I would like to do some poll watching, but I don't know the first thing about conducing them. Does anyone have any good information about doing so?

I looked a while back and could only find democrat spots.There was suppose to be info on RonPaul2008.com if its there I couldn't find it. My election in Missouri comes up Feb.05

You could always become an election worker, and ask for an assignment that you would expect goes Ron Paul. They will train you in proper procedures, but you aren't allowed any affiliation, no stickers, buttons, pamphlets, and the like. You are allowed to vid phone something suspicious, like ballots suddenly coming in that are absentee, just not the ballot itself. We mark absentees on the roster, and allow provisional ballots for people needing time to get ID. Registering is a breeze if you have the checklist in front of you.
If the machine breaks down, procedures for all that. Anything that comes in or out can be suspect. Watch exit pollers distance from the collect point. No campaigning within X feet. yadda yadda yadda.

If nothing else, it will be educational, keep any booklets they give you handy, and think, "If I were gonna steal an election.."
I'm working the court nominee elections and primaries, general in Nov.

look up your state on the ronpaull2008.com website and contact the HQ. they are looking for such people depending on the state. or you can be creative wth their officials
