set to have featured rapper Eminem and bands Foo Fighters and The Offspring. Continued...WTH??  |

Just curious...
This event had a line up like: Foo Fighters ( The Pretenders - Anti-NWO) and Eminem (Anti-NWO), but I am not so sure about Offspring? |

Setting the stage = setting the meme...strange weather and freak events are normal now and to be expected... Super tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods, droughts, nuclear disasters, "flash" riots, ...welcome to the decade of doom...watch out for the zombies (hat tip CDC), and remember "if you see something, say something" (hat tip Janet N.) b'cos there are lone wolves everywhere...I know so b'cos the pResident told me so. Wait wait wait.... staged collapse? Has anyone seen the video of the storm that knocked the stage over? Ah I get it... it was HAARP, they created the storm and made the stage collapse yeah yeah sure sure. I see it now. There is no way that a heavy storm can knock down a stage no no no. Thats like saying a storm can deroof a house... pff that never happened before right?
