A hotel maid? WTF??? Is this the man who is given by the NWO to replace Sarkozy as the next French President? The man looks shady. NY police question IMF head in hotel sex assaultNEW YORK – The leader of the International Monetary Fund and a possible candidate for president of France was pulled from an airplane moments before he was to fly to Paris and was being questioned Saturday by police in connection with the sexual assault of a hotel maid, police said. Dominique Strauss-Kahn was taken off the Air France flight at John F. Kennedy International Airport by officers from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and turned over to police Saturday afternoon, said Paul J. Browne, New York Police Department spokesman. He was being questioned by the NYPD special victims office. No charges have yet been filed. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110515/ap_on_re_us/imf_head_assault

This is worth posting the whole article just in case it disappears. The 32-year-old woman told authorities that she entered Strauss-Kahn's room at the Sofitel near Manhattan's Times Square at about 1 p.m. Saturday and he emerged from the bedroom naked, threw her down and tried to sexually assault her, Browne said. She somehow broke free and escaped the room and told hotel staff what had happened, authorities said. They called police. When New York City police detectives arrived moments later, Strauss-Kahn had already left the hotel, leaving behind his cellphone and other personal items, Browne said. "It looked like he got out of there in a hurry," Browne said. The NYPD discovered he was at the airport and contacted the Port Authority, who plucked Kahn from the Air France flight that had not yet departed. The maid was taken by police to an area hospital. John Sheehan, a spokesman for the hotel, said its staff was cooperating with the authorities in the investigation. William Murray, a spokesman for the IMF in Washington, said the IMF had no immediate comment on the reports of Strauss-Kahn's arrest. Strauss-Kahn was briefly investigated in 2008 over whether he had an improper relationship with a subordinate female employee. The IMF board found his actions "regrettable" and said they "reflected a serious error of judgment." The board found that the relationship was consensual. The 62-year-old Strauss-Kahn, rejected by the French Socialists as their presidential candidate in 2006, gained international recognition as France's finance minister in 1997-99. He's a possible challenger to French President Nicolas Sarkozy in the 2012 election. He is credited with preparing France for the adoption of the euro by taming its deficit and persuading then-Prime Minister Lionel Jospin to sign up to an EU pact of fiscal prudence. A former economics professor, Strauss-Kahn joined the Socialist party in 1976 and was elected to parliament in 1986 from the Val-d'Oise district, north of Paris. He went on to become mayor of Sarcelles, a working-class immigrant suburb of Paris. His first government post was industry minister under former President Francois Mitterrand. As finance minister, he reduced France's debt repayments through a raft of privatizations including the sale of shares in France Telecom SA and Air France. Strauss-Kahn is a married father of four. His third wife, Anne Sinclair, is a former television presenter. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110515/ap_on_re_us/imf_head_assaultSome great comments following the article

Hey check out the new global enslavement system of "pulling you off a flight before it takes off" Where was this first used? Oh yeah, I remember...almost as if it was nearly a year ago... Alleged Times Square bomber pulled off plane headed for Dubai http://ztruth.typepad.com/ztruth/2010/05/alleged-times-square-bomber-pulled-off-plane-headed-for-dubai.html
That entire false flag was 100% bullshit and we are being conditioned to accept peopel being dragged off of flights as if it is an every day occurance. The head of the IMF and a confirmed patsy Red Teamer are tracked within one inch 24/7! But, they are waiting till they get on the plane for bending juristictional authorities and for conditioning the masses. He is the most hated man on the planet so pulling him off a plane will be a welcome story of bread and circuses to the masses. WHY WASN'T HE QUESTIONED BEFORE GETTING TO THE AIRPORT? He is tracked by more than his cellphone and this looks like a classic "neutralization" operation... http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=72054.0 ROBERT LORI: Let's talk about this "Operation Pegasus." How old is Pegasus?
GENE TATUM: I'm told, by various intelligence sources around the world, that Pegasus is an operation that's been in place since probably the '50s. It was originally designed to spy on spies. In other words, to look at the CIA and the National Security Agency to see who is loyal, who is doing what. {1}. And that *was* a portion of Pegasus's duties; there was a section... *My* duties included simply flying -- "fancy taxi driver," I should put it, sometimes armed.
ROBERT LORI: Do you have any reason to believe that Pegasus still exists?
GENE TATUM: I think, due to the mission of Pegasus and due to the time line. And folks, I'm just being as sincere as I can be. There are folks out there who have heard of this "New World Order" regime: It's very real. And there's a real timetable to the New World Order. I was paid $50,000 a mission to ensure that this timetable was kept in place. And that timetable is the year 2000, for the New World Order to be in place.
Part of what the target date entails is trying to have the New World Order replace or control the United Nations. And we see how the United Nations is faltering right now.
So it's something for everyone to think about. I know a lot of people say, "Oh, another conspiracy." I'm with you. I don't believe most of the conspiracy items that are out in the media today. But I know that this is true. I know it because I've killed people to make sure it comes to pass.
ROBERT LORI: Let's talk about some of the other people that you say you've killed. You say that you were ordered to assassinate several people. We talked about Amiram Nir. You say you were ordered to assassinate the president of a Third World country. Who was that?
GENE TATUM: Neutralize.
ROBERT LORI: Okay, neutralize. I'm sorry.
GENE TATUM: We chose intimidation in that. In 1989, the United States was working in the Nicaraguan arena very heavily, to get free elections in place. Daniel Ortega would not allow the free elections. After the negotiations and the diplomacy failed, Ortega was given to us. We decided that we would try to align him. Because of his position, it would be a little too much to go in and assassinate him. The way we decided to align him is, we chose a second cousin of Mr. Ortega. Our diplomats went to Mr. Ortega. We told him that we intended on assassinating that cousin. We told him on what *day* we would assassinate that cousin and *how* we would assassinate that cousin, and told him to protect him as best he could -- 'cause he would be next. On that day, in that mode, we assassinated his cousin.
ROBERT LORI: What was the name of this person?
GENE TATUM: I have no idea. I only flew the 4-man team in.
ROBERT LORI: How was the assassination accomplished?
GENE TATUM: Rocket fire. On the home.
ROBERT LORI: In what city? Was that in Managua?
GENE TATUM: Outside of Managua.
ROBERT LORI: And how did you determine that this person... Did somebody tell you that this person would be the way to get to Daniel Ortega?
GENE TATUM: We carry information files. Another part of what Pegasus has done through the years is, they've also spied on political leaders and financiers around the world. And there's a huge database on everyone. If, during our active time, a member of Pegasus was intimidated or placed before a Senate committee or something like that, they could simply pull out this file and intimidate that politician into backing off. And that *was* done.
ROBERT LORI: I'm wondering, as you tell this: Could you prove to anybody that you were actually involved in this assassination of the cousin of Ortega? Do you have anything physical that you could bring to the world, to say, "Here's my proof that we did it?"
GENE TATUM: Other than a few photographs, no.
ROBERT LORI: I guess all this sounds pretty amazing. But also, I think that it's hard to document. If we were to say, "Gene Tatum: How could you prove to us that you actually were flying along and 'took out' Amiram Nir?" Is there any way you could prove that?
GENE TATUM: Yes. In 1985, after finding what I did on my aircraft on that February 26th mission, and 50 or so missions after that, I had decided to start planning for my retirement. And I understood what happened to most "assets" after they became a liability. So I started planning, and documenting. In addition to the planning and documenting, my flight crews would carry small video cameras. The medic would carry a video camera in his medic bag on many occasions. My crew chief would video any air attacks that we had accomplished. So yes, we have some proof.
ROBERT LORI: So you've got video tapes of that.
GENE TATUM: Absolutely. [...] GENE TATUM: The unit that I was working with is code named "Pegasus." By the time a mission comes to us, we're ordered to "neutralize." Now we can neutralize in any of three methods: through intimidation, blackmail, or "termination."
ROBERT LORI: Was it clear what method they were advocating?
GENE TATUM: They pretty well leave it up to us.
Also, didn't Obama sign an Executive Order that elite globalists cannot be arrested? If so, then this arrest was not vetoed by Obama. http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=152832.0

Looks like a classic neutralization...grab him off a plane...run a cover story in the news to freak him out...a confidant tells him he needs to run or something to also freak him out (not necessarily in that order). Then after he is dragged off a plane, the OPERATION PEGASUS comes in and they explain the New World Order objectives in detail. If he complies, he is released and the stories will disappear...if he does not like Mubarak, Kadaffi, etc....well we see what happens.

Port Authority cops grabbed Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the head of the International Monetary Fund and a presidential hopeful in France, moments before his Air France plane took off about 4:45 p.m. Strauss-Kahn, 62, allegedly crept up behind a maid after she entered his room and forced her to perform oral sex on him, sources said. The woman broke free and ran out of the room. Strauss-Khan quickly headed for the airport, sources said. Charges against Strauss-Kahn, who is married to well-known French TV journalist Anne Sinclair, were pending Saturday night, sources said. Hours before Strauss-Kahn was pulled from the flight, a close Socialist Party ally claimed he was the target of a smear campaign by French President Nicolas Sarkozy. "There is now a totally structured and orchestrated campaign, which has already been announced by Mr. Sarkozy and his closest allies, to attack the character of Strauss-Kahn," Socialist politician Jean-Marie Le Guen told Europe 1 radio. This is not the first time Strauss-Kahn has been embroiled in a sex scandal. Three years ago, the former French finance minister was accused of having a fling with a former underling at the Davos international forum.

This bit is odd: he left his cellphone and other personal items? Such a panic to run out and leave 100% guaranteed incriminating evidence? So he's either a perv or he's being set up. (And I agree with Dig on the 'yanking him off the plane' motives, but it's just possible that this guy is guilty of thinking he can take what he chooses from the hotel staff). Also, he was interviewed in the documentary "Inside Job" - the pot calling the kettle black, no doubt, but I wonder if he pissed some people off?

It is absolutely not a surprise, here, in France, the folder of his " activities " is huge. But, he is a super Zionist so he never had any trouble until now.
I think this is a hit job. He must have displeased the big boys so they burned him as an example for the others, mafia style!

Excellent news--whether set up or not. He deserves this--a man who could pay for any hooker in Paris rapes a hotel maid---a total idiot. If it was a set up, he couldn't make the right choice--just like Clinton. If it was his own sin, he couldn't make the right choice--just like David of the Bible (2 Samuel 11).

So he will plead not guilty before the court? I bet he won't even go and have his lawyer represent him instead. Coward.
This will certainly not keep him from running in the French Presidential elections and face Mrs Le Pen. The French are stupid. They will vote for him en masse. All chances are that he will be elected. It will be either that or another 5 years of Sarkozy.
Zionist groups will never tolerate that Mrs Le Pen become the next French President.

Dominique Strauss-Kahnhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominique_Strauss-KahnDominique Gaston André Strauss-Kahn (French pronunciation: [dɔminik stʁos kan]; born 25 April 1949), often referred to in the popular press as DSK,[1] is a French economist, lawyer, and politician, and member of the Socialist Party of France (PS). He was selected as the new Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on 28 September 2007 with the backing of Nicolas Sarkozy. He is full professor of economics at the Paris Institute for Political Studies ("Sciences Po"). Strauss-Kahn was Minister of Economy and Finance from 1997 to 1999 as part of Lionel Jospin's "Plural Left" government. He belongs to the center-left wing of the PS and sought the nomination in the primaries to the Socialist presidential candidacy for the 2007 election, but he was defeated by Ségolčne Royal in November 2006. On 14 May 2011, Strauss-Kahn was arrested in New York following an allegation of sexual assault and subsequently charged.[2][3][4] Origins and educationDominique Strauss-Kahn was born on 25 April 1949 in the wealthy Paris suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine. He spent part of his childhood in Agadir, Morocco, which he left after the 1960 earthquake to go to Monaco. His family is of mixed Sephardic and Ashkenazic Jewish origin.[5] Dominique Strauss-Kahn is married to his third wife, the American-born French journalist Anne Sinclair. He attended high school at the Lycée Carnot. He graduated from HEC Paris in 1971 and from Sciences-Po in 1972. He sat and failed the entrance examination for École nationale d'administration, but obtained a degree in public law, as well as a Ph.D and an agrégation (1977) in economics at the Université Paris X (Nanterre). Academic careerIn 1977, Strauss-Kahn became an academic. He taught at the University of Nancy-II (1977–1980), the University of Nanterre (after 1981) and the École nationale d'administration (ENA). He is full professor of Macroeconomics and Microeconomics at Sciences-Po. In 1971, he worked at the Centre de recherche sur l'épargne (Research Centre on Savings) alongside Paul Hermelin, who many years later (1991) was to become his chief of staff at the Ministry of Industry, and Denis Kessler, a future vice-president of the MEDEF employers' union. In 1982, Kessler became his teaching assistant in Nanterre, and co-authored L’Épargne et la Retraite ("Savings and Retirement") with him the same year. He came back to Sciences Po to teach the introductory economics course from 2000 to 2007. Political careerStrauss-Kahn was first an activist member of the Union des Etudiants Communistes (UEC, Union of Communist Students),[6] before joining in the 1970s the Centre d'études, de recherches et d'éducation socialiste (Center on Socialist Education Studies and Research, CERES) led by Jean-Pierre Chevčnement, future presidential candidate for the 2002 election.[6] There, he befriended the future French prime minister Lionel Jospin (PS). After the election of President François Mitterrand (PS) in 1981, he decided to stay out of government. He got involved in the Socialist Party (PS), which was led by Lionel Jospin, and founded Socialisme et judaďsme ("Socialism and Judaism"). The next year, he was appointed to the Commissariat au plan (Planning Commission) as commissaire-adjoint. In 1986 he was elected deputy for the first time in the Haute-Savoie department, and in 1988 in the Val-d'Oise department. He became chairman of the National Assembly Committee on Finances, famously exchanging heated words with the Finance Minister Pierre Bérégovoy (PS). Minister for Industry (1991–1993)In 1991, he was nominated by Mitterrand to be Junior Minister for Industry and Foreign Trade in Édith Cresson's social-democrat government. He kept his position in Pierre Bérégovoy's government until the 1993 general elections. After the electoral defeat of 1993, Strauss-Kahn was appointed by former Prime Minister Michel Rocard chairman of the groupe des experts du PS ("Group of Experts of the Socialist Party"), created by Claude Allčgre. The same year, he founded the law firm "DSK Consultants" and worked as a business lawyer. In 1994, Raymond Lévy, who was director of Renault, invited him to join the Cercle de l’Industrie, a French industry lobby in Brussels, where he met the billionaire businessman Vincent Bolloré and top manager Louis Schweitzer; Strauss-Kahn served as secretary-general and later as vice-president. This lobbyist activity earned him criticism from the alter-globalization left. In June 1995, he was elected mayor of Sarcelles and married Anne Sinclair, a famous television journalist working for the private channel TF1 and in charge of a political show, Sept sur Sept. She ceased presenting this show after Strauss-Kahn's nomination as Minister of Economics and Finance in 1997 to avoid conflict of interest, while Strauss-Kahn himself would cede his place as mayor to François Pupponi in order to avoid double responsibilities. Minister for Economics, Finances, and Industry (1997–1999)In 1997, Prime Minister Lionel Jospin (PS) appointed Strauss-Kahn as Minister for Economics, Finance, and Industry, making him one of the most influential ministers in his Plural left government. Although it was in theory contrary to the Socialist Party's electoral program, he implemented a wide privatization program, which included among others the IPO of France Telecom; he also implemented some deregulation policies in the research and development sector. The French economy achieved an excellent performance during his term of office: the GDP increased, whereas unemployment and public debt decreased (creation of 300,000 jobs in 1998, a level not seen since 1969). This helped to strengthen his popularity and managed to win the support of former supporters of Lionel Jospin and Michel Rocard, making him the leader of the reform-oriented group Socialisme et démocratie. Strauss-Kahn has been originally of the working time reduction to 35 hours, a measure implemented by Martine Aubry, Minister for Social Policies. In 1998 he became one of the leaders of the Socialist Party for the regional elections in the Ile-de-France region (Paris and suburbs), which were won by the PS. But as Strauss-Kahn refused to exchange his ministry for the executive leadership of the Ile-de-France, Jean-Paul Huchon became the president of the regional council. In 1999, he was accused of corruption in two financial scandals related to Elf Aquitaine and the MNEF, a student mutual health insurance, and decided to resign from his ministerial office to fight these charges, in agreement with the "Balladur jurisprudence." He was replaced by Christian Sautter. He was acquitted in November 2001, and was reelected in a by-election in the Val-d'Oise. As Minister of Economics and Finance, Strauss-Kahn succeeded in decreasing the VAT to 5.5% for renovation works in construction, thus supporting this activity. At the same time, he decreased the budget deficit, which was more than 3% of GDP under Alain Juppé's center-right government (1995–97). He thus prepared France's entrance in the euro zone. Strauss-Kahn also repealed the Thomas Act on hedge funds and launched the Conseil d'orientation des retraites (Orientation Council on Pensions). Strauss-Kahn succeeded in combining followers of Jospin and Rocard in the same political movement, Socialisme et démocratie, but failed to make it more than an informal network. In the oppositionAfter Jacques Chirac's success in the 2002 presidential election and the following Union for a Popular Movement (UMP)'s majority in Parliament, Strauss-Kahn was reelected deputy on 16 June 2002, in the 8th circonscription of the Val-d'Oise. He first declined in taking part in the new leadership of the PS, then in the opposition, in the 2003 congress of the party. But he joined the party's leadership again at the end of 2004, and was given overall responsibility for drawing up the Socialist programme for the 2007 presidential election, along with Martine Aubry and Jack Lang. During the summer meeting of 2005, he announced that he would be a candidate for the primary elections of the Socialist Party for the presidential election. At the same time, Strauss-Kahn co-founded the think tank Ŕ gauche en Europe (To the Left in Europe) along with Michel Rocard.[7] He presided jointly with Jean-Christophe Cambadélis over the Socialisme et démocratie current in the PS. Strauss-Kahn was one of the first French politician to enter the blogosphere;[8] his blog became one of the most visited, along with Juppé's blog during his stay in Quebec.[9] Strauss-Kahn then campaigned for the "Yes" at the referendum on the Project for a Treaty establishing a Constitution in Europe. More than 54% of the French citizens refused it, damaging Strauss-Kahn's position inside the PS, while left-wing Laurent Fabius, who had campaigned for a "No" vote, was reinforced. Strauss-Kahn had been widely expected to seek the Socialist nomination for President of France in 2012,[10] and was considered an early favorite.[11] IMF Managing DirectorStrauss-Kahn sought the nomination for the Socialist candidacy in the 2007 presidential election. His challengers were former prime minister Laurent Fabius and Ségolčne Royal, the president of the Poitou-Charentes region. Strauss-Kahn finished second, behind Royal. On 13 April 2007, Strauss-Kahn called for an "anti-Sarkozy front" between the two rounds of the forthcoming presidential election.[12] Following Ségolčne Royal's defeat, Strauss-Kahn criticized the PS's strategy and its chairman, François Hollande.[13] Along with Fabius, he then resigned from the party's national directorate in June 2007.[14] On 10 July 2007, he became the consensus European nominee to be the head of the IMF, with the personal support of President Nicolas Sarkozy (member of the right UMP party). Former Polish Prime Minister Marek Belka withdrew his candidacy as it was opposed by the majority of European countries.[15] Some critics alleged that Sarkozy proposed Strauss-Kahn as managing director of the IMF to deprive the Socialist Party of one of its more popular figures.[16] Strauss-Kahn became the front runner in the race to become Managing Director of the IMF, with the support of the 27-nation European Union, the United States, China and most of Africa. On 28 September 2007, the International Monetary Fund's 24 executive directors selected him as the new managing director. Strauss-Kahn replaces Spain's Rodrigo de Rato.[17] On 30 September 2007, Dominique Strauss-Kahn was formally named as the new head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The only other nominee was the Czech Josef Tošovský, a late candidate proposed by Russia. Strauss-Kahn said: "I am determined to pursue without delay the reforms needed for the IMF to make financial stability serve the international community, while fostering growth and employment." [18] Allegations of rapeOn May 14, 2011, Strauss-Kahn was arrested and removed from an Air France flight moments before taking off, as part of an investigation of his alleged sexual assault of a hotel maid in a room at the midtown Sofitel New York Hotel shortly before leaving for the airport.[3][19][20] New York Police Department spokesman Brian Sessa said Strauss-Kahn would likely be charged the next day after being held overnight at a police precinct. A police spokesman said he was charged with "a criminal sexual act, attempted rape, and unlawful imprisonment".[21][22] His lawyer said he will plead not guilty.[23] In the past Strauss-Kahn was involved in a scandal at the IMF over his affair with a subordinate economist, Piroska Nagy.[24] He had also previously been accused of aggressively seeking sexual gratification in 2002 by a French journalist and writer, Tristane Banon.[25][26][27]

he was interviewed in the documentary "Inside Job" - the pot calling the kettle black, no doubt, but I wonder if he pissed some people off?
If he was one of those globalist "holier than thou" freaks in the movie like George Soros who claimed to be helping the commom man from the evil Wall Street middle men, then perhaps this is some form of retribution at the middle layer for his utter hypocrisy. Also, the IMF has led to the death of tens of thousands of Arabs in their famine induced "Spring Uprisings" which threaten to destabilize the entire region. So, the guy did not have many friends, and the men behind the curtain likely will not give a crap if he is used as a lightning rod for many to vent anger. This hopefully is a message to that very high level right under the capstone...CONFESS AND TELL THE TRUTH ALREADY, BE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HISTORY, THE CAPSTONE WILL GIVE YOU NO QUARTER BUT THE CONSTITUTION ALWAYS WILL!

Violence is not the answer, and it seems as though our jusitice sysmtem isn' either. You guys may hat me for this, but I have to say it. This woman must have a husband and relatives. I remember thedays when this type of shite happenend some cops swould allow the husband or brother to have five minutes with the attacker, win loose or draw the effects were felt. Not today it isn't, if an irate husband took a blow at the rapist he would be cuffed and in jail. Sure, no charges have beenfiled despite the fact witneeses saw this freak throwing the woman on the floor naked. If a peon had dome this, lets face it we would be bounced dwon a flight of tairs, tazed and in jail.

I think that this guy is gulty of the actions. It could be an op where someone got hold of some of his belongings that he did not know of just to frame him but, no one forgets a cell phone. Its do you have your wallet, keys, cell phone, ect ...... Its one of the first 3 things I know I have before I leave.
I think that this all happend so fast for TPTB to try and cover this up. Something was going on and he must have been out of his mind for him to still be in the room at 1pm after he was supposed to check out. The sodomy thing was probably him being erect and trying to shove it up in her without accurately finding the right place to put it in his new victim and her struggling or made he was aimming for that place.
I don't know..... If he did it I'm so glad that bastard got caught because they've been doing these things for thousands of years. Getting away with raping people figuratively and literally and skipping town. If he wanted a woman all he had to do is connected with the people that serviced Elliot Spitzer and throw down 5,000 of stolen money from the 3rd world.

A 32-year-old woman had told police she entered Strauss-Kahn's suite at the luxury Sofitel hotel near Times Square at about 1 p.m. Saturday and he attacked her, Browne said. She said she had been told to clean the $3,000-a-night-suite suite, which she had been told was empty. The woman told police Strauss-Kahn emerged from the bathroom naked, chased her down a hallway and pulled her into a bedroom, where he began to sexually assault her. She said she fought him off, then he dragged her into the bathroom, where he forced her to perform oral sex on him and tried to remove her underwear. ---------- http://www.cbc.ca/news/world/story/2011/05/15/strauss-kahn-imf-charges.htmlEntitlement among the overlords...

Emergency IMF Meeting To Begin As Strauss-Kahn Retains High Profile Attorney 15 May 2011, by Tyler Durden (Zero Hedge) http://www.zerohedge.com/article/emergency-imf-meeting-begins-strauss-kahn-retains-high-profile-attorneyGreek Bailout Money Is In Jeopardy As The IMF's Departing John Lipsky, Former JPM Chief Economist, Is In Temporary Command 15 May 2011, by Tyler Durden (Zero Hedge) http://www.zerohedge.com/article/greek-bailout-money-jeopardy-imfs-departing-john-lipsky-temporary-commandExcerpt:It turns out that the meeting that DSK was rushing to (in just a bit of a rush, without his cell phone), was a critical one for the future of Greece. Per the AP: "The arrest of IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn means a key participant will be missing at a European meeting considering whether to give Greece billions more in financial help." Does this mean that all Greek bailout talk is put on hold? As a result the headless (no pun intended) IMF is forced to promote its second in command, John Lipsky, previously chief economist of JP Morgan, to the rank of acting managing director, even as "separately, spokeswoman Caroline Atkinson said the fund remains fully functioning and operational despite the arrest of the fund's chief executive." What is funny is that it was just yesterday that Lipsky announced he was stepping down in August. What happens to the world's pseudo-bailout organization come September, when its top two officers are gone, is anyone's guess.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/05/15/paul-imf-implicated-chief-arrested-sodomy-charge/Paul: IMF Implicated After Chief Arrested on Attempted Rape ChargeThe leader of the International Monetary Fund now embroiled in a criminal assault case in New York City was cleared in 2008 of harassment charges after an affair with an IMF economist. But it's that kind of behavior that should make the world wonder about trusting the IMF, Rep. Ron Paul said Sunday. The 2008 Republican presidential candidate told "Fox News Sunday" that Dominique Strauss-Kahn, who was pulled off an Air France flight moments before take-off from New York Saturday and arrested on charges of a criminal sex act, attempted rape and unlawful imprisonment, said the whole course of events "is a bit ironic." Paul, who makes no secret about his disgust of IMF policies, said Strauss-Kahn demonstrates why the Fund has problems. "These are the kind of people that are running the IMF and we want to turn the world finances and the control of the money supply to them," Paul said. "That should awaken everybody to the fact that they ought to look into the IMF and find out why we shouldn't be sacrificing more sovereignty to an organization like that and an individual like he was."....

I hope he will be fired. Seriously. They can't keep him. He has done enough damage as it is.
They need to have somebody neutral. From Iceland or San Marino. Someone unknown with proper qualifications and a low profile.

The key to this is the victim, the maid. What is her history, time on the job, reputation...For if they can produce dirt on this gal that is their ticket to being found no guilty. Of course there is intimidation, payoffs, subtle threats, well you name it, if they want this guy to stay on top of the shiitpile they will go the nine yeards. If not, they will pick another top dog.

Dominique Strauss-Kahn 'does not have diplomatic immunity' 15 May 2011, by Jon Swaine - New York (The Telegraph) http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/france/8515090/Dominique-Strauss-Kahn-does-not-have-diplomatic-immunity.htmlDominique Strauss-Kahn was told he does not have diplomatic immunity from prosecution against charges including alleged rape, said Paul Browne, an NYPD spokesman.According to the IMF's Articles of Agreement, officials have immunity "with respect to acts performed by them in their official capacity except when the Fund waives this". The organisation demands that member countries notify it when officials are arrested, so that it can assess whether this applies. It is unclear what Mr Strauss-Kahn was doing in New York. Under normal circumstances it is the managing director – Mr Strauss-Kahn – who decides whether immunity applies, provided the IMF's executive board does not veto his decision. In a short statement, the IMF did not mention immunity and referred enquiries to Mr Strauss-Kahn's "personal lawyer and to the local authorities" It also appears that Nicolas Sarkozy's government is not making any attempt to protect Mr Strauss-Kahn. One unnamed aide has told Le Monde: "To me, there is no immunity. It is a matter for the IMF and the host country, the United States. His Frenchness is not at stake."

I have to think this was a set-up and he wasn't falling in line with some plan. But aside from a vote on more Greece bailout money, what big IMF issues are in play right now? What was he not willing to go along with that TPTB let this "news" come to light?

tHE BIG DOG. Lets face it the IMF will not allow this guy to be incarcerated, they can't. The complete facts to this story are still in the smoke, the regimists are now perfroming their job, cover, and more cover. At this point all we know he has been accused, if there were witnesses we can be certain they have been paid a visit. The maid, if she has any dirt whatsoever in her past, its game over. Did he rent the hotel personelly, or a second party, there are records, at what time did he arrange for the flight, what taxi company picked him up-there are tapes, or was it his driver. Was he checked for bruises, scratches, was the maid checked for injurys. There are standardprocedures, we are not privy to the details, therfor any story that will come out of this can be neatly prefabricated. SOP. Whatever, but this bag of dung reminds me of Dick Cheney.

This will be a several $$Million bail. I wonder who will pick up the tab? In Lineup, Maid Picks I.M.F. Chief as Sexual AttackerA woman who told the police that she had been sexually attacked by Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund, in a Midtown Manhattan hotel suite picked Mr. Strauss-Kahn from a police lineup on Sunday, the police said. The identification came less than a day after Mr. Strauss-Kahn, 62, was taken into custody by detectives of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey at Kennedy Airport in the first-class section of an Air France plane bound for Paris. He was turned over to detectives from the Midtown South Precinct and later taken to the Manhattan Special Victims Unit in East Harlem. After identifying Mr Strauss-Kahn about 4:30 p.m., the woman, a maid at the Sofitel New York on West 44th Street, where Mr. Strauss-Kahn was a guest, left the Special Victims Unit in a police van that drove past a gaggle of reporters, photographers and camera crews from local and foreign news organizations. A blanket was covering her head. “The victim picked him out of a lineup a little while ago,” a police official said. Mr. Strauss-Kahn remained at the Special Victims Unit, near the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Bridge, well into the evening, and it was unclear when he would be taken to Manhattan Criminal Court for arraignment. Ira Judelson, a bail bondsman who is involved in the case, said the Manhattan district attorney’s office was expected to ask that Mr. Strauss-Kahn remain in custody, at least until Monday, when a comprehensive bail package had been worked out that would outline specifics of where Mr. Strauss-Kahn would stay. He said the bail amount could be millions of dollars. Benjamin Brafman, a prominent New York defense lawyer who has represented the hip-hop impresario Sean Combs, the Manhattan jeweler Jacob Arabov and Plaxico Burress, the New York Giants wide receiver, said that he was representing Mr. Strauss-Kahn and that he would plead not guilty. He had no further comment on Sunday. The police have provided few details about the woman at the center of the case beyond saying she was 32 and an African immigrant. The police said the woman eventually escaped from the hotel suite and reported the attack to other hotel personnel, who called 911. But when the police arrived, Mr. Strauss-Kahn was not there, they said. Deputy Commissioner Paul J. Browne, the department’s chief spokesman, said Mr. Strauss-Kahn appeared to have left in a hurry. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/05/16/nyregion/maid-picks-imf-chief-as-attacker-in-lineup.html?_r=1&hp
