I've been seeing an advertisement, off and on, for a while now for young people to join a "Homeland Security Police Force." I have no idea just what this actually is, but I have to wonder if it's a renaming of the NPF and if it's (or will be) an arm of FEMA. I would also like to know if this ad is regional or national (I live in the Pacific NW).
