This is staple diet in the middle east. Especially Lebanon. Saute onion +/- garlic in olive oil and salt first until crisp. Drain and set aside. Then briefly saute dandelion greens, drain and place onions on top of serving in the center. Squeeze lemon on serving dish and eat with pita bread. Yummy.

I've been saying for years that, if dandelions had the same medicinal and industrial uses as marijuana, the corporate-owned "U.S." government would have declared war on them a long time ago. And, of course, the justification for this war would be to protect "children."
