Iraqi soldier “Caesar” killed three American soldiers because they kicked and beat a pregnant woman

Reported on many Iraqi news sites, an Iraqi soldier killed two American soldiers and a captain for kicking a pregnant Iraqi woman

The incident happened two days ago when an Iraqi soldier “Caesar Saadi” joined the American occupation forces in a raid in Mosul, he opened fire after he saw the American soldiers started to beat and kick an Iraqi pregnant woman.

Lebanese newspaper Al-akhbar reported today the story added:

In the streets of Mosul, graffiti appeared on the walls yesterday saying:
Well done Caesar

Also, people in the city are distributing leaflets saying the same text.

Caesar is now in custody accused with killing three Americans.

Anyone know if the Iraqi soldier did anything wrong in killing the Americans under Islamic law?  The Constitution we helped them develop (forced on them) establishes Islamic law as supreme.

I don't care about law. If I see three armed men kicking and beating a pregnant woman and I'm armed, I'm taking the bastards out. If you're looking for Iraqi law to take over handle this, it won't happen. It should, but it won't unless it's a rigged trial. What am I saying? It'll be a rigged trial no matter what.

The story I told about the Iraqi soldier in Mosul is confirmed by AMSI and they issued a statement with few other details, it says:

An American occupation force joined by the Iraqi forth regiment raided Al-Siha district at the right side of Mosul city.

They attacked a house of a pregnant woman, started beating her harshly and she was screaming and crying from the pain, one of the Iraqi government forces his name is Caesar Saadi Al-Jibouri from Al-Qiara district asked them to stop beating the woman, the answer came through the interpreter was "we do what we want".

The Iraqi soldier went to one of the armed vehicles and opened fire killing three Americans among them a captain and injured the interpreter.

Whatever weakness occurred to the nation, there comes a time when they will revolt against the occupation just like Caesar’ [one man] revolution, this incident must be a good breakthrough for Iraqis who have been involved in the service of the occupier.

While the Association of Muslim Scholars condemns these criminal acts of the occupation forces, AMSI shows its jubilation with the heroic act from the Iraqi soldier and asks employees of the police and army to consider his act as role model.

Website iraq-ina says that he managed to escape but the Kurdish militia captured him later

he tried intervening with a request to stop, they did not, so then he took justified action

well done Caesar!  I pray that you are cleared of any wrong doing!

to be honest I am kind of surprised that this has not happened more often, but you cannot really fault the guy who did it, regardless of the law there is only so much abuse and humiliation people can take.
