Imperial Unity

British Consulate
New York City
June 10, 1919

"The Right Honorable David Lloyd George,

Sir:

I was highly honored by your personal letter of May 24 last (written same week as Paris meeting), and wish to thank you for the cordial expression of approval of my work which it contained. You were very good enough to require from me a frank and confidential account of the campaign conducted under my direction in this country, together with such suggestions as might further help to lead it speedily to a successful conclusion. As the campaign had been under way for a considerable time before you were called to direct the destinies of England, I shall review it from its commencement, and, emboldened by your sanction, I shall freely make whatever suggestions seem to me good.

From the moment of my arrival here, it was evident to me that such an Anglo-American alliance as would ultimately result in the peaceful return of the American Colonies to the dominion of the Crown could be brought about only with the consent of the dominant group of the controlling clans.

For those who can afford the universities, we are, as I have already mentioned, plentifully supplying British-born or trained professors, lecturers, and presidents. A Canadian-born admiral now heads the United States Naval College. We are arranging for a greater interchange of professors between the two countries. The student interchange could be much improved. The Rhodes scholarships are inadequate in number. I would suggest that the Carnegie trustees be approached to extend to American students the benefits of the scheme by which Scottish students are subsidised at Scottish universities. If necessary, a grant from the treasury should be obtained for this excellent work, which however, should remain for the present -- at least outwardly -- private enterprise...

Through the Red Cross, the Scout movement, the YMC, the church, and other humane, religious, and quasi-religious organizations, we have created an atmosphere of international effort which strengthens the idea of unity of the English-speaking world. In the co-ordination of this work, Mr. Raymond Fosdick, formerly of the Rockefeller Foundation, has been especially conspicuous. I would also like to mention President Nicholas Murray Butler of Columbia University, who has eloquently advocated this form of internationalism and carefully emphasize its distinction from the false internationalism which is infecting the proletariat.

The Overseas Club in this country now contains nearly hundred thousand pledged members with a Journal of their own. Our thanks are due to Lord St. George's, St. David's, St. Andrew's, and Pilgrim Clubs, together with the Daughters of the Empire. the Prince of Wales Fund, and the other association and guilds connected with our multitudinous war charities enable us to pervade all sections and classes of the country, and provide us with a force of empire builders whose loyalty an services are both invaluable to us and highly appreciated by the native colonists.

The censorship, together with our monopoly of cables and our passport control of passengers, enables us to hold all American newspapers as isolated from the non-American world as if they had been in another planet instead of in another hemisphere The realization of this by the Associated Press and the other universal news gatherers -- except Hearst -- was most helpful in bringing only our point of view to the papers they served.

British-born editors and reporters now create imperial sentiment in most American newspapers. As their identity and origins are not usually known, they can talk and write for us as Americans to Americans.

Below that level, imperial unity cannot be securely established upon the debris of the Constitution here. We will not passively permit this unity to be now menaced when it is all but perfect. Has not America, while still maintaining an outward show of independence, yielded to our wishes in the Panama Canal tolls and Canadian fisheries' disputes, as was fitting and filial? Was not America happy to fight our war in Europe? Was not America, like Canada, willing not only to pay her own war expenses but also to loan us money for ours? Was not America, like Canada, content to seek nothing in return for her war duty, so long as the motherland was completely indemnified in Egypt and the rest of Africa, in Persia, Mesopotamia, Syria, and elsewhere? Was not America as proud to be honored by knighthood and lesser titulary distinctions, as Canada was, or, rather, more proud?

Has not President Wilson cancelled the big Navy program and dutifully conceded to us the command of the seas, confident that we shall defend America against all future foes that may threaten our supremacy, just as we defended America and Canada against Germany? In matters lingual, legal and financial, fiscal, commercial, social evangelical, administrative, martial, naval, educational -- are not in all these matters the established relations of America to England, in kind -- if not precisely in degree -- identical with the relations of the other colonies and dominions to the Crown? Indeed, I might justifiably sustain the thesis that so-distant American Republic is now more happily and more closely bound to the Empire than are, for example, the ungrateful and insolent colonies which lately were the Boer Republics.

As long as President Wilson, with our Canadian-born Secretary of the Interior, Mr. Franklin Lane, with our Scotch-born Secretary of Labor, Mr. W. B. Wilson, and with our London-born Mr. Samuel Gompers, -- now controls the administration, imperial unity will daily grow more intimate and more perfect. But I regret to inform you that our committee on American Elections has reported (Appendix 38) that no matter how lavishly we finance the next election, the Wilson administration will pass, and with it, perchance, that absolute administrative control over the Legislature, which has meant so much to us. Willful, wanton, and wicked men will unite in the next election with labor and those industrialists whose profit-patriotism ratio has been allowed to fall below the threshold of loyalty to imperial unity. These combined forces of disorder will seek to elect a legislature which will attempt to make the administration responsible to it, instead of to us and our auxiliaries, and will strive to rend the bonds which bind this colony to the motherland, for the sole, selfish, and seditious purpose of erecting a separate, national, economic unit independent of us -- and even perhaps, competing with us. We must, therefore, hasten to remove from this legislature, with the aid of our supporters here, such of its powers as could be used against imperial unity.

J. P. MORGAN & CO. ARE BRITISH AGENTS

In the financial world the Anglo-American alliance is a well-established fact. And as the consortium for China, and the security company for Mexico show, our brokers and their aids have become the unchallenged financiers of the world. We have been particularly fortunate in our fiscal agents here, Messrs Pierpont Morgan & Company. The commissions they charged, both as our brokers and purchasing agents no doubt were high enough to warrant their summary treatment at the hands of Mr. Balfour during his visit here. But they advantageously placed our many bond issues and every American holder of these bonds having now a stake in the Empire is a defender of its integrity and a potential supporter of its extension over here. Their services in putting this country into the war have not been altruistic, but they were nonetheless effective. They contributed liberally to our Americanization campaign. They ousted Miss Boardman, and through Messrs. Taft and H. P. Davidson they nationalized and directed the American Red Cross, and then internationalized it under the direction of Mr. H. P. Davison Through Mr. Thomas Lamont they purchased Harpers Magazine and the New York Evening Post. Through advertisers they control, they have exerted widespread influence on newspaper policy. Messrs. Lamont and Davidson gave you valuable aid at the peace conference. They loaned $200,000,000 to Japan that our ally might build a fleet to compete with America on the Pacific carrying routes. Their attempts to retain for us control of the international mercantile marine are well known to you. And I would he amiss if I did not remind you that they relieved the government of considerable embarrassment by pensioning worthily the widow of our late Ambassador Sir Cecil Spring-Rice, at a time when the antagonism of Lord Northcliffe made it impossible for us officially to do so. As the greater part of their capital is invested within the Empire. the Government of His Majesty will doubtless have opportunity to appreciate the value of the services of Messrs. Pierpont Morgan & Company.

BRITISH DUPLICITY

Through our fiscal agents here and our aids who act for other Allied countries, as Sir Clifford Sifton acts for Rumania, we have become the world's purchasers. Moreover, the war has made us the custodian of the greater part of the world's raw materials. With moneys lent to us by the American Government for war purposes, we have. acting through quasi-American companies by the aid of Mr. Connor Guthrie, obtained control of the large oil fields in California and in Costa Rica. And through the nationalization of His Majesty's Government of the Cowdray, Pearson, and Royal Dutch Shell interests in Mexico, we having become masters of the Mexican, Canadian, Rumanian, Armenian. Persian, and lessor oil fields, now largely control the oil fields of the world and thereby the world's transportation and industry. We have not yet succeeded in controlling the pipe lines owned by the Standard Oil Company, and its subsidiaries, for those companies have long been established. But, although uncontrolled companies may continue to get their oil to the seaboard, the proposed system of preferential treatment at our universal oiling stations for ships supplied at the port of departures with British oil (Appendix 37) will prevent the use of any oil but ours on the high seas.

This control would enable us to exert such pressure as would make American industrial interests amenable to His Majesty's pleasure. But it would be unwise to make disciplinary use of our fuel power before we secure remission of our $4,000,000,000 debt. Otherwise, the American industrial interests might retaliate by forcing the United States Government to exact from us the agreed interest, to maintain tariff barriers against our merchandise, and to withdraw support from the rate of exchange. Which make our labor and resources for years pay tribute to this country an unnatural, unfilial, and unthinkable proceeding. We are conducting a vigorous campaign for the cancellation of this war debt, on the grounds (a) that we fought America's fight for her for 2 years, while she was prospering in cowardice and (b) that at least the material burdens should be distributed justly, if the world is to be made safe for democracy. . Synchronously with this agitation for the remission of our debt, we are agitating for further loans of American money to rebuild our markets in Europe. There is no possibility of these two agitations endangering their mutual success, for we have repeatedly proved beyond question that the American mind cannot synchronously fix and correlate facts, with two cognate items on the statements to be judged each on its merits. Hence, we are able in a cloud of candor to state the merit of the loan -- viz, that unless the money be lent to us we cannot pay the interest on it. in these agitations we are receiving valuable, if not wholly disinterested, aid from our financial auxiliaries and fiscal agents (J. P. Morgan & Co.)

In Mexico our friends made a tentative adventure with the gallant Blanquet, but it miscarried, perhaps owing to a slight misunderstanding between the bond interests and the industrial interests. However, we are quietly continuing our work in Mexico until the United States Government shall be put in a position to take it over. An American war with Mexico would cost us nothing; it would satisfy certain American industrial interests; it would guarantee out title to the Mexican oil fields; it would humble, by impoverishing, this purse-proud people; it would give us an opportunity to show the American that he isolated in the world needs our protection against our ally, Japan; and while America was busy warring we would enjoy a clear field in the European, African, and Asiatic trade, together with the monopoly of the markets of a South America hostile to the Monroe Doctrinaries of democracy. For these reasons our press is fully reporting Mexican outrages, but a strange apathy seems to have fallen on the people, an apathy from which only border raids or special atrocities will arouse them. . .

LEAGUE OF NATIONS

In other words, we must quickly act to transfer its dangerous sovereignty from this colony to the custody of the Crown. We must, in short, now bring America with in the Empire. God helping us, we can do no other. The first visible step in this direction has been taken; President Wilson has accepted and sponsored the plan for a League of Nations which we prepared for him. We have wrapped this plan in the peace treaty so that the world must accept from us the League or a continuance of the war. The League is in substance the Empire with America admitted on the same basis as our other colonies.

The effectiveness of the League will depend upon the power with which it can be endowed, and that will hinge upon the skill with which the cardinal functions of the American legislature are transferred to the executive Council of the League. Any abrupt change may startle the ignorant American masses and rouse them to action against it. And us. Our best policy, therefore, would be to appoint President Wilson first president of the League. When the fourteen points seemed to our Government twice seven daily sins, I analyzed with care his diverse and numerous notes and discourses and divided them into their two parts: One, the Wilson creed, "I believe in open covenants and in the freedom of the seas," etc.; and two, the Wilson commandments, "Might shall not prevail over right, the strong shall not oppress the weak," etc. From the "too proud to fight" and "he kept us out of war" episodes, I ventured to deduce (September 29, 1918, Appendix 36) that he would at the appropriate moment oblige us by transferring the "not" from his commandments to his creed without as much as a "may I not," and in such a way that his people will be none the wiser.

The plain people of this country are inveterate and incurable hero worshipers. They are, however, sincere in sentiment; and for a hero to become established in the public shrine, he must first succeed in getting his name associated with the phrases and slogans that seem to reflect the undefined aspirations of the average inhabitant. When this has been accomplished the allegiance is at once transferred from the sentiment to the sentimentalist, from the ideal to the maker of the longed-for phrase. No one understands this peculiarity of the native behavior better than Mr. Wilson, which accounts largely for his exceptional usefulness to us. He knows that Americans will not scrutinise any performance too closely, provided their faith in the performer has been adequately established. Mr. Wilson has since made the transfer amid American acclamation. In the same way he will now be able to satisfy them that far from surrendering their independence to the League they are actually extending their sovereignty by it. He alone can satisfy them on this. He alone can father an anti-Bolshevik act which judicially interpreted -- will enable appropriate punitive measures to be applied to any American who may be unwise enough to assert that America must again declare her independence. And he alone, therefore, is qualified to act for us as first president of the League.

I confess I am a little uneasy lest in the exigencies of diplomatic combat, Mr. Wilson may not have found the joy he anticipated from matching his wits against the best brains of Europe. He is easily slighted and remarkably vindictive. It is the highest degree desirable that any traces of resentment his mind may be harboring against us should be radically removed before he returns. I would, therefore, suggest that the work of adulation planned in Appendix 32 should be instructed to consult the inventories I have prepared (appendixes 45-83), which show that he is now surfeited with diamond stomachers, brooches, and bracelets, Gobelin tapestries, mosaics, and vases, gold caskets, and plates.

The program we arranged for his visit to England (appendix 33) including a royal reception at Buckingham Palace, with which the President was well pleased. The fruitful visit of the President to the King should be returned as early as possible. I would suggest that as soon as the President is settled once more in the White House, the visit should be returned by His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales, who would be an admirable representative of His Royal Sire, and would satisfy President Wilson's sense of fitness. It is perhaps unfortunate that there is not a Presidential daughter of the Prince's age, for such a union would have greatly advanced our purpose not only with the American people, but also with a President who feels that lese majeste should be punishable with 20 years' imprisonment, and who acts as if he considered his son-in-law, Mr. McAdoo, as his heir apparent.

PRESIDENT WILSON'S PECULIARITIES

Too great attention cannot be given at this time to the Presidential peculiarities, for his devotion to our purpose will depend upon our ability to pander to them. I would suggest that the new ambassador to Washington should be chosen only after the most careful thought. He should not be too clever, lest Mr. Wilson shun him. He should be able to evince hilarity at the most venerable jest, no matter how often he may have to suffer it. This qualification is vitally important whether Mr. Wilson's "humor" is merely assumed to perpetuate the "human" tradition established for Presidents by Lincoln, or whether it is studied descent from Jovelike isolation to Jovelike jest. The ambassador should be a Wilson worshiper. I enclose (appendix 34) resumes of the methods of worship practiced by various members of his inner circle. The appointee would do well to familiarize himself with them, and my services are at his disposal should be desire more extended information on the method of worship he selects. He should of course be a commoner, that we may not lose democratic favor -- preferably a professor -- and sufficiently subsidized to be able to entertain regally. If a list were submitted to Mr. Wilson he might be prepared to indicate all of whom he did not approve, and the one against whom he expressed no prejudices should be appointed. The pressing need of our embassy at Washington is not so much an ambassador as a gentleman in waiting to the President.

I would suggest that his powers as President of the League of Nations be left undefined for the present. He may be trusted to assume what power he can and to use it in the interests of the Crown.

A grant of a privy purse of $100,000,000 would prove most acceptable to him and would be useful for private espionage, private wars, Siberian railroads, etc. His appointment should be for life, and you might definitely promise him that any instructions he may care to convey concerning his successor will receive the most careful attention of His Majesty's Government.

Nevertheless, it would be well quickly to reinforce him in the presidency of the League of Nations by staging the first session of the League in Washington. This will convince these simple people that they are the League and its power resides in them. Their pride in this power should be exalted. Perhaps you, yourself, might condescend to visit this country. Or, if that be impracticable, you might send such noble statesmen, and stately noblemen, as will suffice to make of the first League session a spectacle of unsurpassed brilliance. Indeed, it would be well to commence at an early date a series of spectacles by which the mob may be diverted from any attempt to think too much of matters beyond their province. The success of the Joffre, Vivianti Balfour, and other missions in amusing the people while the country was quietly put into the war shows that similar missions would likewise amuse the people -- while the country was quietly put into the League. I would suggest that missions of thanksgiving to America be organized, and that His Majesty the King of the Belgians, Cardinal Mercier, Field Marshal Foch, Venizelos, and an eminent Italian or two be sent seriatim.

PROPAGANDA

While awaiting these diversions for the vulgar, we are incessantly instructing them in the wonders of the League. Its praises are thundered by our press, decreed by our college presidents, and professed by our professors. Our authors, writers. and lecturers are analyzing its selected virtues for whomsoever will read or listen. As will be seen from appendix 39, circulars issued by the League of Nations committee, we have enlisted 8,000 pulpiteers or propagandists for the League. We have organized international and national synods, consistories, committees, conferences, convocations, conventions, councils, congresses, and assemblies, as well as their State, municipal, and district equivalents, to herald the birth of the League as the dawn of universal peace. A special Sunday will be observed as League Sunday in all churches. In this connection, may I remark that the appointment of Mr. Raymond Fosdick to the Secretariat of the League, has pleased not only the Rockefeller interests but also the less disingenuous uplifters, for it stamps the League as an endowed organization for promiscuous uplifting, under the triple crown of religion, respectability, and finance. Agriculturalists, bankers, brokers, chartered accounts, chemists, and all other functional groups capable of exerting organized professional, business, financial, or social pressure are meeting to endorse the League in the name of peace, progress, and prosperity.

The World's Peace Foundation has issued for us a series of League of Nations pamphlets, which, with our other literature, tax the mails to the limit of their capacity. Our film concerns are preparing an epoch-making picture entitled "The League of Nations." In brief, our entire system of thought control is working ceaselessly, tirelessly, ruthlessly, to insure the adoption of the League. And it will be adopted, for business wants peace, the righteous cannot resist a covenant, and the politicians, after shadow-boxing for patronage purposes, will yield valiantly lest the fate of the wanton and wilful pursue them.

By these means we hope smoothly to overcome all effective opposition on the on the part of our colony America to entering the League -- that is, the Empire. As soon as the League is functioning properly, His Majesty in response to loyal and repeated solicitation, might graciously be pleased to consent to restore to this people their ancient right to petition at the foot of the throne; to confer the ancient rank and style of governor general upon our Ambassador, that this colony may enjoy a status inferior to no other colony's; to establish the primacy of the Metropolitan See, with the Right Reverend Dr. Manning as first primate; to appoint Mr. Elihu Root lord chief justice of the colony, and to nominate Messrs. W. H. Taft, Nicholas Murray Butler, J. P. Morgan, Elizabeth Marbury, Adolph Ochs, and Thomas Lamont to the colonial privity council; as a special mark of royal and imperial condescension, to rename the Federal Capital of the Colony Georgetown, and lest section jealousy be thereby excited, to grant royal charters to the cities of Boston and Chicago entitling them thereafter to style themselves, respectively, Kingston and Guelf -- concisely to bestow in time and in measure such tokens of the bounty of the Crown as the fealty of the colonists merit.

BRITISH-AMERICAN UNION URGED

Since that memorable day, September 19, 1877, on which the late Cecil Rhodes devised by will a fund "to and for the establishment, promotion, and development of a secret society -- the true aim of which and object of which shall be the extension of British rule throughout the world, and especially the ultimate recovery of the United States of America as an integral part of the British Empire" -- the energy and intelligence of England has not been spent in vain. It would perhaps be presumptuous of me to refer here to the admirable services rendered not only by LORD NORTHCLlFFE (the probable author of the report) and the corps of 12,000 trained workers whom he introduced here during the year as purchasing agents under the direction of Sir Campbell Stuart, but also the right Honorable Arthur J. Balfour, and by Lord Reading. But my report would be incomplete without a reference to Mr. Andrew Carnegie, of Skibo Castle, Sutherlandshire, and New York City. He unobtrusively assumed the mantle of the late Mr. Cecil Rhodes. Through the Carnegie Foundation, he obtained such control over the professorate of this country that even President Wilson was a suppliant for a Carnegie pension before this people and allied gratitude placed him beyond prospective want.

The Carnegie League to Enforce Peace and its affiliate League of Small Nations are even now leading the van in our fight. In the North American Review, June 1893, Mr. Carnegie wrote: "Let men say what they will, I say that as surely as the sun in the heavens once shone upon Britain and America united, so surely is it one morning to rise, to shine upon, to greet again, the reunited state -- the British-American union."

The object of Cecil Rhodes is almost attained. The day prophesied by Mr. Carnegie is near at hand, the day when the American Colonies will be in all things one with the motherland, one and indivisible. Only the last great battle remains to be. fought -- the battle to compel her acceptance of the terms of the League of Nations."

Hey Dig, is the Brittish letter at the top original?  Or, do you have a source for that first letter at the top?  Very intriguing, I would like to show this post to some friends.  Thanks.

Please realize a bit about the pitfalls when researching this letter.

It was first published in a book called 'Zionists' by GEORGE W. ARMSTRONG
http://www.scribd.com/doc/50048705/GEORGE-W-ARMSTRONG-THE-ZIONISTS-1950

The book is a bit racist, but as you can see from the letter, there is nothing racist about it. But, because the letter was first exposed to the public in a container of hate, it has been called a tool for anti-semetism. The letter is not anti-semetic at all, it is straight up truth...all the claims can be validated. The letter exposes the nature of the East India Trading Company's attempt to not only reduce America to a colony but also the foundational operations of future wars...

J. P. MORGAN & CO. ARE BRITISH AGENTS

[...]

They loaned $200,000,000 to Japan that our ally might build a fleet to compete with America on the Pacific carrying routes. Their attempts to retain for us control of the international mercantile marine are well known to you.

The letter was sent in 1919. JP Morgan funded the Japanese Navy to be used later as a method to get the US into a future world war.

Pat Buchanan's book "The Unnecessary War" goes into some of this.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Churchill,_Hitler_and_the_Unnecessary_War

Also, the attempts to expose the Carnegie, Ford, and Rockefeller Foundations and the accusation of anti-semitism is a common theme. Recently, Matt Taibbi and Ron Paul were accused of this and Norman Dodd was also accused of it when he exposed the plans from 1909:

It is simply impossible to believe there is not a conspiracy after watching this
Edward Griffin interviews 83 year old Norman Dodd in the year 1982 in a rare interview that exposes the New World Orders infiltration by large corporations that are merging the USA into a world government(New World Order). He explains the infiltration of banking and the infiltration of the public education system. Dodd served as an investigator for Congressman Reece's Special Committee on Tax Exempt Foundations (commonly referred to as the Reece Committee).

Here are some revelations from the video:

Norman Dodd discovered that the Carnegie Endowment, the Ford Foundation, and the Rockefeller Foundation were all conspiring to change society in the United States of America by unconstitutional means. They felt that their agenda was too important to use legal and constitutional means and that they had to use illegal and treasonous means in order to usurp the pillars of society throughout America. He explains all of the details (with the help of Griffin) in such a compelling way that any 10 year old can understand it. And he makes his case in under one hour. I humbly request everyone watch this video...often.

Specific highlights...

Minutes from the Carnegie Endowment Annual Meeting in 1908: The question was brought up: "Is there any better way to affect change on society than war?" The Carnegie Endowment Directors agreed that there was none.

Minutes from the Carnegie Endowment Annual Meeting in 1909: Now that we know war is the best way to affect change illegally upon society, how can we engage the population of the United States into a war? The answer was to control the State Department. From that point on and until the engagement in WWI, the Carnegie Endowment wrestled control of all State Department activities and communications.

Minutes of the Carnegie Endowment Annual Meeting after WWI: Now that we have changed society via the war, we need to make sure that the people never return to their pre-WWI habits and individual identities. The best way to do this (they agreed) was to control the educational systems. They agreed that Rockefeller Foundation would be in control of domestic education and the Carnegie Endowment would be accountable for all foreign education and continued control over the US State Department.

Another revelation from the video is that the president of the Carnegie Endowment admitted to Dodd off the record that the agenda was to combine the US and the USSR into one "collective" society. The idea of a "collective" society is what cause Ayn Rand's writing of "The Fountainhead" IMO. The "collective" is the hive mind, it is a cybernetic society. It is 100% contrary to the ideas of free man, of the idea that a human being has value. This elite ideal often is exposed in various movies like the Fountainhead, Network, and others.

Here is a quote from the movie "Network" (this is the essence of the movie Network. The movie was not about a bunch of people yelling "I'm mad as hell", it was about the continued agenda of the most powerful tyrannical organizations conditioning all of us into one "collective" which they will control. The word "collective" is really a pseudonym for slavery.):

JENSEN (CEO of the Network parent company which Howard Beale stopped from selling a controlling share to Arab interests via his television evangelical show - similar to the ports deal that was going to UAE 5 years ago): I'd like to try to sell something to you. Valhalla, Mr Beale. Please, sit down. You have meddled with the primal forces of nature, Mr Beale, and I won't have it. Is that clear? You think you've merely stopped a business deal. That is not the case. The Arabs have taken billions out of this country and now they must put it back. It is ebb and flow, tidal gravity. It is ecological balance. You are an old man who thinks in terms of nations and peoples. There are no nations. There are no peoples. There are no Russians. There are no Arabs. There are no Third Worids. There is no West. There is only one holistic system of systems. One vast and immane, interwoven, interacting, multivariate, multinational dominion of dollars. Petrol dollars, electro dollars, multi dollars. Reichsmarks, rins, roubles, pounds and shekels. It is the international system of currency which determines the totality of life on this planet. That is the natural order of things today. That is the atomic...and subatomic and galactic structure of things today. And you have meddled with the primal forces of nature. And you will atone. Am I getting through to you, Mr Beale? You get up on your little 19-inch screen...and howl about America and democracy. There is no America. There is no democracy. There is only IBM and ITT and AT&T...and DuPont, Dow, Union Carbide and Exxon. Those are the nations of the worid today. What do you think the Russians talk about in their councils of state? Karl Marx? They get out linear programming charts, statistical decision theories, and compute price-cost probabilities of their transactions and investments like us. We no longer live in a worid of nations and ideologies, Mr Beale. The worid is a college of corporations... inexorably determined by the immutable bylaws of business. The worid is a business, Mr Beale. It has been since man crawled out of the slime. And our children will live, Mr Beale, to see that... perfect worid...in which there's no war or famine, oppression or brutality. One vast and ecumenical holding company, for whom all men will work to serve a common profit. In which all men will hold a share of stock, all necessities provided, all anxieties tranquillised, all boredom amused. And I have chosen you, Mr Beale, to preach this evangel.

BEALE: Why me?

JENSEN: Because you're on television, dummy. 60 million people watch you every night of the week, Monday through Friday.

BEALE: I have seen the face of God.

JENSEN: You just might be right, Mr Beale.

That evening Beale went on air to preach Jensen's corporate cosmology.

BEALE: Last night I got up here and asked you to stand up and fight for your heritage, and you did, and it was beautiful. Six million telegrams were sent to the White House. The Arab takeover of CCA has been stopped. The people spoke, the people won. It was a radiant eruption of democracy. But I think that was it, fellas. That sort of thing is not likely to happen again, because at the bottom of all our terrified souls we know that democracy is a dying giant, a sick, sick, dying, decayed political concept writhing in its final pain. I don't mean that the United States is finished as a worid power. It is the richest, most powerful, most advanced country in the worid. I don't mean the communists are gonna take over. They're deader than we are. What is finished is the idea that this great country is dedicated to the freedom and flourishing of every individual in it. It's the individual that's finished. It's the single, solitary human being that's finished. It's every single one of you out there that's finished. Because this is no longer a nation of independent individuals. It's a nation of some 200-odd million transistorised, deodorised, whiter-than-white, steel-belted bodies, totally unnecessary as human beings and as replaceable as piston rods. Well, the time has come to say is dehumanisation such a bad word? Whether it's good or bad, that's what is so. The whole worid is becoming humanoid - creatures that look human but aren"t. The whole worid. We're the most advanced country so we'll get there first. The whole worid's people are becoming mass-produced, programmed, numbered

American Deception uncovered - the Reese Committee, G. Edward Griffin
Today, G. Edward Griffin discussed the TRUTH behind the large tax exempt foundations and trusts with Alex. He spelled out the globalist agenda in no uncertain terms, as discovered by Norman Dodd and the Reese Committee

Here is a link to Paul Joseph Watson's recent article on the Reese Committee...

Here is Charlotte's Iserbyt's site... where you will find the Reese Committee Report documents...

http://www.americandeception.com/index.php?page=searchkeyword

This story is one of the most telling and compelling accounts, with corroborating evidence, of a conspiracy by large tax-exempt foundations, trusts, and endowments, to introduce collectivism, in the form of a uniquely Americanized socialistic system, that would dovetail with the Soviet system…

The idea behind the whole thing was to put complete monopolistic control of the world, into the hands of but few families.

Here is the video of an interview done back in 1982 by G. Edward Griffin, with the chief investigator for the Reese Commission, Representative Norman Dodd.

Dodd lays it all out…

Thanks, it will take some time to read all of this.  What I have read thus far does not seem antisemetic to me at all.

Thanks, it will take some time to read all of this.  What I have read thus far does not seem antisemetic to me at all.

It is the exact same tyranny we kicked back to Europe in 1781 at the end of hostilities after the surrender by Cornwallis at the battle of Yorktown. This is the letter/report by then top adviser to the Wilson administration Col. Edward Mendel House, (also, E. Mandell House), to the Prime Minister of Britain D. Lloyd George. House along with J.D. Rockefeller started the CFR, (Council on Foreign Relations)... a subsidiary branch of the British Royal Institute of International Affairs. This "report" was no doubt communicated quickly to King George V.

George Frederick Ernest Albert; 3 June 1865 – 20 January 1936. King of the United Kingdom and the British Dominions, and Emperor of India, from 6 May 1910 through the First World War (1914–1918) until his death in 1936. As a result of the First World War, he became the first monarch of the House of Windsor, which he renamed from the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha as a result of anti-German public feeling.

This entire "Great Game" that has been played since the beginning of time it seems, is pro-slavery, anti-liberty, no matter how you slice it...

If you get caught in the minutia of Semitic/antisemitic, black/white, Christian/Muslim, and so on, you will be swallowed by the system evil has erected. You will not see the true nature of the game... The Creator's Inalienable Liberty is the only thing that can stand against it, all else is slavery, no matter how much of their fake money and power you are promised, it will cheat and empty you in the end.

You may find some more interesting tid-bits here...

Then there is this fun little time-line on the New World Order... ;D

A Chronological History:
The New World Order
by D.L. Cuddy, Ph.D

This article was originally published in the
March 1997 Personal Update NewsJournal.

In the mainline media, those who adhere to the position that there is some kind of "conspiracy" pushing us towards a world government are virulently ridiculed. The standard attack maintains that the so-called "New World Order" is the product of turn-of-the-century, right-wing, bigoted, anti-semitic racists acting in the tradition of the long-debunked Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, now promulgated by some Militias and other right-wing hate groups.

The historical record does not support that position to any large degree but it has become the mantra of the socialist left and their cronies, the media.

The term "New World Order" has been used thousands of times in this century by proponents in high places of federalized world government. Some of those involved in this collaboration to achieve world order have been Jewish. The preponderance are not, so it most definitely is not a Jewish agenda.

For years, leaders in education, industry, the media, banking, etc., have promoted those with the same Weltanschauung (world view) as theirs. Of course, someone might say that just because individuals promote their friends doesn't constitute a conspiracy. That's true in the usual sense. However, it does represent an "open conspiracy," as described by noted Fabian Socialist H.G. Wells in The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution (1928).

In 1913, prior to the passage of the Federal Reserve Act President Wilson's The New Freedom was published, in which he revealed:
"Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U. S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it."

On November 21, 1933, President Franklin Roosevelt wrote a letter to Col. Edward Mandell House, President Woodrow Wilson's close advisor:
"The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government every since the days of Andrew Jackson..."

That there is such a thing as a cabal of power brokers who control government behind the scenes has been detailed several times in this century by credible sources. Professor Carroll Quigley was Bill Clinton's mentor at Georgetown University. President Clinton has publicly paid homage to the influence Professor Quigley had on his life. In Quigley's magnum opus Tragedy and Hope (1966), he states:
"There does exist and has existed for a generation, an international...network which operates, to some extent, in the way the radical right believes the Communists act. In fact, this network, which we may identify as the Round Table Groups, has no aversion to cooperating with the Communists, or any other groups and frequently does so. I know of the operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted for two years, in the early 1960s, to examine its papers and secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims and have, for much of my life, been close to it and to many of its instruments. I have objected, both in the past and recently, to a few of its policies...but in general my chief difference of opinion is that it wishes to remain unknown, and I believe its role in history is significant enough to be known."

Even talk show host Rush Limbaugh, an outspoken critic of anyone claiming a push for global government, said on his February 7, 1995 program:

"You see, if you amount to anything in Washington these days, it is because you have been plucked or handpicked from an Ivy League school -- Harvard, Yale, Kennedy School of Government -- you've shown an aptitude to be a good Ivy League type, and so you're plucked so-to-speak, and you are assigned success. You are assigned a certain role in government somewhere, and then your success is monitored and tracked, and you go where the pluckers and the handpickers can put you."

On May 4, 1993, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) president Leslie Gelb said on The Charlie Rose Show that:
"...you [Charlie Rose] had me on [before] to talk about the New World Order! I talk about it all the time. It's one world now. The Council [CFR] can find, nurture, and begin to put people in the kinds of jobs this country needs. And that's going to be one of the major enterprises of the Council under me."

Previous CFR chairman, John J. McCloy (1953-70), actually said they have been doing this since the 1940s (and before).

The thrust towards global government can be well-documented but at the end of the twentieth century it does not look like a traditional conspiracy in the usual sense of a secret cabal of evil men meeting clandestinely behind closed doors. Rather, it is a "networking" of like-minded individuals in high places to achieve a common goal, as described in Marilyn Ferguson's 1980 insider classic, The Aquarian Conspiracy.

Perhaps the best way to relate this would be a brief history of the New World Order, not in our words but in the words of those who have been striving to make it real.

1912 -- Colonel Edward M. House, a close advisor of President Woodrow Wilson, publishes Phillip Dru: Administrator in which he promotes "socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx."

1913 -- The Federal Reserve (neither federal nor a reserve) is created. It was planned at a secret meeting in 1910 on Jekyl Island, Georgia by a group of bankers and politicians, including Col. House. This transferred the power to create money from the American government to a private group of bankers. It is probably the largest generator of debt in the world.

May 30, 1919 -- Prominent British and American personalities establish the Royal Institute of International Affairs in England and the Institute of International Affairs in the U.S. at a meeting arranged by Col. House attended by various Fabian socialists, including noted economist John Maynard Keynes. Two years later, Col. House reorganizes the Institute of International Affairs into the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

December 15, 1922 -- The CFR endorses World Government in its magazine Foreign Affairs. Author Philip Kerr, states:
"Obviously there is going to be no peace or prosperity for mankind as long as [the earth] remains divided into 50 or 60 independent states until some kind of international system is created...The real problem today is that of the world government."

1928 -- The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution by H.G. Well is published. A former Fabian Socialist, Wells writes:
"The political world of the into a Open Conspiracy must weaken, efface, incorporate and supersede existing governments...The Open Conspiracy is the natural inheritor of socialist and communist enthusiasms; it may be in control of Moscow before it is in control of New York...The character of the Open Conspiracy will now be plainly displayed...It will be a world religion."

1931 -- Students at the Lenin School of Political Warfare in Moscow are taught:

"One day we shall start to spread the most theatrical peace movement the world has ever seen. The capitalist countries, stupid and decadent...will fall into the trap offered by the possibility of making new friends. Our day will come in 30 years or so...The bourgeoisie must be lulled into a false sense of security.

1932 -- New books are published urging World Order:

Toward Soviet America by William Z. Foster. Head of the Communist Party USA, Foster indicates that a National Department of Education would be one of the means used to develop a new socialist society in the U.S.

The New World Order by F.S. Marvin, describing the League of Nations as the first attempt at a New World Order. Marvin says, "nationality must rank below the claims of mankind as a whole."

Dare the School Build a New Social Order? is published. Educator author George Counts asserts that:

"...the teachers should deliberately reach for power and then make the most of their conquest" in order to "influence the social attitudes, ideals and behavior of the coming generation...The growth of science and technology has carried us into a new age where ignorance must be replaced by knowledge, competition by cooperation, trust in Providence by careful planning and private capitalism by some form of social economy."

1933 -- The first Humanist Manifesto is published. Co-author John Dewey, the noted philosopher and educator, calls for a synthesizing of all religions and "a socialized and cooperative economic order."

Co-signer C.F. Potter said in 1930:
"Education is thus a most powerful ally of humanism, and every American public school is a school of humanism. What can the theistic Sunday schools, meeting for an hour once a week, teaching only a fraction of the children, do to stem the tide of a five-day program of humanistic teaching?

1933 -- The Shape of Things to Come by H.G. Wells is published. Wells predicts a second world war around 1940, originating from a German-Polish dispute. After 1945 there would be an increasing lack of public safety in "criminally infected" areas. The plan for the "Modern World-State" would succeed on its third attempt (about 1980), and come out of something that occurred in Basra, Iraq.

The book also states,
"Although world government had been plainly coming for some years, although it had been endlessly feared and murmured against, it found no opposition prepared anywhere."

1934 -- The Externalization of the Hierarchy by Alice A. Bailey is published. Bailey is an occultist, whose works are channeled from a spirit guide, the Tibetan Master [demon spirit] Djwahl Kuhl. Bailey uses the phrase "points of light" in connection with a "New Group of World Servers" and claims that 1934 marks the beginning of "the organizing of the men and women...group work of a new order...[with] progress defined by service...the world of the Brotherhood...the Forces of Light...[and] out of the spoliation of all existing culture and civilization, the new world order must be built."

The book is published by the Lucis Trust, incorporated originally in New York as the Lucifer Publishing Company. Lucis Trust is a United Nations NGO and has been a major player at the recent U.N. summits. Later Assistant Secretary General of the U.N. Robert Mueller would credit the creation of his World Core Curriculum for education to the underlying teachings of Djwahl Kuhl via Alice Bailey's writings on the subject.

1932 -- Plan for Peace by American Birth Control League founder Margaret Sanger (1921) is published. She calls for coercive sterilization, mandatory segregation, and rehabilitative concentration camps for all "dysgenic stocks" including Blacks, Hispanics, American Indians and Catholics.

October 28, 1939
-- In an address by John Foster Dulles, later U.S. Secretary of State, he proposes that America lead the transition to a new order of less independent, semi-sovereign states bound together by a league or federal union.

1939 -- New World Order by H. G. Wells proposes a collectivist one-world state"' or "new world order" comprised of "socialist democracies." He advocates "universal conscription for service" and declares that "nationalist individualism...is the world's disease." He continues:
"The manifest necessity for some collective world control to eliminate warfare and the less generally admitted necessity for a collective control of the economic and biological life of mankind, are aspects of one and the same process." He proposes that this be accomplished through "universal law" and propaganda (or education)."

1940 -- The New World Order is published by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and contains a select list of references on regional and world federation, together with some special plans for world order after the war.

December 12, 1940
-- In The Congressional Record an article entitled A New World Order John G. Alexander calls for a world federation.

1942
-- The leftist Institute of Pacific Relations publishes Post War Worlds by P.E. Corbett:
"World government is the ultimate aim...It must be recognized that the law of nations takes precedence over national law...The process will have to be assisted by the deletion of the nationalistic material employed in educational textbooks and its replacement by material explaining the benefits of wiser association."

June 28, 1945 -- President Truman endorses world government in a speech:
"It will be just as easy for nations to get along in a republic of the world as it is for us to get along in a republic of the United States."

October 24, 1945
-- The United Nations Charter becomes effective. Also on October 24, Senator Glen Taylor (D-Idaho) introduces Senate Resolution 183 calling upon the U.S. Senate to go on record as favoring creation of a world republic including an international police force.

1946
-- Alger Hiss is elected President of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Hiss holds this office until 1949. Early in 1950, he is convicted of perjury and sentenced to prison after a sensational trial and Congressional hearing in which Whittaker Chambers, a former senior editor of Time, testifies that Hiss was a member of his Communist Party cell.

1946
-- The Teacher and World Government by former editor of the NEA Journal (National Education Association) Joy Elmer Morgan is published. He says:
"In the struggle to establish an adequate world government, the teacher...can do much to prepare the hearts and minds of children for global understanding and cooperation...At the very heart of all the agencies which will assure the coming of world government must stand the school, the teacher, and the organized profession."

1947 -- The American Education Fellowship, formerly the Progressive Education Association, organized by John Dewey, calls for the:
"...establishment of a genuine world order, an order in which national sovereignty is subordinate to world authority..."

October, 1947 -- NEA Associate Secretary William Carr writes in the NEA Journal that teachers should:
"...teach about the various proposals that have been made for the strengthening of the United Nations and the establishment of a world citizenship and world government."

1948 -- Walden II by behavioral psychologist B.F. Skinner proposes "a perfect society or new and more perfect order" in which children are reared by the State, rather than by their parents and are trained from birth to demonstrate only desirable behavior and characteristics. Skinner's ideas would be widely implemented by educators in the 1960s, 70s, and 80s as Values Clarification and Outcome Based Education.

July, 1948 -- Britain's Sir Harold Butler, in the CFR's Foreign Affairs, sees "a New World Order" taking shape:
"How far can the life of nations, which for centuries have thought of themselves as distinct and unique, be merged with the life of other nations? How far are they prepared to sacrifice a part of their sovereignty without which there can be no effective economic or political union?...Out of the prevailing confusion a new world is taking shape... which may point the way toward the new order...That will be the beginning of a real United Nations, no longer crippled by a split personality, but held together by a common faith."

1948 -- UNESCO president and Fabian Socialist, Sir Julian Huxley, calls for a radical eugenic policy in UNESCO: Its Purpose and Its Philosophy. He states:
"Thus, even though it is quite true that any radical eugenic policy of controlled human breeding will be for many years politically and psychologically impossible, it will be important for UNESCO to see that the eugenic problem is examined with the greatest care and that the public mind is informed of the issues at stake that much that is now unthinkable may at least become thinkable."

1948 -- The preliminary draft of a World Constitution is published by U.S. educators advocating regional federation on the way toward world federation or government with England incorporated into a European federation.

The Constitution provides for a "World Council" along with a "Chamber of Guardians" to enforce world law. Also included is a "Preamble" calling upon nations to surrender their arms to the world government, and includes the right of this "Federal Republic of the World" to seize private property for federal use.

February 9, 1950 -- The Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee introduces Senate Concurrent Resolution 66 which begins:
"Whereas, in order to achieve universal peace and justice, the present Charter of the United Nations should be changed to provide a true world government constitution."

The resolution was first introduced in the Senate on September 13, 1949 by Senator Glen Taylor (D-Idaho). Senator Alexander Wiley (R-Wisconsin) called it "a consummation devoutly to be wished for" and said, "I understand your proposition is either change the United Nations, or change or create, by a separate convention, a world order." Senator Taylor later stated:
"We would have to sacrifice considerable sovereignty to the world organization to enable them to levy taxes in their own right to support themselves."

April 12, 1952
-- John Foster Dulles, later to become Secretary of State, says in a speech to the American Bar Association in Louisville, Kentucky, that "treaty laws can override the Constitution." He says treaties can take power away from Congress and give them to the President. They can take powers from the States and give them to the Federal Government or to some international body and they can cut across the rights given to the people by their constitutional Bill of Rights.

A Senate amendment, proposed by GOP Senator John Bricker, would have provided that no treaty could supersede the Constitution, but it fails to pass by one vote.

1954 -- Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands establishes the Bilderbergers, international politicians and bankers who meet secretly on an annual basis.

1958 -- World Peace through World Law is published, where authors Grenville Clark and Louis Sohn advocate using the U.N. as a governing body for the world, world disarmament, a world police force and legislature.

1959 -- The Council on Foreign Relations calls for a New International Order. Study Number 7, issued on November 25, advocated:
"...new international order [which] must be responsive to world aspirations for peace, for social and economic change...an international order...including states labeling themselves as 'socialist' [communist]."

1959 -- The World Constitution and Parliament Association is founded which later develops a Diagram of World Government under the Constitution for the Federation of Earth.

1959 -- The Mid-Century Challenge to U.S. Foreign Policy is published, sponsored by the Rockefeller Brothers' Fund. It explains that the U.S.:
"...cannot escape, and indeed should welcome...the task which history has imposed on us. This is the task of helping to shape a new world order in all its dimensions -- spiritual, economic, political, social."

September 9, 1960 -- President Eisenhower signs Senate Joint Resolution 170, promoting the concept of a federal Atlantic Union. Pollster and Atlantic Union Committee treasurer, Elmo Roper, later delivers an address titled, The Goal Is Government of All the World, in which he states:
"For it becomes clear that the first step toward World Government cannot be completed until we have advanced on the four fronts: the economic, the military, the political and the social."

1961 -- The U.S. State Department issues a plan to disarm all nations and arm the United Nations. State Department Document Number 7277 is entitled Freedom From War: The U.S. Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World. It details a three-stage plan to disarm all nations and arm the U.N. with the final stage in which "no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force."

1962 -- New Calls for World Federalism. In a study titled, A World Effectively Controlled by the United Nations, CFR member Lincoln Bloomfield states:
"...if the communist dynamic was greatly abated, the West might lose whatever incentive it has for world government."

The Future of Federalism by author Nelson Rockefeller is published. The one-time Governor of New York, claims that current events compellingly demand a "new world order," as the old order is crumbling, and there is "a new and free order struggling to be born." Rockefeller says there is:
"a fever of nationalism...[but] the nation-state is becoming less and less competent to perform its international political tasks....These are some of the reasons pressing us to lead vigorously toward the true building of a new world order...[with] voluntary service...and our dedicated faith in the brotherhood of all mankind....Sooner perhaps than we may realize...there will evolve the bases for a federal structure of the free world."

1963 -- J. William Fulbright, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee speaks at a symposium sponsored by the Fund for the Republic, a left-wing project of the Ford Foundation:
"The case for government by elites is irrefutable...government by the people is possible but highly improbable."

1964 -- Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, Handbook II is published. Author Benjamin Bloom states:
"...a large part of what we call 'good teaching' is the teacher's ability to attain affective objectives through challenging the students' fixed beliefs."

His Outcome-Based Education (OBE) method of teaching would first be tried as Mastery Learning in Chicago schools. After five years, Chicago students' test scores had plummeted causing outrage among parents. OBE would leave a trail of wreckage wherever it would be tried and under whatever name it would be used. At the same time, it would become crucial to globalists for overhauling the education system to promote attitude changes among school students.

1964 -- Visions of Order by Richard Weaver is published. He describes:
"progressive educators as a 'revolutionary cabal' engaged in 'a systematic attempt to undermine society's traditions and beliefs.'"

1967 -- Richard Nixon calls for New World Order. In Asia after Vietnam, in the October issue of Foreign Affairs, Nixon writes of nations' dispositions to evolve regional approaches to development needs and to the evolution of a "new world order."

1968 -- Joy Elmer Morgan, former editor of the NEA Journal publishes The American Citizens Handbook in which he says:
"the coming of the United Nations and the urgent necessity that it evolve into a more comprehensive form of world government places upon the citizens of the United States an increased obligation to make the most of their citizenship which now widens into active world citizenship."

July 26, 1968 -- Nelson Rockefeller pledges support of the New World Order. In an Associated Press report, Rockefeller pledges that, "as President, he would work toward international creation of a new world order."

1970 -- Education and the mass media promote world order. In Thinking About A New World Order for the Decade 1990, author Ian Baldwin, Jr. asserts that:
"...the World Law Fund has begun a worldwide research and educational program that will introduce a new, emerging discipline -- world order -- into educational curricula throughout the world...and to concentrate some of its energies on bringing basic world order concepts into the mass media again on a worldwide level."

1972 -- President Nixon visits China. In his toast to Chinese Premier Chou En-lai, former CFR member and now President, Richard Nixon, expresses "the hope that each of us has to build a new world order."

May 18, 1972
-- In speaking of the coming of world government, Roy M. Ash, director of the Office of Management and Budget, declares that:
"within two decades the institutional framework for a world economic community will be in place...[and] aspects of individual sovereignty will be given over to a supernational authority."

1973 -- The Trilateral Commission is established. Banker David Rockefeller organizes this new private body and chooses Zbigniew Brzezinski, later National Security Advisor to President Carter, as the Commission's first director and invites Jimmy Carter to become a founding member.

1973
-- Humanist Manifesto II is published:
"The next century can be and should be the humanistic century...we stand at the dawn of a new age...a secular society on a planetary scale....As non-theists we begin with humans not God, nature not deity...we deplore the division of humankind on nationalistic grounds....Thus we look to the development of a system of world law and a world order based upon transnational federal government....The true revolution is occurring."

April, 1974
-- Former U. S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Trilateralist and CFR member Richard Gardner's article The Hard Road to World Order is published in the CFR's Foreign Affairs where he states that:
"the 'house of world order' will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down...but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault."

1974 -- The World Conference of Religion for Peace, held in Louvain, Belgium is held. Douglas Roche presents a report entitled We Can Achieve a New World Order.

The U.N. calls for wealth redistribution: In a report entitled New International Economic Order, the U.N. General Assembly outlines a plan to redistribute the wealth from the rich to the poor nations.

1975 -- A study titled, A New World Order, is published by the Center of International Studies, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Studies, Princeton University.

1975 -- In Congress, 32 Senators and 92 Representatives sign A Declaration of Interdependence, written by historian Henry Steele Commager. The Declaration states that:
"we must join with others to bring forth a new world order...Narrow notions of national sovereignty must not be permitted to curtail that obligation."

Congresswoman Marjorie Holt refuses to sign the Declaration saying:
"It calls for the surrender of our national sovereignty to international organizations. It declares that our economy should be regulated by international authorities. It proposes that we enter a 'new world order' that would redistribute the wealth created by the American people."

1975 -- Retired Navy Admiral Chester Ward, former Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Navy and former CFR member, writes in a critique that the goal of the CFR is the "submergence of U. S. sovereignty and national independence into an all powerful one-world government..."

1975 -- Kissinger on the Couch is published. Authors Phyllis Schlafly and former CFR member Chester Ward state:
"Once the ruling members of the CFR have decided that the U.S. government should espouse a particular policy, the very substantial research facilities of the CFR are put to work to develop arguments, intellectual and emotional, to support the new policy and to confound, discredit, intellectually and politically, any opposition..."

1976 -- RIO: Reshaping the International Order is published by the globalist Club of Rome, calling for a new international order, including an economic redistribution of wealth.

1977 -- The Third Try at World Order is published. Author Harlan Cleveland of the Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies calls for:
"changing Americans' attitudes and institutions" for "complete disarmament (except for international soldiers)" and "for individual entitlement to food, health and education."

1977 -- Imperial Brain Trust by Laurence Shoup and William Minter is published. The book takes a critical look at the Council on Foreign Relations with chapters such as: Shaping a New World Order: The Council's Blueprint for Global Hegemony, 1939-1944 and Toward the 1980's: The Council's Plans for a New World Order.

1977 -- The Trilateral Connection appears in the July edition of Atlantic Monthly. Written by Jeremiah Novak, it says:
"For the third time in this century, a group of American schools, businessmen, and government officials is planning to fashion a New World Order..."

1977 -- Leading educator Mortimer Adler publishes Philosopher at Large in which he says:
"...if local civil government is necessary for local civil peace, then world civil government is necessary for world peace."

1979 -- Barry Goldwater, retiring Republican Senator from Arizona, publishes his autobiography With No Apologies. He writes:
"In my view The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power -- political, monetary, intellectual, and ecclesiastical. All this is to be done in the interest of creating a more peaceful, more productive world community. What the Trilateralists truly intend is the creation of a worldwide economic power superior to the political governments of the nation-states involved. They believe the abundant materialism they propose to create will overwhelm existing differences. As managers and creators of the system they will rule the future."

1984 -- The Power to Lead is published. Author James McGregor Burns admits:
"The framers of the U.S. constitution have simply been too shrewd for us. The have outwitted us. They designed separate institutions that cannot be unified by mechanical linkages, frail bridges, tinkering. If we are to 'turn the Founders upside down' -- we must directly confront the constitutional structure they erected."

1985 -- Norman Cousins, the honorary chairman of Planetary Citizens for the World We Chose, is quoted in Human Events:
"World government is coming, in fact, it is inevitable. No arguments for or against it can change that fact."

Cousins was also president of the World Federalist Association, an affiliate of the World Association for World Federation (WAWF), headquartered in Amsterdam. WAWF is a leading force for world federal government and is accredited by the U.N. as a Non-Governmental Organization.

1987 -- The Secret Constitution and the Need for Constitutional Change is sponsored in part by the Rockefeller Foundation. Some thoughts of author Arthur S. Miller are:
"...a pervasive system of thought control exists in the United States...the citizenry is indoctrinated by employment of the mass media and the system of public education...people are told what to think about...the old order is crumbling...Nationalism should be seen as a dangerous social disease...A new vision is required to plan and manage the future, a global vision that will transcend national boundaries and eliminate the poison of nationalistic solutions...a new Constitution is necessary."

1988 -- Former Under-secretary of State and CFR member George Ball in a January 24 interview in the New York Times says:
"The Cold War should no longer be the kind of obsessive concern that it is. Neither side is going to attack the other deliberately...If we could internationalize by using the U.N. in conjunction with the Soviet Union, because we now no longer have to fear, in most cases, a Soviet veto, then we could begin to transform the shape of the world and might get the U.N. back to doing something useful...Sooner or later we are going to have to face restructuring our institutions so that they are not confined merely to the nation-states. Start first on a regional and ultimately you could move to a world basis."

December 7, 1988 -- In an address to the U.N., Mikhail Gorbachev calls for mutual consensus:
"World progress is only possible through a search for universal human consensus as we move forward to a new world order."

May 12, 1989 --President Bush invites the Soviets to join World Order. Speaking to the graduating class at Texas A&M University, Mr. Bush states that the United States is ready to welcome the Soviet Union "back into the world order."

1989 -- Carl Bernstein's (Woodward and Bernstein of Watergate fame) book Loyalties: A Son's Memoir is published. His father and mother had been members of the Communist party. Bernstein's father tells his son about the book:
"You're going to prove [Sen. Joseph] McCarthy was right, because all he was saying is that the system was loaded with Communists. And he was right...I'm worried about the kind of book you're going to write and about cleaning up McCarthy. The problem is that everybody said he was a liar; you're saying he was right...I agree that the Party was a force in the country."

1990 -- The World Federalist Association faults the American press. Writing in their Summer/Fall newsletter, Deputy Director Eric Cox describes world events over the past year or two and declares:
"It's sad but true that the slow-witted American press has not grasped the significance of most of these developments. But most federalists know what is happening...And they are not frightened by the old bug-a-boo of sovereignty."

September 11, 1990
-- President Bush calls the Gulf War an opportunity for the New World Order. In an address to Congress entitled Toward a New World Order, Mr. Bush says:
"The crisis in the Persian Gulf offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times...a new world order can emerge in which the nations of the world, east and west, north and south, can prosper and live in harmony....Today the new world is struggling to be born."

September 25, 1990 -- In an address to the U.N., Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze describes Iraq's invasion of Kuwait as "an act of terrorism [that] has been perpetrated against the emerging New World Order." On December 31, Gorbachev declares that the New World Order would be ushered in by the Gulf Crisis.

October 1, 1990
-- In a U.N. address, President Bush speaks of the:
"...collective strength of the world community expressed by the U.N...an historic movement towards a new world order...a new partnership of nations...a time when humankind came into its own...to bring about a revolution of the spirit and the mind and begin a journey into a...new age."

1991 -- Author Linda MacRae-Campbell publishes How to Start a Revolution at Your School in In Context. She promotes the use of "change agents" as "self-acknowledged revolutionaries" and "co-conspirators."

1991 -- President Bush praises the New World Order in a State of Union Message:
"What is at stake is more than one small country, it is a big idea -- a new world order...to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind...based on shared principles and the rule of law....The illumination of a thousand points of light....The winds of change are with us now."

February 6, 1991
-- President Bush tells the Economic Club of New York:
"My vision of a new world order foresees a United Nations with a revitalized peacekeeping function."

June, 1991 -- The Council on Foreign Relations co-sponsors an assembly Rethinking America's Security: Beyond Cold War to New World Order which is attended by 65 prestigious members of government, labor, academia, the media, military, and the professions from nine countries. Later, several of the conference participants joined some 100 other world leaders for another closed door meeting of the Bilderberg Society in Baden Baden, Germany. The Bilderbergers also exert considerable clout in determining the foreign policies of their respective governments.

July, 1991 -- The Southeastern World Affairs Institute discusses the New World Order. In a program, topics include, Legal Structures for a New World Order and The United Nations: From its Conception to a New World Order. Participants include a former director of the U.N.'s General Legal Division, and a former Secretary General of International Planned Parenthood.

Late July, 1991
-- On a Cable News Network program, CFR member and former CIA director Stansfield Turner (Rhodes scholar), when asked about Iraq, responded:
"We have a much bigger objective. We've got to look at the long run here. This is an example -- the situation between the United Nations and Iraq -- where the United Nations is deliberately intruding into the sovereignty of a sovereign nation...Now this is a marvelous precedent (to be used in) all countries of the world..."

October 29, 1991 -- David Funderburk, former U. S. Ambassador to Romania, tells a North Carolina audience:
"George Bush has been surrounding himself with people who believe in one-world government. They believe that the Soviet system and the American system are converging."

The vehicle to bring this about, said Funderburk, is the United Nations, "the majority of whose 166 member states are socialist, atheist, and anti-American." Funderburk served as ambassador in Bucharest from 1981 to 1985, when he resigned in frustration over U.S. support of the oppressive regime of the late Rumanian dictator, Nicolae Ceausescu.

October 30, 1991: -- President Gorbachev at the Middle East Peace Talks in Madrid states:
"We are beginning to see practical support. And this is a very significant sign of the movement towards a new era, a new age...We see both in our country and elsewhere...ghosts of the old thinking...When we rid ourselves of their presence, we will be better able to move toward a new world order...relying on the relevant mechanisms of the United Nations."

Elsewhere, in Alexandria, Virginia, Elena Lenskaya, Counsellor to the Minister of Education of Russia, delivers the keynote address for a program titled, Education for a New World Order.

1992 -- The Twilight of Sovereignty by CFR member (and former Citicorp Chairman) Walter Wriston is published, in which he claims:
"A truly global economy will require ...compromises of national sovereignty...There is no escaping the system."

1992 -- The United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) Earth Summit takes place in Rio de Janeiro this year, headed by Conference Secretary-General Maurice Strong. The main products of this summit are the Biodiversity Treaty and Agenda 21, which the U.S. hesitates to sign because of opposition at home due to the threat to sovereignty and economics. The summit says the first world's wealth must be transferred to the third world.

July 20, 1992 -- TIME magazine publishes The Birth of the Global Nation by Strobe Talbott, Rhodes Scholar, roommate of Bill Clinton at Oxford University, CFR Director, and Trilateralist, in which he writes:
"All countries are basically social arrangements...No matter how permanent or even sacred they may seem at any one time, in fact they are all artificial and temporary...Perhaps national sovereignty wasn't such a great idea after all...But it has taken the events in our own wondrous and terrible century to clinch the case for world government."

As an editor of Time, Talbott defended Clinton during his presidential campaign. He was appointed by President Clinton as the number two person at the State Department behind Secretary of State Warren Christopher, former Trilateralist and former CFR Vice-Chairman and Director. Talbott was confirmed by about two-thirds of the U.S. Senate despite his statement about the unimportance of national sovereignty.

September 29, 1992 -- At a town hall meeting in Los Angeles, Trilateralist and former CFR president Winston Lord delivers a speech titled Changing Our Ways: America and the New World, in which he remarks:
"To a certain extent, we are going to have to yield some of our sovereignty, which will be controversial at home...[Under] the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)...some Americans are going to be hurt as low-wage jobs are taken away."

Lord became an Assistant Secretary of State in the Clinton administration.

Winter, 1992-93
-- The CFR's Foreign Affairs publishes Empowering the United Nations by U.N. Secretary General Boutros-Boutros Ghali, who asserts:
"It is undeniable that the centuries-old doctrine of absolute and exclusive sovereignty no longer stands...Underlying the rights of the individual and the rights of peoples is a dimension of universal sovereignty that resides in all humanity...It is a sense that increasingly finds expression in the gradual expansion of international law...In this setting the significance of the United Nations should be evident and accepted."

1993 -- Strobe Talbott receives the Norman Cousins Global Governance Award for his 1992 TIME article, The Birth of the Global Nation and in appreciation for what he has done "for the cause of global governance." President Clinton writes a letter of congratulation which states:
"Norman Cousins worked for world peace and world government...Strobe Talbott's lifetime achievements as a voice for global harmony have earned him this recognition...He will be a worthy recipient of the Norman Cousins Global Governance Award. Best wishes...for future success."

Not only does President Clinton use the specific term, "world government," but he also expressly wishes the WFA "future success" in pursuing world federal government. Talbott proudly accepts the award, but says the WFA should have given it to the other nominee, Mikhail Gorbachev.

July 18, 1993 -- CFR member and Trilateralist Henry Kissinger writes in the Los Angeles Times concerning NAFTA:
"What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system...a first step toward a new world order."

August 23, 1993
-- Christopher Hitchens, Socialist friend of Bill Clinton when he was at Oxford University, says in a C-Span interview:
"...it is, of course the case that there is a ruling class in this country, and that it has allies internationally."

October 30, 1993
-- Washington Post ombudsman Richard Harwood does an op-ed piece about the role of the CFR's media members:
"Their membership is an acknowledgment of their ascension into the American ruling class [where] they do not merely analyze and interpret foreign policy for the United States; they help make it."

January/February, 1994 -- The CFR's Foreign Affairs prints an opening article by CFR Senior Fellow Michael Clough in which he writes that the "Wise Men" (e.g. Paul Nitze, Dean Acheson, George Kennan, and John J. McCloy) have:
"assiduously guarded it [American foreign policy] for the past 50 years...They ascended to power during World War II...This was as it should be. National security and the national interest, they argued must transcend the special interests and passions of the people who make up America...How was this small band of Atlantic-minded internationalists able to triumph?...Eastern internationalists were able to shape and staff the burgeoning foreign policy institutions...As long as the Cold War endured and nuclear Armageddon seemed only a missile away, the public was willing to tolerate such an undemocratic foreign policy making system."

1995 -- The State of the World Forum took place in the fall of this year, sponsored by the Gorbachev Foundation located at the Presidio in San Francisco. Foundation President Jim Garrison chairs the meeting of who's-whos from around the world including Margaret Thatcher, Maurice Strong, George Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev and others. Conversation centers around the oneness of mankind and the coming global government. However, the term "global governance" is now used in place of "new world order" since the latter has become a political liability, being a lightning rod for opponents of global government.

1996 -- The United Nations 420-page report Our Global Neighborhood is published. It outlines a plan for "global governance," calling for an international Conference on Global Governance in 1998 for the purpose of submitting to the world the necessary treaties and agreements for ratification by the year 2000.

1996 -- State of the World Forum II will take place again this fall in San Francisco. This time, many of the sessions are closed to the press.

There are hundreds more articles and speeches by those actively working to make global government a reality. We could not fit them all in here.

Holy crap! Thanks!

I second that!  It is amazing to me the amount of real history that I have learned from this forum.  I thought I was a student of history, it has always been a favorite subject...I was ignorant!  We are no longer learning history in schools.  At first, they started lessening the amount of world history taught, now they do not even teach American history...well, actually, they do teach history, it is just skewed to an unrecognizable state.

I know it may seem redundant to continue to post stuff that you have probably already posted somewhere, but, please keep it up!  Some of us really do read it and are absorbing this stuff...plus, it gives me fodder to continue to research on my own.  Thank you all (you know who you are!) for teaching us.

It reads like its been made up

would be great to get proof this was actually written down since at least the 1930s, if not before

I also thought that about quiet weapons for a silent war and Michael R's expose about Osama bin Laden being CIA agent Tim Osmon. Both of those turned out to be true. But the letter does not even have to be true, just use it as a research guide...everything checks out so far, please see if you can find one claim that is untrue...that is what is important.

its just, they normally dont make it so easy for us, when they write.
Which is a red flag to authenticity.

There must be hundreds of thousands of these correspondences especially from 1890's till 1930's. But they are hidden. Just read some of the 1900-1910 books by HG Wells, I do not believe they ever thought the masses would have the capacity to see the material and truly digest the insanity of it.

You must realize that the times were different... each generation speaks and responds to a different zeitgeist. Back then, these things were openly talked about, eugenics was openly spoken of... the dark side of which would not be seen for another twenty to forty years, with the eugeni-cide perpetrated by Stalin, Hitler, and Mao, had not yet been glimpsed. Many saw the culling happening to others, and certainly not them....

No, in the post WWI decade, many were in the loop, the League of Nations was a big deal, H.G. Wells had written  at least 2 books on the New World Order by the 30's with much of his predictions coming true today.

Wells' like Huxley's writings were NWO utopian looks ahead, yet both saw the possible negatives if the whole thing fell into the wrong hands. They saw some of the built-in dark-side as well, which would not go unspoken or unresisted. The American "cash cow" would be difficult to tame to the order's will, there would be many against the NWO, especially "The Sons and Daughters of Liberty." (Enter the NWO soft-kill weapons...)

Another point of authenticity of this letter, it is a private communication that has been around for at least 35 years I know of.  It is my understanding that the letter was generally unknown until House's death in 1938 when his papers became public.

Oh, this letter from E. M. House to D. Lloyd George is real alright...

You might start with the private papers of David Lloyd George for the original. If not there, it may be found among his state papers from his time as Prime minister of Britain, if it still exists.

The M. L. House copy would be one of the several carbons that were usually made at the same time as the original -- that is if it is still among his public documents. The other carbons could be in any of a number of places as well as copies that were made from these copies that ended up in various collections belonging to M. L. House fans, as well as his detractors... again presupposing they still exist.

I first saw it published in conjunction with the 1975/76 Congressional call for an International Declaration of Inter-dependence, a globalist move to replace our Organic Constitutional Documents with a world constitution written by Henry Commager. The letter appeared as a supporting document...

It appeared yet again in the early '90s in a resurgence of globalist false paradigm "leftism" at the start of the Clinton administration, again with...Rexford Tugwell, and the attempt to supplant OUR time honored LAW, with the globalist's "New States Constitution."

One thing that people always respond to in the same manner, no mater what time or zeitgeist you're in, is liberty.  ;)

Liberty never came from government. Liberty has always come from the subjects of it. The history of liberty is a history of resistance. The history of liberty is a history of limitations of governmental power, not the increase of it. When we resist the concentration of power we are resisting the powers of death. Concentration of power precedes the destruction of human liberties.

Yes, but are they ready to protect other people's Liberty as well as they defend their own...

Liberty comes "from the subjects of it" only by right of being born and can only be relinquished by that individual not by another nor by a government or potentate.

In the early twenties the eugenics movement as it grew out of elitist European philosophy that was held and adhered to by the monarchs, asserted that they alone owned all subjects as well as their Liberty...

In the '20s, people here in America were once again subscribing to the idea that only the well bred and educated were truly human and entitled to liberty... at the broad appeal of this concentration of power in the faction-ed hands of a horrid bourgeois idea, the common people are seen as serfs on the land once more, a rung down from being really human thus not entitled the protections spoken of in the Declaration... quite a contrast from the enabling vision of the founders... to which House's letter stands in stark opposition.

"We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain Inalienable Rights; among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness; and to these ends, governments are instituted among men." ~The Declaration of Independence, (the enabling document for The Constitution for the United States of America.)

Please read this letter to anyone who continues to say, "there is no conspiracy"

In my experience, the people who blindly and mindlessly deny the existence of ruling-class "conspiracies" have so much of their precious egos invested in the presumed validity of their fairy-tale worldview, that even if God himself said that such conspiracies do, in fact, exist, they'd still keep right on invoking the term "conspiracy theory" over and over again -- as if the mere utterance of that term automatically makes any aspect of reality they're too cowardly to face just magically disappear into thin air!  ::)

Hence the point I always make about how there are millions of people in this country alone who are literally hell-bent on finding everything out the hard way.

From 3 years ago:

Griffin: Can you tell us what the Reece Committee was attempting to do?

Dodd: Yes, I can tell you. It was operating and carrying out instructions embodied in a Resolution passed by the House of Representatives, which was to investigate the activities of foundations as to whether or not these activities could justifiably be labeled un-American -- without, I might add, defining what they meant by un-American. That was the Resolution and the committee had, then, the task of selecting a counsel, and the counsel, in turn, had the task of selecting a staff; and, he had to have somebody who would direct the work of that staff, and that was what they meant by the Director of Research.

Griffin: What were some of the details, the specifics, of what you told the committee at that time?

Dodd: Well, Mr. Griffin, in that report, I specifically -- number one -- defined what was, to us, meant by the phrase un-American. And, we defined that, in our way, as being a determination to effect changes in the country by un-Constitutional means.

We have plenty of Constitutional procedures, assuming that we wished to effect a change in the form of government, and that sort of thing. And therefore, any effort in that direction, which did not avail itself of the procedures authorized by the Constitution, could be justifiably called un-American. That was the start of educating them, up to that particular point. The next thing was to educate them as to the effect on the country, as a whole, of the activities of large, endowed foundations over the then past forty years.

Griffin: What was that effect, Sir?

Dodd: That affect was to orient our educational system away from support of the principles embodied in the Declaration of Independence, and implemented in the Constitution; and to educate them over to the idea that the task now was to effect an orientation of education away from these briefly stated principles and self-evident truths.

And, thats what had been the effect of the wealth which constituted the endowments of those foundations - foundations that had been in existence over the largest portion of the span of fifty years -- and holding them responsible for this change. What we were able to bring forward was -- what we had uncovered was -- the determination of these large endowed foundations, through their trustees, actually to get control over the content of American education.

Griffin: There is quite a bit of publicity given to your conversation with Rowan Gaither. Will you please tell us who he was, and what was that conversation you had with him?

Dodd: Rowan Gaither was, at that time, President of the Ford Foundation. Mr. Gaither had sent for me, when I found it convenient to be in New York. He asked me to call upon him at his office, which I did.

Upon arrival, after a few amenities, Mr. Gaither said, "Mr. Dodd, we have asked you to come up here today, because we thought that, possibly, off the record, you would tell us why the Congress is interested in the activities of foundations such as ourselves."

And, before I could think of how I would reply to that statement, Mr. Gaither then went on, and voluntarily stated, "Mr. Dodd, all of us who have a hand in the making of policies here, have had experience either with the OSS during the war, or with European economic administration after the war. We have had experience operating under directives. The directives emanate, and did emanate, from the White House. Now, we still operate under just such directives. Would you like to know what the substance of these directives is?"

I said, Yes, Mr. Gaither, I would like very much to know. Whereupon, he made this statement to me, "Mr. Dodd, we are here to operate in response to similar directives, the substance of which is that we shall use our grant-making power so to alter life in the United States, that it can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union."

Well, parenthetically, Mr. Griffin, I nearly fell off the chair. I, of course, didn't, but my response to Mr. Gaither then was, Oh, Mr. Gaither, I can now answer your first question. You've forced the Congress of the United States to spend a hundred and fifty thousand dollars to find our what you have just told me. I said, Of course, legally, you're entitled to make grants for this purpose. But, I don't think you're entitled to withhold that information from the People of this country, to whom you're indebted for your tax exemption. So why don't you tell the People of the country just what you told me? And his answer was, We would not think of doing any such thing." So, then I said, Well, Mr. Gaither, obviously, you forced the Congress to spend this money, in order to find out what you just told me.

[...]

Griffin: How would you describe the motivation of the people who created the foundations -- the big foundations -- in the very beginning? What was their motivation?

Dodd: Their motivation was, well, let's take Mr. Carnegie, as an example. His publicly declared and steadfast interest was to counteract the departure of the colonies from Great Britain. He was devoted just to putting the pieces back together again.

Griffin: Would that have required the collectivism to which they were dedicated?

Dodd: No. No. No. These policies are the foundations' allegiance to these un-American concepts; these policies are all traceable to the transfer of the funds over into the hands of Trustees, Mr. Griffin. Those Trustees were not the men who had a hand in the creation of the wealth that led to the endowment, or the use of that wealth for what we would call public purposes.

Griffin: It was a subversion of the original intent, then?

Dodd: Oh, yes! Completely so.
We got into the worlds, traditionally, of bankers and lawyers.

Griffin: How have the purpose and direction of the major foundations changed, over the years, up to the present? What are their purposes and directions today?

Dodd: 100% behind meeting the cost of education, such as it is presented through the schools and colleges of this United States, on the subject of our history - to prove that our original ideas are no longer practical. The future belongs to collectivistic concepts. There is just no disagreement on this.

Griffin: Why do the [Carnegie, Ford, Rockefeller (CFR)] foundations generously support communist causes in the United States?

Dodd: Well, because, to them, communism represents a means of developing what we call a monopoly -- as the organization, we'll say, of large-scale industry into an administrable unit.

Griffin: Do they think that they will?

Dodd: They will be the beneficiary of it, yes.

That was as horrifying as reading Operation Northwoods, only worse, and that's saying something.

Suprising that Colonel House say's that Hearst wasn't helping them in their matrix of info control.  Hearst was in on the Banker's plot and helped to set up WWII.  Must have had a change of heart for the worse. Snakes will be snakes.

How about the case study among the rich between Russia and the U.S.?  Anyone with a deep understanding of Schlesinger's direction and tone will see this is a scathing slam on everyone except who it was meant for.

1947. The Future of Socialism, III-The Perspective Now - Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr. (presented by Hon. John H. Rousselot in 1961 Congressional Hearing)

SPEECH
OF
HON. JOHN H. ROUSSELOT
OF CALIFORNIA
IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
Tuesday, September 26, 1961
[/b]

Mr. ROUSSELOT.  Mr. Speaker, in my research on the trend of socialism in the United States, I came across an interesting periodical called the Partisan article in the issue dated May-June 1947.
The Partisan Review, while available to all readers, is actually read only by professional intellectual Socialists of all shades, from the out-and-out pro-Communist to the Fabian-Keynesian Socialist.  It is just as much a trade magazine as the American Medical Journal or the Law Review.  It is, like the Medical Journal and Law Review, boring beyond words to any outside of the profession it serves.  Therefore the Partisan Review is almost unknown outside the professional leftist group and they use it to inform each other of their plans and projects.
The remarkable article I spoke of—the lead article in the issue of the Partisan Review, dated May-June 1947—was written by Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., former professor of history at Harvard, and now high in the councils of the Kennedy administration.
It is a blueprint of the plan for turning the people of the United States over to a monolithic Socialist-Fascist-Marxist type of tyranny.  It was written in 1947.  I urge everyone to read it.  You will see how far this country has advanced under the guidance of such men as this former Harvard professor, and you can see how much further it will advance, if we do not guard ourselves against and become aware of the machinations of such people as Mr. Schlesinger and his prototypes.
The text of the article follows:

Some excerpts:

The Soviet experience has put the century-old debate between capitalism and socialism in a useful new perspective.  Before the First World War, the case against capitalism in terms of morality: that is, socialism was conceded to be good in principle but not to work; capitalism was conceded to work but not to be good in principle.  After the Second War we see a reverse tendency a disposition to admit the inefficiency of capitalism and justify it as providing the margin on which liberty and democracy may subsist; a disposition to believe that the very efficiency of socialist management necessarily squeezes out freedom.  After all which system has more successfully dehumanized the worker, fettered the working class, and extinguished personal and political liberty?

There seems no inherent obstacle to the gradual advance of socialism in the United States through a series of New Deals.  In 1933, Frances Perkins has reported, the coal operators pleaded with the Government to nationalize the mines.  They offered to sell “to the Government at any price fixed by the Government.  Anything so we can get out of it.”  The Government was not ready to take over the coal mines in 1933, as it was not ready to take over the banks, as it was not ready to keep the railroads in 1919.  But the New Deal greatly enlarged the reserves of trained personnel; the mobilization of industry during the war provided more experience; and the next depression will certainly mean a vast expansion in Government ownership and control.  The private owners will not only acquiesce in this, in characteristic capitalist panic, they will demand it.

The foreign policy of the business community is characteristically one of cowardice rationalized in terms of high morality.  The great refusal to take on the Russians today is perfectly typical.  That doyen of American capitalists, Joseph P. Kennedy, recently argued that the United States should not seek to resist the spread of communism.  Indeed, it should “permit communism to have its trial outside the Soviet Union if that shall be the fate or will of certain peoples.

..........

THE DEATH-WISH OF THE CAPITALISTS

Markist folklore, we have seen, has always overrated the bourgeoisie.  The capitalists have certainly been great organizers of production and, in this process, great exploiters of the downtrodden.  But their confidence, intelligence, and ruthlessness have always dwindled as they got farther away from the factory or countinghouse.  They have constituted a plutocracy, not an aristocracy.  They have never been, in the political sense, an effective governing class.
A plutocracy is trained to think in terms of business dealings and not of war, in terms of security and not of honor.  In terms of class and not of nation.  With their power dependent on the continued convertibility of pieces of paper, they dread anything which might upset the fragile conventions of economic society.  They lack the instinct, energy, and courage to govern.  The shift which saved Britain in 1940 suggests some of the contrasts.  Chamberlain reflected the sentiments of the business community—the longing for quiet, the hatred of violence, the terror of social upheaval.  Churchill’s instincts wore those of an imperial aristocracy—bold, vigorous, somewhat contemptuous of trade, with power founded, not on finance, but on land, tradition, and sense of nationality.  “There is something to be said for government by a great aristocracy which has furnished leaders to the nation in peace and war for generations,” Theodore Roosevelt once observed; “even a democrat like myself must admit this.  But there is absolutely nothing to be said for government by a plutocracy, for government by men very powerful in certain lines and gifted with the money touch, but with ideals which in their essence are merely those of so many glorified pawnbrokers.”

The bourgeoisie consequently has always had to turn for protection to some non-bourgeois group.  Without such protection, as Schumpeter puts it, it is “unable not only to lead its nation but even to take care of its particular class interest.  Which amounts to saying that it needs a master.”  In England the business classes have had the aristocracy, and now the Socialists, to protect them.  In America when the chips were down the businessmen have always been bailed out by the radical democracy, often under aristocratic leadership; the Jeffersons, Jacksons, Lincolns, Wilsons, Roosevelts.
This normal political incompetence of the capitalists has recently been exaggerated by a gradual disappearance of the capitalist energies themselves; it is this combination which justifies the term “death-wish.” Not only does the bourgeoisie lack the skill to protect itself; it is increasingly lacking in the will to protect itself.  The capitalist system, in effect, has killed its own interest in survival.   The rise of big business, the development of mass protection and mass organization, have slowly taken the guts out of the idea of property.  The spread of rationalism has set in motion a skepticism which holds no social authority sacred.  Capitalism at once has strengthened the economic centralization and loosened the moral bonds of society.  The result is a profound instability which invites collectivism as a means of restoring social discipline.  As Schumpeter put it, capitalism “socializes the middleclass mind.” Eventually the roots of capitalist motivation will wither away.

THE COUNTERREVOLUTION OF THE SOVIET UNION

The capitalist death-wish and the liberal treachery are more or less unconscious obstacles to a tranquil passage to socialism.  The role of the Soviet Union, on the other hand, is highly intelligent, purposeful, and determined.  The U.S.S.R. perceives clearly that the most deadly foe of communism is not the reactionary, whose blind folly will only speed the disintegration of his own society, the serious enemy is really the radical democrat who proposes to solve the problems of unemployment and want without enslaving the masses and setting up a police state.

...food for fodder   Dig, I would to read more of your reading excerpts.  Exactly what is treason in today's terms?  I think one could claim it to being too patriotic to one's country based on its founding principles and/or without duel citizenship to Israel.  House did make Benedict look like a choir boy in knickers.

Lysander Spooner  NO TREASON   1867

If the men of the Revolution designed to incorporate in the Constitution the absurd ideas of allegiance and treason, which they had once repudiated, against which they had fought, and by which the world had been enslaved, they thereby established for themselves an indisputable claim to the disgust and detestation of all mankind.

The principle, on which the war was waged by the North, was simply this: That men may rightfully be compelled to submit to, and support, a government that they do not want; and that resistance, on their part, makes them traitors and criminals.

No principle, that is possible to be named, can be more self-evidently false than this; or more self-evidently fatal to all political freedom. Yet it triumphed in the field, and is now assumed to be established. If it really be established, the number of slaves, instead of having been diminished by the war, has been greatly increased; for a man, thus subjected to a government that he does not want, is a slave. And there is no difference, in principle --- but only in degree --- between political and chattel slavery. The former, no less than the latter, denies a man's ownership of himself and the products of his labor; and [*iv] asserts that other men may own him, and dispose of him and his property, for their uses, and at their pleasure.

Previous to the war, there were some grounds for saying that --- in theory, at least, if not in practice --- our government was a free one; that it rested on consent. But nothing of that kind can be said now, if the principle on which the war was carried on by the North, is irrevocably established.  If that principle be not the principle of the Constitution, the fact should be known. If it be the principle of the Constitution, the Constitution itself should be at once overthrown.

.....

Furthermore, those who originally agreed to the Constitution, could thereby bind nobody that should come after them. They could contract for nobody but themselves. They had no more [*5] natural right or power to make political contracts, binding upon succeeding generations, than they had to make marriage or business contracts binding upon them.
Still further. Even those who actually voted for the adoption of the Constitution, did not pledge their faith for any specific time; since no specific time was named, in the
Constitution, during which the association should continue. It was, therefore, merely an association during pleasure; even as between the original parties to it.

Still less, if possible, has it been any thing more than a merely voluntary association, during pleasure, between the succeeding generations, who have never gone through, as their fathers did, with so much even as any outward formality of adopting it, or of pledging their faith to support it.  Such portions of them as pleased, and as the States permitted to vote, have only done enough, by voting and paying taxes, (and unlawfully and tyrannically extorting taxes from others,) to keep the government in operation for the time being. And this, in the view of the Constitution, they have done voluntarily, and because it was for their interest, or pleasure, and not because they were under any pledge or obligation to do it. Any one man, or any number of men, have had a perfect right, at any time, to refuse his or their further support; and nobody could rightfully object to his or their withdrawal.

Too bad Lysander Spooner seemed to have no clue that the civil war was manufactured by the British Empire loyalists in order to create unpayable debt, have the South win, and create a Prime Minister system. If he did, he may realize what treason truly is. The ones who manufactured the American Civil War were not just treasonous traiters to the US, they were traitors to humanity itself.

Wow, that is an incredible letter.

"Colonel" Edward House has to be one of the most insideous and little know about figures in American History.

He was instrumental in the creation of the Balfour Declaration, the Japanese invasion of Bolshevic Russia (1918), and the coensiding counter revolutionary Red Army's march across Russia and eventual replacement of an inconvenient Trotsky, with western empire intrest friendly Stalin.  This Colonel House character is responsible for much, much more, like being key in getting the US into WWI and the creation of the Federal Reserve (!!!).

Read it in this royalist's own words:

LONDON'S BLACK-OPS PROJECT
OBAMA AND HIS HANDLERS WORK FOR THE CROWNED NAZIS

http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=14216
by Anton Chaitkin   Posted 11 April 2009 - 05:19 AM

{Time} magazine misnamed as the "Consortium of Behavioral Scientists" what {Time} described as "a secret advisory group of 29 of the nation's leading behaviorists," directing President Barack Obama's catastrophic policy, of pouring out trillions of dollars to prop up the London-centered offshore finance swindle. The group of economists is actually called the Behavioral Economics Roundtable, based at the Russell Sage Foundation in Washington D.C. The "behavioral economics" project has been tightly organized and run jointly since 1986 by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and the Russell Sage Foundaton.

Through these and related institutions, the project's sponsors are the same clique of London-directed strategists who created the Hitler and Mussolini regimes, and ran the propaganda war against President Franklin Roosevelt. After World War II, these British empire strategists revived fascist economics and psychological manipulation methods to attack and reverse Roosevelt's legacy.

The Empire's Irrational Subjects

The Israeli kook psychologist Daniel Kahneman, called the founder of behavioral economics, was an apostle of brainwashing expert Kurt Lewin. Kahneman has described his own Israeli army experiments, based on the psychological warfare methods of Lewin's bosses in London's Tavistock Institute: the study of soldiers' vulnerable minds in "leaderless groups." Kahneman met Alfred P. Sloan Foundation vice president/psychologist Eric Wanner in 1982. Wanner, previously employed by Britain's Sussex University, home of the Tavistock Institute, took Kahneman under his wing. Wanner soon afterwards became chief executive of the Russell Sage Foundation, and, in 1986, he instituted the Behavioral Economics Project, run jointly by the Sloan and Sage Foundations. Both foundations, as will be reported below, were central to London's post-World War II fascist revival.

This began before the war was even won. In 1944, Montagu Norman had stepped down as governor of the Bank of England, after two decades directing the London and Wall Street promotion and funding of the Hitler dictatorship. Norman next created the World Federation for Mental Health, managed by leaders of the pro-Hitler Cliveden Set under the presidency of Tavistock Institute director John R. Rees. Heading this London initiative within the U.S.A. was Kurt Lewin, working for Tavistock with Rockefeller money arranged by Russell Sage Foundation operative Raymond Fosdick. Lewin set the tone for what is now called "behavioral economics"--instead of a republic's government serving rational citizens, an empire's oligarchy rules its subjects by playing on popular ignorance and irrationality. Lewin mused in his 1941 book, {Time Perspective and Morale}: "One of the main techniques for breaking morale through a 'strategy of terror' consists in exactly this tactic--keep the person hazy as to where he stands and what just he may expect. If, in addition, frequent vacillations between severe disciplinary measures and promises of good treatment, together with the spreading of contradictory news, make the cognitive structure of this situation utterly unclear, then the individual may cease to know when a particular plan would lead toward or away from his goal. Under these conditions, even those individuals who have definite goals and are ready to take risks will be paralyzed with severe inner conflicts in regard to what to do."

Sloan, Sage and the Project

The two foundations running the Behavioral Economics Roundtable have extended this project and put their Behavioral operatives into the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER--an anti-labor think-tank funded entirely the right-wing Olin, Bradley, Scaife, and Smith Richardson Foundations), giving many Roundtable Sage-Sloan paid operatives an NBER label. Arrangments with NBER, have been supervised by Sloan Foundation Program Director Michael S. Teitelbaum, who epitomizesthe unashamed Hitler legacy at Sloan. A former Oxford University faculty member, Teitelbaum was a key American instigator of the return of the Nazi race psuedo-science called eugenics. From his Sloan base since 1983, Teitelbaum spread eugenics and anti-immigrant filth into Congressional deliberations. He was presient of the American Eugenics Society from 1985 to 1990, and vice president of Sloan Foundation in the late 1990s, as "behavioral economics" was revved up.

This effort bears rotten fruit in the person of a leading behavioral economist Alan Kreuger, whom President Obama has nominated to be Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Policy.  Though not yet confirmed, Krueger has already been advising Treausury Secretary Tim Geithner during the catastophic bailouts. Kreuger has been a director of the Russell Sage Foundation, a Sloan Fellow, an NBER Olin Fellow, and Krueger is a longtime staff leader at the eugenics movement's Office of Population Research at Princeton University. American Eugenics Society founder Frederick Osborn created that office at Princeton in 1936, the year after the eugenics movement triumphed with the passage of Hitler's Nuremberg race laws. (The office now advertises a workers' efficiency survey being conducted by Treasury-designee Krueger and his fellow Princeton faculty member, behavioral economics originator Daniel Kahneman.) In that nightmare of the 1930s, Alfred P. Sloan was among the small circle of leading pro-Hitler industrialists in the United States. Sloan had been made chief executive of General Motors in 1923 by GM's co-owners, the J.P. Morgan bank and the DuPont chemical enterprise. In 1934, Alfred P. Sloan and Morgan-DuPont financial executive John J. Raskob founded the American Liberty League, and at the same time, the Sloan Foundation. The Liberty League organized American pro-fascists to attack President Franklin Roosevelt, while carrying on propaganda favorable to Mussolini and Hitler.

The Sloan Foundation's assets were based on shares of General Motors, whose Opel division produced a large proportion of Germany's exports for the Hitler regime throughout the 1930s. The Russell Sage Foundation, a British Empire agency planted within the United States (with money from Wall Street speculator Russell Sage's widow), was X-rayed in the 1976 reference work {Carter and the Party of International Terrorism}, published by the U.S. Labor Party: "Since its incorporation in New York State in 1907, the Russell Sage Foundation has served as the major Fabian Society-Fabian Research Bureau operation in North America. Russell Sage has been the pioneer institution in the building of a 1984 [Orwellian]-style police infrastructure in this country: in the nazification of the federal judicial system; and the development of computer technology as a technical up grading of centralized Wall Street black propaganda control over every facet of the mass media in the field of overt criminal and terrorist activity ... since its engineered takeover of the New York City rackets during the late 1910s [Sage] has been maintaining an ongoing program of crime profiling....

"Under the stated purpose of scientific social work, Russell Sage initiated a wide range of projects [aiming at] the creation of a centrally controlled, mass-social-control apparatus. Russell Sage conducted the earliest program in co-participation (Mackenzie King's profiles of the Rockefeller family Colorado mining companies) and working-class profiling [in] Pittsburgh and San Francisco....)

"[In World War One] Russell Sage moved its offices to Washington DC, and took over the Department of War. The Foundation [with its London background]--in that government capacity--organized the entire logistical and support operations for the U.S. war effort [in the alliance with Britain]. Personnel placed in the State Department took control over all German-American assets for the duration of the war. Col. Ayer of Russell Sage was one of President Wilson's chief negotiators and advisers at Versailles; he later assumed charge of the postwar German reparations and through this, was instrumental in creating the Anglo-American networks epitomized by the activities of [Hitler intelligence executive] Adm. Canaris and [London-controlled Nazi regime-designer] Hjalmar Schacht. "Russell Sage [later concentrated on] funding of Raymond Fosdick [head of Rockefeller Foundation who coordinated with publicist Ivy Lee and Morgan partner Thomas Lamont in directinginternational finances and public relations for the Mussolini and Hitler regimes] and supervision of German military buildup during the Weimar period.

"[Just as] the original Fabian Society used visiting fellow programs [to recruit] long-term agents of influence, the Russell Sage maintains a network of leading operatives in every major university in the United States.... Among the notable individuals [created as Russell Sage projects were]: "Charles Hamilton, sponsor of Stokely Carmichael's Black Power project; ... Daniel Bell, [author of {The Coming of Post-Industrial Society}]; Alvin Toffler, author of {Future Shock}; Kenneth Boulding, the zero-growth convergence theory planner; University of Chicago psychological warfare [strategist] Morris Janowitz; top brainwasher Edward Shils; Columbia University counterinsurgency warfare planner Amitai Etzioni; LEAA founder James Vorenburg; Institute for Policy Studies terrorist controller and labor counterinsurgency expert Paul Jacobs; and the leading European-based linguistic brainwasher and left countergang controller, Alvin Gouldner of {Theory and Society}."

The Obama Vortex

This London "black-ops" project, behavioral econonomics, has embedded its operatives all over the Obama Administration. Sage Foundation director Thaler is a linchpin of the scheme. Thaler originally managed the Sloan-Sage sponsorship of Daniel Kahneman to "define that field" of economics" Thaler runs a multi-billion dollar private asset fund (Fuller & Thaler) employing Kahneman as a director. Thaler's private fund took over from Russell Sage the financing of the Project inside NBER.

A University of Chicago professor, Thaler closely consults his younger faculty colleagues Austan Goolsbee and Cass Sunstein, two Obama advisors who were initiated into Thaler's behavioral economics clique.

Sunstein co-authored Thaler's book, {Nudge}, on how the regime can engineer people's choices without their knowledge. President Obama has chosen Sunstein as U.S. Regulatory czar--administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Sunstein's wife is Samantha Power, a longtime paid George Soros agent specializing in provoking wars in Africa, who now runs "multi-lateral affairs" (the London connection) in Obama's National Security Council. Goolsbee was notorious as the radical Free Trade chief economic adviser to Obama's Presidential campaign. Like current Obama chief economic adviser and fellow behavioral economist Larry Summers, Goolsbee worships the late University of Chicago economist Milton Friedman. Goolsbie eulogized Friedman ({New York Times}, Nov. 17, 2006) for "scientific economics."

The London-Wall street sponsors of behavioral economics want to get away with crushing austerity as policy outcome in the present systemic collapse. From the Aug. 6, 1923 {Time{ magazine cover lionizing Benito Mussolini, throughout the 1930s, they claimed that {Il Duce} was brutal, but "he made the trains run on time."

Goolsbee invoked that Mussolini legacy in the title of an article, "Where the Buses Run on Time" (Slate, March 16, 2006), to praise the behaviorist speed-up of bus drivers made possible by Milton Friedman's economic program under the Pinochet dictatorship in Chile. Goolsbee argued that Chicago should use the methods for reducing wages and speeding up bus drivers, that had been successful outcomes of the Chilean fascist regime.

MISBEHAVIOR IN RUSSIA

The knives are out for Larry Summers, former Harvard president, behaviorial economist, director of the National Economic Council for President Barack Obama. The {New York Times} (April 6, 2009, "A Rich Education for Summers (After Harvard)") speared him as a fanatical hedge-fund operator and multi-millionaire.

His Harvard protege, the prominent behavioral economist and mass corruptionist Andrei Shleifer, is part of what the {Times} called the "small circle of financial professionals, particularly hedge fund managers," that Summers has "cultivated ... to serve as an informal brain trust. He consults with them on policy matters from his perch in the White House." In the early 1990s, Summers was chief economist for the World Bank, coordinating the privatization and looting of Russia with Vice Premier Anatoly Chubais. While Summers' man Shleifer and Harvard University were then being paid by the U.S. government to advise Chubais and the Russians on privatization, Shleifer's wife Nancy Zimmerman was running a hedge fund out of the back room of Harvard's USAID-funded privatization project office in Moscow.

Put in charge of setting up a stock market, and engineering other post-Soviet projects, Shleifer engorged himself on the resultant stocks and bonds, while Russia slid into misery. The U.S. government sued Harvard, Shleifer, and Zimmerman under the False Claims Act. Harvard and Shleifer reached an agreement with the Justice Department in 2005: Harvard paid $26.5 million to settle; Shleifer paid $2 million in damages, on top of his wife's firm's $1.5 million in damages.

As Summers defended the looting of Russia and Shleifer's role in it, Harvard paid most of Shleifer's damages and kept him on the faculty.

The cited {Times} article names only Nancy Zimmerman, and not Shleifer himself, as being in that Summers circle of hedge fund managers. The same {Times} article makes a reference that points in the direction of the underlying behavioral economist takeover of the Obama Administration: "Among these [hedge fund] insiders are Kenneth D. Brody and Frank P. Brosens, the founding partners of another hedge fund, Taconic Capital Advisors, for whom Mr. Summers did consulting work from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Summers reached out to Mr. Brosens in December to discuss the Obama administration's economic priorities. This year, he campaigned to have him run the federal office overseeing the $700 billion bailout program. Mr. Brosens withdrew his name from consideration last month." The cited Kenneth D. Brody (Brosens' partner) is himself the Treasurer of the Russell Sage Foundation, the central channel through which the behavioral economics project has been foisted on the American government.

Paolo Sarpi:
THE VENETIAN ROOTS OF 'BEHAVIORAL ECONOMICS'

While {Time} magazine's (April 13, 2009) expose of the "behavioral economists" surrounding President Barack Obama has put an important spotlight on a dangerous disease, infecting the economic decision-making at the Oval Office, the author of the expose only scratched the surface of the actual evil underlying this hedonistic madness.

The bestial notion of man as an irrational creature, driven by overwhelming impulses to seek pleasure and avoid pain, which is at the heart of the so-called "behavioral economics" dogma, came directly from Venice, the wellspring of all modern financier oligarchism. The author of this schema, which ruthlessly rejects actual human creativity, was Paolo Sarpi (1552-1623).

A Servite monk who rose to be the leading theological and juridical authority for the Venetian doge, Sarpi waged a war against the Catholic Church, and, despite his nominal status as a leading theologian, argued against the existence of God. In correspondence with Francis Bacon, mediated through the English ambassador to Venice, Henry Wooten, Sarpi argued that man can only know the world through his senses. Thus, Sarpi was the author of the radical, anti-cognitive empiricist doctrine, later codified by successive generations of English utilitarians, from John Locke, to Bernard de Mandeville, to Adam Smith, to Jeremy Bentham.

Sarpi took a leading role in the Venetian faction known as the Giovanni (Youth), who argued that Venice could not retain its financial and political power over Europe through its base in the Venetian lagoon. Sarpi and the Giovanni not only promoted the Protestant break with Rome, they redeployed Venetian power into northern Europe, through the successive takeover of the Netherlands and England, via the creation of Venetian-controlled trading companies, including the Venice, Turkey, Levant, and, eventually, the Dutch and British East India companies. It was this financier-oligarchy, that took over England, and, at the same time, promoted the radical empiricist dogma that has beenthe key to oligarchical power ever since. It is from Sarpi's descendents, particularly the radical hedonist Jeremy Bentham (1748-1832), that all of the essentials of "behavioral economics" derive. Indeed, a 2004 paper, published by the British Fabian Society's London School of Economics, titled "Utility Theory from Jeremy Bentham to Daniel Kahneman," makes the case explicitly.

Essentially plagiarizing Sarpi, Bentham, in his infamous {An Introduction to the Principles of Morals and Legislation} (1780) wrote, "Nature has placed mankind under the governance of two sovereign masters, pain and pleasure. It is for them alone to point out what we ought to do, as well as to determine what we shall do.... Every effort we make to throw off our subjection, will serve but to demonstrate and confirm it. The principle of utility--the greatest happiness or greatest felicity principle--recognizes this subjection, and assumes it for the foundation.... Systems which attempt to question it deal ... in caprice instead of reason, in darkness instead of light." Bentham was not only the chief philosopher for the British East India Company, during the tenure of its Secret Committee chairman, Lord Shelburne. During Shelburne's brief tenures as foreign Secretary and Prime Minister, Bentham founded modern British intelligence.

Bentham first caught the attention of the Venetian-minded Shelburne for his diatribe against the American Declaration of Independence. In October 1776, Bentham wrote: "This, they 'hold to be' a 'truth self-evident.' At the same time, to secure these rights they are satisfied that government should be instituted. They see not ... that nothing that was ever called government ever was or ever could be exercised but at the expense of one or another of those rights, that ... some one or other of those pretended unalienable rights is alienated.... In these tenets they have outdone the extravagance of all former fanatics." Bentham's hatred of the American Revolution and the principles of republican government were totally consistent with his Sarpian belief that man is a beast, pure and simple. That Sarpi and Bentham are the intellectual architects of the perverse doctrine of hedonistic "behavioral economics" ought to wake up some patriotic stirrings among some in and around the Obama White House--before it is too late.

THE DANIEL KAHNEMAN, AMOS TVERSKY SWINDLE

April 8 (EIRNS)--The short version of Behaviorist Economics is that it can be considered as the carryover of the pseudo-science behind the Revolution in Military Affairs into the civilian sphere. On the other hand, it also clearly reflects the hedonistic calculus of Jeremy Benthem and Bernard Mandeville. Its origins can be traced to two Israeli behavioral psychologists, Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tverski, both with experience in and employed by the Israeli Defense Forces, who began a long collaborative career by 1968.

Born in Tel Aviv in 1934, Kahneman spent his youth in France, where his father was director of research for a chemical company "directed by the financial mainstay of the Fascist anti-Semitic movement in France in the 1930s," as Kahneman recalled in his autobiography ({A History of Psychology in Autobiography}). At the end of the war, the family embarked for Palestine. Kahneman received his Bachelor's degree from Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1954, majoring in psychology with a minor in mathematics. A favorite professor there introduced him to the work of Kurt Lewin, especially Lewin's "force field from the outside." He was so taken by Lewin's theories that he still teaches them today.

After graduating, he served in the Israeli Army for four years, three of them in the psychology branch of the IDF. One of the projects he worked on was selection of individuals for officer training, using methods based on World War II British manuals. In a test involving a leaderless group, he experienced what he called the "first cognitive illusion I described," which he named "the illusion of validity." In his Nobel Prize-winning autobiography, he wrote, "puzzles with which I struggled at the time were the seed of the paper on the psychology of intuitive prediction which Amos Tversky and I published later." Kahneman is known as a leader in the field of hedonics, with a emphasis on the matter of the "framing" of decision-making (how a question is "framed" will affect the answer).

The two began publishing in the early 1970s, with the seminal work, "Judgement Under Uncertainty: Heuristics and Biases," published in {Science} magazine in 1974. At the end of that detailed work is a note, indicating that their research "was supported by the Advanced Research Projects Agency of the Department of Defense [DARPA] and was monitored by the Office of Naval Research" under a contract to the Oregon Research Institute, with additional support "provided by the Research and Development Authority of the Hebrew University."

Behavioral Economics Is Born

Kahneman and Tversky spent time in Israel, the United States, and Britain, each spending time at Cambridge, and, in 1978, both arrived at Stanford University, at the Center for Advanced Studies in the Behavioral Sciences. It was here that they met University of Rochester-trained economist Richard Thaler, and the "science" of Behavioral Economics was born. The next year, 1979, saw the publication of the fundamental work of the new science, {Prospect Theory, Analysis of Decisions Under Risk,} by Kahnemann and Tverski. Subsequently, the two also published works along with Thaler, and others, notably, a British Columbia-based behavioralist Jack Knetsch.

In 1982, the grouping was "institutionalized," one might say, by Eric Wanner, who was then the head of the Sloan Foundation, and who proposed funding an integration of behavioral psychology and economics. A year later, when Wanner became president of the Russell Sage Foundation, he brought the psychos along with him, and began to fund the project, which continues today. The first step was to send Thaler to the University of British Columbia, where Kahneman was teaching, to work with him for a year. At this time, Jack Knetsch, another economist who figures prominently in this field, would have been at UBC, as well.

It was at Sage, that Kahneman and Tversky, along with Knetsch produced a work in which they tried to give their "Prospect Theory" a historical grounding, citing four works of theoretical "heritage," one of which is the work of John von Neumann and David Morgenstern. The result was "Fairness and the Assumptions of Economics," published in a special issue of {The Journal of Business}. Kahneman received half a Nobel Prize in 2002, for "having integrated insights from psychological research into economic science, especially concerning human judgment and decision making under uncertainty." He is today at Princeton. Tversky died from cancer in 1996.

In 1995, Thaler, who continues as a director at the Russell Sage Foundation, came to the University of Chicago. At Chicago, Thaler made a quick convert and lifetime associate of Cass Sunstein, a professor of law, who quickly picked up on the ideas and spread them to the legal profession, causing a minor revolution in teaching methods which continues today. Sunstein became a close associate of Barack Obama, who was also resident at UC at that time, and led Thaler to him at a 2004 Illinois Senate campaign event. Thaler's response at the time: "You know, he seems like the real deal."

Thaler, in addition to being an economics professor at the University of Chicago, is still on the board of the Sage Foundation, which also houses the vaunted Consortium of 29, the Behaviorist Economics Roundtable, founded in 1992.
All eyes are opened, or opening, to the rights of man. The general spread of the light of science has already laid open to every view the palpable truth, that the mass of mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them legitimately

SECURITY

It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation of a society, i.e., the engineering of social automation systems (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide.

This manual is in itself an analog declaration of intent. Such a writing must be secured from public scrutiny. Otherwise, it might be recognized as a technically formal declaration of domestic war. Furthermore, whenever any person or group of persons in a position of great power and without full knowledge and consent of the public, uses such knowledge and methodology for economic conquest -- it must be understood that a state of domestic warfare exists between said person or group of persons and the public.

The solution of today's problems requires an approach which is ruthlessly candid, with no agonizing over religious, moral or cultural values.

You have qualified for this project because of your ability to look at human society with cold objectivity, and yet analyze and discuss your observations and conclusions with others of similar intellectual capacity without a loss of discretion or humility. Such virtues are exercised in your own best interest. Do not deviate from them.

HISTORICAL INTRODUCTION

Silent weapon technology has evolved from Operations Research (O.R.), a strategic and tactical methodology developed under the military management [Eisenhower] in England during World War II. The original purpose of Operations Research was to study the strategic and tactical problems of air and land defense with the objective of effective use of limited military resources against foreign enemies (i.e., logistics).

It was soon recognized by those in positions of power that the same methods might be useful for totally controlling a society. But better tools were necessary.

Social engineering (the analysis and automation of a society) requires the correlation of great amounts of constantly changing economic information (data), so a high-speed computerized data-processing system was necessary which could race ahead of the society and predict when society would arrive for capitulation.

Relay computers were too slow, but the electronic computer, invented in 1946 by J. Presper Eckert and John W. Mauchly, filled the bill.

The next breakthrough was the development of the simplex method of linear programming in 1947 by the mathematician George B. Dantzig.

Then in 1948, the transistor, invented by J. Bardeen, W. H. Brattain, and W. Shockley, promised great expansion of the computer field by reducing space and power requirements.

With these three inventions under their direction, those in positions of power strongly suspected that it was possible for them to control the whole world with the push of a button.

Immediately, the Rockefeller Foundation got in on the ground floor by making a four-year grant to Harvard College, funding the Harvard Economic Research Project for the study of the structure of the American economy. One year later, in 1949, the United States Air Force joined in.

In 1952 the original grant period terminated, and a high-level meeting of the elite was held to determine the next phase of social operations research. The Harvard project had been very fruitful, as is borne out by the publication of some of its results in 1953 suggesting the feasibility of economic (social) engineering. (Studies in the Structure of the American Economy -- copyright 1953 by Wasily Leontief, International Sciences Press Inc., White Plains, New York.)

Engineered in the last half of the decade of the 1940s, the new Quiet War machine stood, so to speak, in sparkling gold-plated hardware on the showroom floor by 1954.

With the creation of the maser in 1954, the promise of unlocking unlimited sources of fusion atomic energy from the heavy hydrogen in sea water and the consequent availability of unlimited social power was a possibility only decades away.

The combination was irresistible.

The Quiet War was quietly declared by the International Elite at a meeting held in 1954.

Although the silent weapons system was nearly exposed 13 years later, the evolution of the new weapon-system has never suffered any major setbacks.

This volume marks the 25th anniversary of the beginning of the Quiet War. Already this domestic war has had many victories on many fronts throughout the world.

POLITICAL INTRODUCTION

In 1954 it was well recognized by those in positions of authority that it was only a matter of time, only a few decades, before the general public would be able to grasp and upset the cradle of power, for the very elements of the new silent-weapon technology were as accessible for a public utopia as they were for providing a private utopia.

The issue of primary concern, that of dominance, revolved around the subject of the energy sciences.

ENERGY

Energy is recognized as the key to all activity on earth. Natural science is the study of the sources and control of natural energy, and social science, theoretically expressed as economics, is the study of the sources and control of social energy. Both are bookkeeping systems: mathematics. Therefore, mathematics is the primary energy science. And the bookkeeper can be king if the public can be kept ignorant of the methodology of the bookkeeping.

All science is merely a means to an end. The means is knowledge. The end is control. Beyond this remains only one issue: Who will be the beneficiary?

In 1954 this was the issue of primary concern. Although the so-called "moral issues" were raised, in view of the law of natural selection it was agreed that a nation or world of people who will not use their intelligence are no better than animals who do not have intelligence. Such people are beasts of burden and steaks on the table by choice and consent.

Consequently, in the interest of future world order, peace, and tranquility, it was decided to privately wage a quiet war against the American public with an ultimate objective of permanently shifting the natural and social energy (wealth) of the undisciplined and irresponsible many into the hands of the self-disciplined, responsible, and worthy few.

In order to implement this objective, it was necessary to create, secure, and apply new weapons which, as it turned out, were a class of weapons so subtle and sophisticated in their principle of operation and public appearance as to earn for themselves the name "silent weapons."

In conclusion, the objective of economic research, as conducted by the magnates of capital (banking) and the industries of commodities (goods) and services, is the establishment of an economy which is totally predictable and manipulatable.

In order to achieve a totally predictable economy, the low-class elements of the society must be brought under total control, i.e., must be housebroken, trained, and assigned a yoke and long-term social duties from a very early age, before they have an opportunity to question the propriety of the matter. In order to achieve such conformity, the lower-class family unit must be disintegrated by a process of increasing preoccupation of the parents and the establishment of government-operated day-care centers for the occupationally orphaned children.

The quality of education given to the lower class must be of the poorest sort, so that the moat of ignorance isolating the inferior class from the superior class is and remains incomprehensible to the inferior class. With such an initial handicap, even bright lower class individuals have little if any hope of extricating themselves from their assigned lot in life. This form of slavery is essential to maintaining some measure of social order, peace, and tranquility for the ruling upper class.

DESCRIPTIVE INTRODUCTION OF THE SILENT WEAPON

Everything that is expected from an ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its creators, but only in its own manner of functioning. It shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of a chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general. It makes no obvious explosive noises, causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not obviously interfere with anyone's daily social life. Yet it makes an unmistakable "noise," causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with daily social life, i.e., unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what to look for.

The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they are being attacked and subdued by a weapon.

The public might instinctively feel that something is wrong, but because of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a rational way, or handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to associate with others to defend themselves against it.

When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts / adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up.

Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses.

THEORETICAL INTRODUCTION

"Give me control over a nation's currency, and I care not who makes its laws."

Mayer Amschel Rothschild
(1743 - 1812)

Today's silent weapons technology is an outgrowth of a simple idea discovered, succinctly expressed, and effectively applied by the quoted Mr. Mayer Amschel Rothschild. Mr. Rothschild discovered the missing passive component of economic theory known as economic inductance. He, of course, did not think of his discovery in these 20th-century terms, and, to be sure, mathematical analysis had to wait for the Second Industrial Revolution, the rise of the theory of mechanics and electronics, and finally, the invention of the electronic computer before it could be effectively applied in the control of the world economy.

GENERAL ENERGY CONCEPTS

In the study of energy systems, there always appear three elementary concepts. These are potential energy, kinetic energy, and energy dissipation. And corresponding to these concepts, there are three idealized, essentially pure physical counterparts called passive components.

(1) In the science of physical mechanics, the phenomenon of potential energy is associated with a physical property called elasticity or stiffness, and can be represented by a stretched spring.

In electronic science, potential energy is stored in a capacitor instead of a spring. This property is called capacitance instead of elasticity or stiffness.

(2) In the science of physical mechanics, the phenomenon of kinetic energy is associated with a physical property called inertia or mass, and can be represented by a mass or a flywheel in motion.

In electronic science, kinetic energy is stored in an inductor (in a magnetic field) instead of a mass. This property is called inductance instead of inertia.

(3) In the science of physical mechanics, the phenomenon of energy dissipation is associated with a physical property called friction or resistance, and can be represented by a dashpot or other device which converts system energy into heat.

In electronic science, dissipation of energy is performed by an element called either a resistor or a conductor, the term "resistor" being the one generally used to express the concept of friction, and the term "conductor" being generally used to describe a more ideal device (e.g., wire) employed to convey electronic energy efficiently from one location to another. The property of a resistance or conductor is measured as either resistance or conductance reciprocals.

In economics these three energy concepts are associated with:

Economic Capacitance -- Capital (money, stock/inventory, investments in buildings and durables, etc.)

Economic Conductance -- Goods (production flow coefficients)

Economic Inductance -- Services (the influence of the population of industry on output)

All of the mathematical theory developed in the study of one energy system (e.g., mechanics, electronics, etc.) can be immediately applied in the study of any other energy system (e.g., economics).

MR. ROTHSCHILD'S ENERGY DISCOVERY

What Mr. Rothschild had discovered was the basic principle of power, influence, and control over people as applied to economics. That principle is "when you assume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you."

Mr. Rothschild had discovered that currency or deposit loan accounts had the required appearance of power that could be used to induce people (inductance, with people corresponding to a magnetic field) into surrendering their real wealth in exchange for a promise of greater wealth (instead of real compensation). They would put up real collateral in exchange for a loan of promissory notes. Mr. Rothschild found that he could issue more notes than he had backing for, so long as he had someone's stock of gold as a persuader to show to his customers.

Mr. Rothschild loaned his promissory notes to individuals and to governments. These would create overconfidence. Then he would make money scarce, tighten control of the system, and collect the collateral through the obligation of contracts. The cycle was then repeated. These pressures could be used to ignite a war. Then he would control the availability of currency to determine who would win the war. That government which agreed to give him control of its economic system got his support.

Collection of debts was guaranteed by economic aid to the enemy of the debtor. The profit derived from this economic methodology made Mr. Rothschild all the more able to extend his wealth. He found that the public greed would allow currency to be printed by government order beyond the limits (inflation) of backing in precious metal or the production of goods and services (gross national product, GNP).

APPARENT CAPITAL AS "PAPER" INDUCTOR

In this structure, credit, presented as a pure element called "currency," has the appearance of capital, but is, in fact, negative capital. Hence, it has the appearance of service, but is, in fact, indebtedness or debt. It is therefore an economic inductance instead of an economic capacitance, and if balanced in no other way, will be balanced in no other way, will be balanced by the negation of population (war, genocide). The total goods and services represent real capital called the gross national product, and currency may be printed up to this level and still represent economic capacitance; but currency printed beyond this level is subtractive, represents the introduction of economic inductance, and constitutes notes of indebtedness.

War is therefore the balancing of the system by killing the true creditors (the public which we have taught to exchange true value for inflated currency) and falling back on whatever is left of the resources of nature and regeneration of those resources.

Mr. Rothschild had discovered that currency gave him the power to rearrange the economic structure to his own advantage, to shift economic inductance to those economic positions which would encourage the greatest economic instability and oscillation.

The final key to economic control had to wait until there was sufficient data and high-speed computing equipment to keep close watch on the economic oscillations created by price shocking and excess paper energy credits -- paper inductance/inflation.

BREAKTHROUGH

Thea aviation field provided the greatest evolution in economic engineering by way of the mathematical theory of shock testing. In this process, a projectile is fired from an airframe on the ground and the impulse of the recoil is monitored by vibration transducers connected to the airframe and wired to chart recorders.

By studying the echoes or reflections of the recoil impulse in the airframe, it is possible to discover critical vibrations in the structure of the airframe which either vibrations of the engine or aeolian vibrations of the wings, or a combination of the two, might reinforce resulting in a resonant self-destruction of the airframe in flight as an aircraft. From the standpoint of engineering, this means that the strengths and weaknesses of the structure of the airframe in terms of vibrational energy can be discovered and manipulated.

APPLICATION IN ECONOMICS

To use this method of airframe shock testing in economic engineering, the prices of commodities are shocked, and the public consumer reaction is monitored. The resulting echoes of the economic shock are interpreted theoretically by computers and the psycho-economic structure of the economy is discovered. It is by this process that partial differential and difference matrices are discovered that define the family household and make possible its evaluation as an economic industry (dissipative consumer structure).

Then the response of the household to future shocks can be predicted and manipulated, and society becomes a well-regulated animal with its reins under the control of a sophisticated computer-regulated social energy bookkeeping system.

Eventually every individual element of the structure comes under computer control through a knowledge of personal preferences, such knowledge guaranteed by computer association of consumer preferences (universal product code -- UPC -- zebra-stripe pricing codes on packages) with identified consumers (identification via association with the use of a credit card and later a permanent "tattooed" body number invisible under normal ambient illumination...

THE ECONOMIC MODEL

...The Harvard Economic Research Project (1948-) was an extension of World War II Operations Research. Its purpose was to discover the science of controlling an economy: at first the American economy, and then the world economy. It was felt that with sufficient mathematical foundation and data, it would be nearly as easy to predict and control the trend of an economy as to predict and control the trajectory of a projectile. Such has proven to be the case. Moreover, the economy has been transformed into a guided missle on target.

The immediate aim of the Harvard project was to discover the economic structure, what forces change that structure, how the behavior of the structure can be predicted, and how it can be manipulated. What was needed was a well-organized knowledge of the mathematical structures and interrelationships of investment, production, distribution, and consumption.

To make a short story of it all, it was discovered that an economy obeyed the same laws as electricity and that all of the mathematical theory and practical and computer know-how developed for the electronic field could be directly applied in the study of economics. This discovery was not openly declared, and its more subtle implications were and are kept a closely guarded secret, for example that in an economic model, human life is measured in dollars, and that the electric spark generated when opening a switch connected to an active inductor is mathematically analogous to the initiation of a war.

The greatest hurdle which theoretical economists faced was the accurate description of the household as an industry. This is a challenge because consumer purchases are a matter of choice which in turn is influenced by income, price, and other economic factors.

This hurdle was cleared in an indirect and statistically approximate way by an application of shock testing to determine the current characteristics, called current technical coefficients, of a household industry.

Finally, because problems in theoretical economics can be translated very easily into problems in theoretical electronics, and the solution translated back again, it follows that only a book of language translation and concept definition needed to be written for economics. The remainder could be gotten from standard works on mathematics and electronics. this makes the publication of books on advanced economics unnecessary, and greatly simplifies project security.

INDUSTRIAL DIAGRAMS

An ideal industry is defined as a device which receives value from other industries in several forms and converts into one specific product for sales and distribution to other industries. It has several inputs and one output. What the public normally thinks of as one industry is really an industrial complex where several industries under one roof produce one or more products...

THREE INDUSTRIAL CLASSES

Industries fall into three categories or classes by type of output:

Class #1 - Capital (resources)
Class #2 - Goods (commodities or use -- dissipative)
Class #3 - Services (action of population)

Class #1 has three sub-classes:

Nature - sources of energy and raw materials.

Government - printing of currency equal to gross national product (GNP), and extension (inflation) of currency in excess of GNP.

Banking - loaning of money for interest, and extension (inflation / counterfeiting) of economic value through deposit loan accounts.

Class #2 industries exist as producers of tangible or consumer (dissipated) products. This sort of activity is usually recognized and labeled by the public as an "industry."

Class #3 industries are those which have service rather than a tangible product as their output. These industries are called (1) households, and (2) governments. Their output is human activity of a mechanical sort, and their basis is population.

AGGREGATION

The whole economic system can be represented by a three-industry model if one allows the names of the outputs to be (1) capital, (2) goods, and (3) services. The problem with this representation is that it would not show the influence of , say, the textile industry on the ferrous metal industry. This is because both the textile industry and the ferrous metal industry would be contained within a single classification called the "goods industry" and by this process of combining or aggregating these two industries under one system block they would lose their economic individuality.

THE E-MODEL

A national economy consists of simultaneous flows of production, distribution, consumption, and investment. If all of these elements including labor and human functions are assigned a numerical value in like units of measure, say, 1939 dollars, then this flow can be further represented by a current flow in an electronic circuit, and its behavior can be predicted and manipulated with useful precision.

The three ideal passive energy components of electronics, the capacitor, the resistor, and the inductor correspond to the three ideal passive energy components of economics called the pure industries of capital, goods, and services, respectively.

Economic capacitance represents the storage of capital in one form or another.

Economic conductance represents the level of conductance of materials for the production of goods.

Economic inductance represents the inertia of economic value in motion. This is a population phenomenon known as services.

ECONOMIC INDUCTANCE

An electrical inductor (e.g., a coil of wire) has an electric current as its primary phenomenon and a magnetic field as its secondary phenomenon (inertia). Corresponding to this, and economic inductor has a flow of economic value as its primary phenomenon and a population field as its secondary phenomenon of inertia. When the flow of economic value (e.g., money) diminishes, the human population field collapses in order to keep the economic value (money) flowing (extreme case -- war).

This public inertia is a result of consumer buying habits, expected standard of living, etc., and is generally a phenomenon of self- preservation.

INDUCTIVE FACTORS TO CONSIDER

Population

Magnitude of the economic activities of the government.

The method of financing these government activities (See Peter-Paul Principle -- inflation of currency.)

TRANSLATION

(A few examples will be given.)

Charge -- coulombs -- dollars (1939).

Flow / Current -- ampheres (coulombs per second) -- dollars of flow per year.

Motivating Force -- volts -- dollars (output) demand.

Conductance -- amperes per volt -- dollars of flow per year per dollar demand.

Capacitance -- coulombs per volt -- dollars of production inventory / stock per dollar demand.

TIME FLOW RELATIONSHIPS AND SELF-DESTRUCTIVE OSCILLATIONS

An ideal industry may be symbolized electronically in various ways. The simplest way is to represent a demand by a voltage and a supply by a current. When this is done, the relationship between the two becomes what is called an admittance, which can result from three economic factors: (1) hindsight flow, (2) present flow, and (3) foresight flow.

Foresight flow is the result of that property of living entities to cause energy (food) to be stored for a period of low energy (e.g., a winter season). It consists of demands made upon an economic system for that period of low energy (winter season).

In a production industry it takes several forms, one of which is known as a production stock or inventory. In electronic symbology this specific industry demand (a pure capital industry) is represented by capacitance and the stock or resource is represented by a stored charge. Satisfaction of an industry demand suffers a lag because of the loading effect of inventory priorities.

Present flow ideally involves no delays. It is, so to speak, input today for output today, a "hand to mouth" flow. In electronic symbology, this specific industry demand (a pure use industry) is represented by a conductance which is then a simple economic valve (a dissipative element).

Hindsight flow is known as habit or inertia. In electronics this phenomenon is the characteristic of an inductor (economic analog = a pure service industry) in which a current flow (economic analog = flow of money) creates a magnetic field (economic analog = active human population) which, if the current (money flow) begins to diminish, collapse (war) to maintain the current (flow of money -- energy).

Other large alternatives to war as economic inductors or economic flywheels are an open-ended social welfare program, or an enormous (but fruitful) open-ended space program.

The problem of stabilizing the economic system is that there is too much demand on account of (1) too much greed and (2) too much population.

This creates excessive economic inductance which can only be balanced with economic capacitance (true resources or value -- e.g., in goods or services).

The social welfare program is nothing more than an open-ended credit balance system which creates a false capital industry to give nonproductive people a roof over their heads and food in their stomachs. This can be useful, however, because the recipients become state property in return for the "gift," a standing army for the elite. for he who pays the piper picks the tune.

Those who get hooked on the economic drug, must go to the elite for a fix. In this, the method of introducing large amounts of stabilizing capacitance is by borrowing on the future "credit" of the world. This is a fourth law of motion -- onset, and consists of performing an action and leaving the system before the reflected reaction returns to the point of action -- a delayed reaction.

The means of surviving the reaction is by changing the system before the reaction can return. By this means, politicians become popular in their own time and the public pays for it later. In fact, the measure of such a politician is the delay time.

The same thing is achieved by a government by printing money beyond the limit of the gross national product, an economic process called inflation. This puts a large quantity of money into the hands of the public and maintains a balance against their greed, creates a false self-confidence in them and, for awhile, stays the wolf from the door.

They must eventually resort to war to balance the account, because war ultimately is merely the act of destroying the creditor, and the politicians are the publicly hired hit men that justify the act to keep the responsibility and blood off the public conscience. (See section on consent factors and social-economic structuring.)

If the people really cared about their fellow man, they would control their appetites (greed, procreation, etc.) so that they would not have to operate on a credit or welfare social system which steals from the worker to satisfy the bum.

Since most of the general public will not exercise restraint, there are only two alternatives to reduce the economic inductance of the system.

(1) Let the populace bludgeon each other to death in a war, which will only result in a total destruction of the living earth.

(2) Take control of the world by the use of economic "silent weapons" in a form of "quiet warfare" and reduce the economic inductance of the world to a safe level by a process of benevolent slavery and genocide.

The latter option has been taken as the obviously better option. At this point it should be crystal clear to the reader why absolute secrecy about the silent weapons is necessary. The general public refuses to improve its own mentality and its faith in its fellow man. It has become a heard of proliferating barbarians, and, so to speak, a blight upon the face of the earth.

They do not care enough about economic science to learn why they have not been able to avoid war despite religious morality, and their religious or self-gratifying refusal to deal with earthly problems renders the solution of the earthly problem unreachable by them.

It is left to those few who are truly willing to think and survive as the fittest to survive, to solve the problem for themselves as the few who really care. Otherwise, exposure of the silent weapon would destroy our only hope of preserving the seed of future true humanity...

THE HOUSEHOLD INDUSTRY

The industries of finance (banking), manufacturing, and government, real counterparts of the pure industries of capital, goods, and services, are easily defined because they are generally logically structured. Because of this their processes can be described mathematically and their technical coefficients can be easily deduced. This, however, is not the case with the service industry known as the household industry.

HOUSEHOLD MODELS

...The problem which a theoretical economist faces is that the consumer preferences of any household is not easily predictable and the technical coefficients of any one household tend to be a nonlinear, very complex, and variable function of income, prices, etc.

Computer information derived from the use of the universal product code in conjunction with credit-card purchase as an individual household identifier could change this state of affairs, but the U.P.C. method is not yet available on a national or even a significant regional scale. To compensate for this data deficiency, an alternate indirect approach of analysis has been adopted known as economic shock testing. This method, widely used in the aircraft manufacturing industry, develops an aggregate statistical sort of data.

Applied to economics, this means that all of the households in one region or in the whole nation are studied as a group or class rather than individually, and the mass behavior rather than individual behavior is used to discover useful estimates of the technical coefficients governing the economic structure of the hypothetical single-household industry...

One method of evaluating the technical coefficients of the household industry depends upon shocking the prices of a commodity and noting the changes in the sales of all the commodities.

ECONOMIC SHOCK TESTING

In recent times, the application of Operations Research to the study of the public economy has been obvious for anyone who understands the principles of shock testing.

In the shock testing of an aircraft airframe, the recoil impulse of firing a gun mounted on that airframe causes shock waves in that structure which tell aviation engineers the conditions under which parts of the airplane or the whole airplane or its wings will start to vibrate or flutter like a guitar string, a flute reed, or a tuning fork, and disintegrate or fall apart in flight.

Economic engineers achieve the same result in studying the behavior of the economy and the consumer public by carefully selecting a staple commodity such as beef, coffee, gasoline, or sugar, and then causing a sudden change or shock in its price or availability, thus kicking everybody's budget and buying habits out of shape.

They then observe the shock waves which result by monitoring the changes in advertising, prices, and sales of that and other commodities.

The objective of such studies is to acquire the know-how to set the public economy into a predictable state of motion or change, even a controlled self-destructive state of motion which will convince the public that certain "expert" people should take control of the money system and reestablish security (rather than liberty and justice) for all. When they subject citizens are rendered unable to control their financial affairs, they, of course, become totally enslaved, a source of cheap labor.

Not only the prices of commodities, but also the availability of labor can be used as the means of shock testing. Labor strikes deliver excellent test shocks to an economy, especially in the critical service areas of trucking (transportation), communication, public utilities (energy, water, garbage collection), etc.

By shock testing, it is found that there is a direct relationship between the availability of money flowing in an economy and the psychological outlook and response of masses of people dependent upon that availability.

For example, there is a measurable quantitative relationship between the price of gasoline and the probability that a person would experience a headache, feel a need to watch a violent movie, smoke a cigarette, or go to the tavern for a mug of beer.

It is most interesting that, by observing and measuring the economic modes by which the public tries to run from their problems and escape from reality, and by applying the mathematical theory of Operations Research, it is possible to program computers to predict the most probable combination of created events (shocks) which will bring about a complete control and subjugation of the public thru a subversion of the public economy (by shaking the plum tree)...

INTRODUCTION TO ECONOMIC AMPLIFIERS

Economic amplifiers are the active components of economic engineering. The basic characteristic of any amplifier (mechanical, electrical, or economic) is that it receives an input control signal and delivers energy from an independent energy source to a specified output terminal in a predictable relationship to that input control signal.

The simplest form of economic amplifier is a device called advertising.

If a person is spoken to by a T.V. advertiser as if he were a twelve- year-old, then, due to suggestibility, he will, with a certain probability, respond or react to that suggestion with the uncritical response of a twelve-year-old and will reach into his economic reservoir and deliver its energy to buy that product on impulse when he passes it in the store.

An economic amplifier may have several inputs and outputs. Its response might be instantaneous or delayed. Its circuit symbol might e a rotary switch if its options are exclusive, qualitative, or "go" or "no go," or it might have its parametric input / output relationships specified by a matrix with internal energy sources represented.

Whatever its form might be, its purpose is to govern the flow of energy from a source to an output sink in direct relationship to an input control signal. For this reason, it is called an active circuit element or component.

Economic Amplifiers fall into classes called strategies, and, in comparison with electronic amplifiers, the specific internal functions of an economic amplifier are called logistical instead of electrical.

In the design of an economic amplifier we must have some idea of at least five functions, which are

the available input signals,

the desired output-control objectives,

the strategic objective,

the available economic power sources,

the logistical options.

The process of defining and evaluating these factors and incorporating the economic amplifier into an economic system has been popularly called Game Theory.

The design of an economic amplifier begins with a specification of the power level of the output, which can range from personal to national. The second condition is accuracy of response, i.e., how accurately the output action is a function of the input commands. High gain combined with strong feedback helps to deliver the required precision.

Most of the error will be in the input data signal. Personal input data tends to be specific, while national input data tends to be statistical.

DIVERSION, THE PRIMARY STRATEGY

Experience has proven that the simplest method of securing a silent weapon and gaining control of the public is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of basic systems principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand.

This is achieved by:

(1) disengaging their minds; sabotaging their mental activities; providing a low-quality program of public education in mathematics, logic, systems design and economics; and discouraging technical creativity.

(2) engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and their indulgence in emotional and physical activities, by:

(a) unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and emotional rape) by way of a constant barrage of sex, violence, and wars in the media -- especially the T.V. and the newspapers.

(b) giving them what they desire -- in excess -- "junk food for thought" -- and depriving them of what they really need.

(3) rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the deviant creation, thus being able to shift their thinking from personal needs to highly fabricated outside priorities.

These preclude their interest in and discovery of the silent weapons of social automation technology.

The general rule is that there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer the solutions.

DIVERSION SUMMARY

Media: Keep the adult public attention diverted away from the real social issues, and captivated by matters of no real importance.

Schools: Keep the young public ignorant of real mathematics, real economics, real law, and real history.

Entertainment: Keep the public entertainment below a sixth-grade level.

Work: Keep the public busy, busy, busy, with no time to think; back on the farm with the other animals.

CONSENT, THE PRIMARY VICTORY

A silent weapon system operates upon data obtained from a docile public by legal (but not always lawful) force. Much information is made available to silent weapon systems programmers through the Internal Revenue Service. (See Studies in the Structure of the American Economy for an I.R.S. source list.)

This information consists of the enforced delivery of well-organized data contained in federal and state tax forms collected, assembled, and submitted by slave labor provided by taxpayers and employers.

Furthermore, the number of such forms submitted to the I.R.S. is a useful indicator of public consent, an important factor in strategic decision making. Other data sources are given in the Short List of Inputs.

Consent Coefficients -- numerical feedback indicating victory status. Psychological basis: When the government is able to collect tax and seize private property without just compensation, it is an indication that the public is ripe for surrender and is consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment. A good and easily quantified indicator of harvest time is the number of public citizens who pay income tax despite an obvious lack of reciprocal or honest service from the government.

AMPLIFICATION ENERGY SOURCES

The next step in the process of designing an economic amplifier is discovering the energy sources. The energy sources which support any primitive economic system are, of course, a supply of raw materials, and the consent of the people to labor and consequently assume a certain rank, position, level, or class in the social structure; i.e., to provide labor at various levels in the pecking order.

Each class, in guaranteeing its own level of income, controls the class immediately below it, hence preserves the class structure. This provides stability and security, but also government from the top.

As time goes on and communication and education improve, the lower- class elements of the social labor structure become knowledgeable and envious of the good things that the upper-class members have. They also begin to attain a knowledge of energy systems and the ability to enforce their rise through the class structure.

This threatens the sovereignty of the elite.

If this rise of the lower classes can be postponed long enough, the elite can achieve energy dominance, and labor by consent no longer will hold a position of an essential economic energy source.

Until such energy dominance is absolutely established, the consent of people to labor and let others handle their affairs must be taken into consideration, since failure to do so could cause the people to interfere in the final transfer of energy sources to the control of the elite.

It is essential to recognize that at this time, public consent is still an essential key to the release of energy in the process of economic amplification.

Therefore, consent as an energy release mechanism will now be considered.

LOGISTICS

The successful application of a strategy requires a careful study of inputs, outputs, the strategy connecting the inputs and the outputs, and the available energy sources to fuel the strategy. This study is called logistics.

A logistical problem is studied at the elementary level first, and then levels of greater complexity are studied as a synthesis of elementary factors.

This means that a given system is analyzed, i.e., broken down into its subsystems, and these in turn are analyzed, until, by this process, one arrives at the logistical "atom," the individual.

This is where the process of synthesis properly begins, and at the time of the birth of the individual.

THE ARTIFICIAL WOMB

From the time a person leaves its mother's womb, its every effort is directed toward building, maintaining, and withdrawing into artificial wombs, various sorts of substitute protective devices or shells.

The objective of these artificial wombs is to provide a stable environment for both stable and unstable activity; to provide a shelter for the evolutionary processes of growth and maturity -- i.e., survival; to provide security for freedom and to provide defensive protection for offensive activity.

This is equally true of both the general public and the elite. However, there is a definite difference in the way each of these classes go about the solution of problems.

THE POLITICAL STRUCTURE OF A NATION -- DEPENDENCY

The primary reason why the individual citizens of a country create a political structure is a subconscious wish or desire to perpetuate their own dependency relationship of childhood. Simply put, they want a human god to eliminate all risk from their life, pat them on the head, kiss their bruises, put a chicken on every dinner table, clothe their bodies, tuck them into bed at night, and tell them that everything will be alright when they wake up in the morning.

This public demand is incredible, so the human god, the politician, meets incredibility with incredibility by promising the world and delivering nothing.

What a great find Geolib - this reads like a recipe, and we're in the middle of the preparations...

I've tried to source this letter.

The prologue is written in an overly bombastic Edwardian style, it then lapses into an almost contemporary English when it gets to the "meat" of the facts ,as it were.

You can do a complete research on the papers of Edward Mandell here (Link taken from Wiki article cited),

http://quod.lib.umich.edu/cgi/t/text/text-idx?c=genpub;idno=ACL9380.0001.001

I've tried to find references from the letter, for example, "Lord Reading", zero matches from the quite lengthy database.

The Web of Debt
by Ellen Hodgson Brown, J.D.
Foward by Reed Simpson, M.Sc., Banker and Developer
http://www.webofdebt.com/excerpts/foreword.php

I have been a banker for most of my career, and I can report that even most bankers are not aware of what goes on behind closed doors at the top of their field. Bankers tend to their own corner of the banking business, without seeing the big picture or the ramifications of the whole system they are helping to perpetuate. I am more familiar than most with the issues raised in Ellen Brown's book Web of Debt, and I still found it to be an eye-opener, a remarkable window into what is really going on.

The process by which money comes into existence is thoroughly misunderstood, and for good reason: it has been the focus of a highly sophisticated and long-term disinformation campaign that permeates academia, media, and publishing. The complexity of the subject has been intentionally exploited to keep its mysteries hidden. Henry Ford said it best: "It is well that the people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."

In banking schools and universities, I was drilled in the technology of money and banking, clearing houses, the Federal Reserve System, money creation through the multiplier effect, and the peculiar role of the commercial banker as the guardian of the public treasure. This idealized vision contrasted sharply with what I saw as I worked in the U.S. banking sector. Although there are many financially sound banks that follow the highest ethical standards, corruption is also rampant that flies in the face of the stated ethical objectives of the American Bankers Association and the guidelines of the FDIC, the Comptroller of the Currency, and other regulators. This tendency is particularly evident in the large money center banks, in one of which I worked.

In my experience, in fact, the chief source of bank robbery is not masked men looting tellers' cash tills but the blatant abuse of the extension of credit by white collar criminals. A common practice is for loan officers to ignore the long-term risk of loans and approve those loan transactions with the highest fees and interest paid immediately – income which can be distributed to the principal executives of the bank. Such distribution is buried within the bank's owner/manager compensation and is distributed to the principal owners as dividends and stock options. That helps explain why, in my home state of Kansas, a major bank was run into bankruptcy after its chairman entered into a development and construction loan involving a mortgaged 5,000 acre residential development tract in the "exurbs" far outside of Houston, Texas. The development included curbs, gutters, pavement, street lighting, water, sewer, electricity – everything but homes and families! If the loan had been metered out in small phases to match market absorption, the chairman of that once-fine institution would not have been able to disburse to himself and his friends the enormous up-front loan fees and interest owing to that specific transaction, or to the many loans he made just like it. During the 1980s, developers from across the country beat a path to sleepy Topeka and other areas sporting similar financial institutions, just to have a chance to dance with these corrupt lenders. The managers and developers got rich, leaving the banks' shareholders and the taxpayers to pay the bill.

These are just individual instances of corruption, but they indicate a mind-set to exploit and a system that can be exploited. Ellen Brown's book focuses on a more fundamental fraud in the banking system – the creation and control of money itself by private bankers, in a debt-money system that returns a steady profit in the form of interest to the debt-money producers, saddling the nation with a growing mountain of unnecessary and impossible-to-repay debt. The fact that money creation is nearly everywhere a private affair is largely unknown today, but the issue is not new. The control of the money system by private interests was known to many of our earlier leaders, as shown in a number of quotes reprinted in this book, including these:

The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson.
-- President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, November 23, 1933, in a letter to Colonel Edward Mandell House

Some people think the Federal Reserve Banks are U.S. government institutions. They are not . . . they are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the U.S. for the benefit of themselves and their foreign and domestic swindlers, and rich and predatory money lenders. The sack of the United States by the Fed is the greatest crime in history. Every effort has been made by the Fed to conceal its powers, but the truth is the Fed has usurped the government. It controls everything here and it controls all our foreign relations. It makes and breaks governments at will.

-- Congressman Charles McFadden, Chairman, House Banking and Currency Committee, June 10, 1932
Web of Debt gives a blow by blow account of how a network of private bankers has taken over the creation and control of the international money system and what they are doing with that control. Credible evidence is presented of a world power elite intent on gaining absolute control over the planet and its natural resources, including its subservient "human resources" or "human capital." The lifeblood of this power elite is money, and its weapon is fear. The whole of civilization and all of its systems hang on this fulcrum of the money power. In private hands, where it is now, it can be used to enslave nations and ensure perpetual wars and bondage. Internationally, the banksters and their governmental partners use these fraudulent economic tools to weaken or defeat opponents without a shot being fired. Witness the recent East Asian financial crisis of 1997 and the Russian ruble collapse of 1998. Economic means have long been used to spark wars, as a pretext and prelude for the money power to stock and restock the armaments and infrastructure of both sides.

Brown's book is thus about more than just monetary theory and reform. By exposing the present unsustainable situation, it is a first step toward loosening the malign grip on the world held by a very small but powerful financial faction. The book can serve to spark an open dialogue concerning the most important topic of our monetary system, one that is practically off limits today in conventional economic circles due to intimidation and fear of the consequences an honest discourse might bring. Brown is not afraid of stepping on the black patent leather wingtips of the money power and their academic economist servants. Her book is a raised clenched fist of defiance and truth smashing through their finely spun web of disinformation, distortion, deceit, and boldfaced lies concerning money, banking, and economics. It exposes the covert financial enemy that has gotten inside the gates of our Troy, making it our first line of defense against the unrestricted asymmetrical warfare which is presently directed against the people of America and the world.

This book not only exposes the problem but outlines a sound solution for the ever-increasing debt and other monetary woes of the nation and the world. It shows that ending the debt-money fractional reserve banking system and returning to an honest debt-free monetary system could provide Americans with a future that is prosperous beyond our imagining. An 1865 London Times editorial directed against Lincoln's debt-free Greenbacks said it all:

If that mischievous financial policy which had its origin in the North American Republic during the late war in that country, should become indurated down to a fixture, then that Government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off its debts and be without debt. It will become prosperous beyond precedent in the history of the civilized governments of the world. The brains and wealth of all countries will go to North America. That government must be destroyed or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe.

What a great find Geolib - this reads like a recipe, and we're in the middle of the preparations...

Indeed it does, and indeed we are. I've seen that document so many times in recent years that I figured all Prison Planet Forum regulars were already familiar with it. Now I feel bad for not having posted it much sooner.

Here are my responses to some of the key passages:

The problem of stabilizing the economic system

Translation: The problem of parasitizing the economic system...

Quote
is that there is too much demand on account of (1) too much greed

Translation: too much desire on the part of the laboring classes to keep more of their earnings than is needed just to survive...

Quote
and (2) too much population.

Translation: We, the ruling-class oligarchs of the world, are too self-righteous and arrogant to admit that Thomas Malthus' theory on population was thoroughly debunked and discredited long ago by Henry George in his masterwork, Progress and Poverty, because to admit to this would mean having to admit that the real problem isn't that the world itself is overpopulated, but that the people of the world are overparasitized by us.

Quote
The social welfare program is nothing more than an open-ended credit balance system which creates a false capital industry to give nonproductive people a roof over their heads and food in their stomachs.

Translation: If certain people are unemployed, it's not because there are far fewer job openings (thanks to the tax, monetary and regulatory policies that our political prostitutes in government gleefully impose on our behalf) than there are people in need of employment, but because the unemployed choose to be "nonproductive." Of course, deep down we ruling-class oligarchs know this is a self-serving lie we tell ourselves to shift responsibility for all the harm caused by our economic parasitism onto the lower-class victims of that parasitism, but we're far too arrogant to admit to this openly.

Being the flaming hypocrites we are, we'd rather climb Mount Everest to wax self-righteous about the tiny speck in the collective eye of disenfranchised peasants than stand still and acknowledge the oversized plank in our own. We impose a corporate fascist economic system that, in every way possible, penalizes people whenever they do anything productive, then sit around and blame the people we've thus victimized for being "nonproductive." But this process of blaming the victim is only natural, since we're the same ones who impose a compulsory school system designed to dumb people down, and then sit around and blame those whose intellects we've thus destroyed for lacking intelligence.

"Those who have put out the people's eyes, reproach them of their blindness." -- John Milton

Never having to take responsibility for the endless harm we knowingly impose on others is just one of the many perks of being part of the criminal, psycohpathic, parasitic ruling class. Another is watching countless peasants (in accordance with their Pavlovian conditioning) mindlessly scream "conspiracy theory" whenenver it's suggested they're being preyed upon by us. The process of enslaving the masses has been made much easier by the millions of insult-spewing coincidence theorists who keep all the other peasants in line. How amusing it will be when reality itself forces these self-appointed Thought Police to fully realize just whose interests they've been serving all along.
