I was watching one of the videos of AJ in the grocery store and I saw him pick up the Xyliwhite toothpaste. Xyliwhite has xylitol which we all know is deadly to bacteria...that means it kills the germs which cause tooth decay.

Amazon has Xyliwhite for $2.80 plus shipping. I think I'm a gonna buy some. I need to buy some more Stevita brand stevia extract which also contains xylitol. Cheesy

Stevita http://www.amazon.com/Stevita-Supreme-50pkts-1-8-Packet/dp/B000QV8HMQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1312254490&sr=8-1

Just ordered 4 boxes of Stevita. Grin

Spry toothpaste is another good toothpaste and they also have gum too.  After every meal chew a piece and it cleans your teeth.

Well the Kroger I went to yesterday didn't have Xyliwhite, but they did have another brand of toothpaste which was fluoride-free and SLS-free so I picked it up instead. I brushed with it this morning, and it had a GREAT taste. (It has xylitol, organic aloe vera gel, and organic peppermint oil.) And I don't have the yucky aftertaste that I would get from a fluoride toothpaste. I am now a fluoride-free toothpaste convert! Cheesy

Baking soda works well,
is very cheap
and leaves your mouth fresh and clean.

For super white teeth,
mix it with a little bit of hydrogen peroxide.

Watch out for those bubbles !

I agree, this is all you need.

Nothing I write has any relevance to anything and cannot be proven one way or another. If you're looking to point the finger, point it at AJ, it's his fault.
