Hi Everyone,

I have a question about the the UN.

I am aware of UNICEF, that is supposed to be an altruistic part of the UN to help children around the world,  but how does the UN seem to have such a dichotomy of intent, where one part of it seems to have the motivation to do things that benefit mankind but under the covers have an agenda to eradicate the human race as reported by some.

I also was watching a documentary on Cambodia last night on PBS where one of the interviewees said that the UN wanted to capture and prosecute members of the Khmer Rouge involved in the mass killings during that country's history.

So I guess my question is, why the hypocrisy?

Are they trying to corner the market on who is allowed to exterminate humanity?

What gives?

Thanks in advance for your kind responses..

There appearance to "help" people and nation is just a cover for the people who do not really look into the organization. Just look into the Haiti earthquake and all the people the UN killed in their so called humanitarion effort. Seems they did more harm than good and killed nearly as many people as the earth quake.

Well if they told the truth they wouldn't be getting money.  Unicef collects money, and many other organizations they have collect money from people who think they are doing good with it.

Selling arms to militias, and helping in the Rwanda genocide:

The United Nations: worse than useless
By Daniel Hannan Politics Last updated: April 30th, 2008
22 Comments Comment on this article

Whom to back: the United Nations or the BBC? It’s one of those Iran/Iraq pity-they-can’t-both-lose dilemmas but, on balance, I’m with the Beeb.Â

The UN has strenuously denied covering up an investigation into the sale of illicit arms by its officials to Congolese rebels. And you can see why its functionaries are so sensitive. I mean, it’s one thing to be called useless: sitting around in the aftermath of the Asian tsunami holding press conferences while the Australian and US navies were on site distributing aid that’s useless. Running oil-for-fraud boondoggles in Iraq that’s useless.

But selling weapons to murderous militiamen: that’s in the worse than useless category. Not for the first time, the UN is actively bringing evil into the world. To be sure, it has done more outrageous things in the past, as when it herded Muslim men into Sarajevo, methodically disarmed them and then handed them over to Serb militiamen to be shot, or when it ordered its commanding officer in Rwanda not to seize the arms caches that were about to be used for the genocide. Still, even by UN standards, these are serious allegations.

It’s extraordinary how we keep ignoring the actual UN in favour of some theoretical one. However much its bureaucrats engage in fraud, however often its officials are found running smuggling rackets or child prostitution rings, we still maintain that the UN embodies a lofty ideal. And that, of course, is the problem. The automatic benefit of the doubt will, over time, destroy even the most robust institutions.

UN-Backed Troops Wreak Havoc in Africa
Written by Alex Newman
Wednesday, 13 January 2010 08:12

From Somalia to the Congo, United Nations-supported troops and “peacekeepers” are killing, raping, and displacing civilians on an unprecedented scale, charge human-rights groups.

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a civil war that has claimed over five million lives still rages. And the UN is making matters much worse. The UN-backed Congolese and Rwandan militaries have been on a mission to disarm a rebel group known as the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR). But the results of the effort have been disastrous, according to an umbrella group of 84 organizations called the Congo Advocacy Coalition and a report commissioned by the UN itself.

"For every rebel combatant disarmed, one civilian has been killed, seven women and girls have been raped, six houses have been burned and destroyed and 900 people have been forced to flee their homes," the coalition calculated. The UN-backed operations have “resulted in an unacceptable cost for the civilian population,” the group said in a press release.

....

Even a UN-commissioned “Group of Experts” set up to investigate the situation has blasted the boondoggle in the Congo. As reported in an article entitled "UN peace mission fueling violence in Congo, report says" by the U.K newspaper the Guardian, “Among the most damning findings of the UN-mandated Group of Experts is the free rein given to a military commander and war crimes suspect known as ‘The Terminator.’” He is wanted by the international criminal court for allegedly forcing children to serve as his soldiers.

....

In an Online Journal article entitled "The UN in Somalia: Peacekeepers or peacekillers?" contributor Thomas Mountain reports from nearby Eritrea that the UN, via its “proxies” in the African Union, is supporting the random bombing of civilian neighborhoods. “It would seem that the UN/AU forces are little more than hired thugs doing the dirty work on the behalf of the USA and its European allies whose main goal is to see Somalia in a state of continued conflict and chaos,” he concludes.

The UN is so ridiculous it almost sounds made up, when you actually read what they are doing. The idea of paying a tax to those people (whether it's to save the earth, save the poor, protect the economy, etc.) and giving them authority over the whole world is horrifying, to say the least.

In 1984 Ronald Reagan pulled this country out of UNESCO, and 19 years later, in 2003 George W. Bush pushed us right back in. Below is a great article:

http://www.newswithviews.com/DeWeese/tom15.htm

CONGRESS MUST GET US OUT OF U.N.E.S.C.O., AGAIN!

By Tom DeWeese
August 17, 2004
NewsWithViews.com

The nation laid Ronald Reagan to rest with a massive outpouring of respect and affection for the accomplishments of this great man. One of his most important achievements was to get the United States out of the United Nations Economic, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

Yet it was just one year ago that Congress voted to undo President Reagan’s work and authorized the nation to begin again to pay dues of $60 million annually to this corrupt organization. That’s an incredible 25% of UNESCO’s total operating budget.

During the nation’s week of mourning it was shameful to watch those same politicians, with crocodile tears running down their faces, telling us how they admired the former president’s courage to do the right thing. If these congressmen truly want to honor his memory, then they should show some courage themselves and take immediate steps to undo their mistake and get us out of UNESCO again.

UNESCO is the root of much of the evil oozing out of the United Nations. It is the source of much of the anti-American education curriculum that is now cropping up in our nation’s public classrooms. UNESCO is the source of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. The IB program teaches our children that they are citizens of the world and that love of country is an evil that must be abolished. UNESCO says that the IB program promotes human rights, social justice, sustainable development, population, health, environmental and immigration concerns. In other words, IB teaches our children to accept the international socialist agenda.

Remember, the United States is now paying $60 million per year to help pay for this propaganda.

UNESCO wants to control the Internet by taxing its use. UNESCO would like to collect a fee every time you send e-mail. UNESCO would also like to control who can open up a web site and who can put information on the web. UNESCO wants to get control of the world’s greatest source of information in order to control its flow.

Control of the Internet will open personal privacy to inspection by non-elected bureaucrats who are accountable to no one. If you want to know how UNESCO would oversee the Internet, just take a look at how Communist China does it. That’s the model UNESCO intends to use.

And the United States is now paying $60 million per year to pay for this effort.

UNESCO has laid claim to 47 United Nations biosphere reserves in our nation, accounting for more than 70 million acres of U.S. soil that is locked away. Worse, UNESCO’s rule over these lands extends beyond the actual boundaries into what are called buffer zones. That’s how UNESCO successfully stopped a private gold mine operation located miles from Yellow Stone National Park, a UNESCO Heritage Site.

Thanks to the courageous men and women of the United States Congress, American taxpayers are now giving UNESCO $60 million per year for the privilege of having our own land locked away.

These are just a few of the evils of UNESCO and the very reasons why Ronald Reagan did the “right thing” and got us out in 1984. For 19 years UNESCO whined and cried about how the U.S. took its money away so the poor UN bureaucrats couldn’t spread their brand of socialism around the world. America, ever the sucker for a sob story, came crawling back.

In July, some truly courageous members of Congress said they had had enough of this folly. Texas Representative Ron Paul introduced H. Con Res. 443, declaring that the United States should withdraw from UNESCO. Paul noted that there is a sizable block of anti-UN votes in the House of Representatives and the Resolution would help energize them to action. 145 members voted last year to keep the U.S. out of UNESCO. On July 7th the House voted on H. Con Res. 443 and 135 Members voted for it. Though the measure failed, clearly the block of anti-UN votes is holding. The majority of votes for the Resolution came from western and southern states.

Paul will continue to offer more Resolutions and they should be used as a rallying point for all who love the American brand of independence and liberty. Call or write your Congressman and tell him to support renewed efforts to get America out of UNESCO. If, as you watched the national memorial for Ronald Reagan, you had a sense of pride for the America he stood for, then the time to act is now.

Send a strong message to those who seek UN global governance. Tell them that the United States will not go quietly into the night.

Oh yeah, UNESCO, thanks for the reminder!

UNESCO Report: Sex Guidelines for Kids From Birth
Written by Raven Clabough
Friday, 05 November 2010 11:00

According to recent guidelines set by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in a report entitled, “International Technical Guidance on Sexuality Education,” “It is never too early to start talking to children about sexual matters.”

According to the report, “Preparing young children and young people for the transition to adulthood has always been one of humanity’s great challenges, with human sexuality and relationships at its core. Today, in a world with AIDS, how we meet this challenge is our most important opportunity in breaking the trajectory of the epidemic.”

The report goes on to say that “inadequate preparation leaves [children] vulnerable,” and encourages parents to teach their children about sexuality from birth.

Partnering with the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS), an arm of the Kinsey Institute, UNESCO has compromised any reputation it may have had as an independent and reputable organization.

The Kinsey Institute was founded by sexologist Alfred Kinsey, who studied human sexual behaviors in the 1940s and 1950s. Kinsey has been accused of promoting pedophilia, citing his research that documented adults helping to bring children and infants to orgasm. The Kinsey Institute created SIECUS in 1964, an organization that received $1.6 million in federal funding between 2002 and 2009.

UNESCO admits that many of the new controversial guidelines were authored by a former director of SEICUS.

UNESCO’s newest guidelines introduced in September of last year faced heavy opposition as they suggested promoting legal abortion and masturbation for children as young as five. Though the opposition was strong enough to force the organization to withdraw its guidelines, similar ones were quietly introduced last December.

....

Perhaps the most disturbing of the curricula asks parents to foster early sexual development by encouraging children to “experience genital pleasure” from birth until age 2 and by age 3, to encourage “sex play.”

Oh, now isn't that interesting? "Sex play". I wonder, if Aldous Huxley, author of Brave New World, had spoken to his brother before writing his book about the future which included, among other things, kids being involved in "erotic play"? His brother of course being Julian Huxley, the first director of UNESCO. Nah, I'm sure that's just a wacky coincidence.

The UN is a GLOBALIST front trying to bring domination to the world under the guise of peace.  They are all about usurping an individual nation's sovereignty.  Nothing more nothing less.
