Treasonous Pentagon deploys Psy-Ops/Mind Control weapons on U.S. Senatorshttp://www.rollingstone.com/politics/news/another-runaway-general-army-deploys-psy-ops-on-u-s-senators-20110223The U.S. Army illegally ordered a team of soldiers specializing in "psychological operations" to manipulate visiting American senators into providing more troops and funding for the war, Rolling Stone has learned – and when an officer tried to stop the operation, he was railroaded by military investigators. The orders came from the command of Lt. Gen. William Caldwell, a three-star general in charge of training Afghan troops – the linchpin of U.S. strategy in the war. Over a four-month period last year, a military cell devoted to what is known as "information operations" at Camp Eggers in Kabul was repeatedly pressured to target visiting senators and other VIPs who met with Caldwell. When the unit resisted the order, arguing that it violated U.S. laws prohibiting the use of propaganda against American citizens, it was subjected to a campaign of retaliation. "My job in psy-ops is to play with people’s heads, to get the enemy to behave the way we want them to behave," says Lt. Colonel Michael Holmes, the leader of the IO unit, who received an official reprimand after bucking orders. "I’m prohibited from doing that to our own people. When you ask me to try to use these skills on senators and congressman, you’re crossing a line." The list of targeted visitors was long, according to interviews with members of the IO team and internal documents obtained by Rolling Stone. Those singled out in the campaign included senators John McCain, Joe Lieberman, Jack Reed, Al Franken and Carl Levin; Rep. Steve Israel of the House Appropriations Committee; Adm. Mike Mullen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; the Czech ambassador to Afghanistan; the German interior minister, and a host of influential think-tank analysts. The incident offers an indication of just how desperate the U.S. command in Afghanistan is to spin American civilian leaders into supporting an increasingly unpopular war. According to the Defense Department’s own definition, psy-ops – the use of propaganda and psychological tactics to influence emotions and behaviors – are supposed to be used exclusively on "hostile foreign groups." Federal law forbids the military from practicing psy-ops on Americans, and each defense authorization bill comes with a "propaganda rider" that also prohibits such manipulation. "Everyone in the psy-ops, intel, and IO community knows you’re not supposed to target Americans," says a veteran member of another psy-ops team who has run operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. "It’s what you learn on day one."

BTW...the narrative is straight out of a Kissinger playbook. They keep talking about "a stalemate is possible" to trigger our inate desire to push for the underdog, to be seduced by a theory about "winning" in a genocide. They know that NATO can "win", they need justification for the genocide weapons. That is the whole point, they want permission to rain sulfer all over Libya and North Africa. They want us to get motivated as if we are rooting for a football team.
IT IS GENOCIDE, PURE AND SIMPLE, WE DID IT VIETNAM, CAMBODIA, IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, AND THE EAST INDIA TRADING COMPANY CONTROLLED NATO ALLIANCE IS PLANNING IT IN NORTH AFRICA.
The only winners in the game of genocide are the debt enslaving banksters, the royal elites who depopulate the planet for their monopolistic use, and the psychotic eugenecist/transhumanists who get limitless funding to tranform humanity into billions of lab rats.

McCain praises men who killed US troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.http://www.prisonplanet.com/warmonger-mccain-in-benghazi.htmlby Tony Cartalucci Prisonplanet.com April 23, 2011 American foreign policy became surreal as long time “War on Terror” peddler John McCain surveyed the rebel stronghold of Benghazi calling for them to be recognized as the official government of Libya. Surreal because he is now walking amongst many of the very “extremists” he has long called on America to rise up and fight against since the attacks of 9/11. A call that has left thousands of troops dead who heeded it, tens of thousands more broken and battered. Ultimate act of treason: McCain calls for recognition and extra-legal support for the very men who had killed US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. By denying “Al-Qaeda” a base in Iraq, but handing them the entire nation of Libya, he has brought American foreign policy to a new level of surrealism. Despite being downplayed by the media, eastern Libya served as the epicenter for recruiting militants who trained in Afghanistan and fought US troops throughout the region. In particular, the two rebel cities of Benghazi and Darnah contributed more fighters per capita to fight in Iraq than any other country in the region, including Saudi Arabia. This is not according to skeptics or war critics, but rather according to a West Point study titled, “Al-Qa’dia’s Foreign Fighters in Iraq.” Al-Qaeda’s reputation as a ruthless international mercenary force is upheld by their abhorrent conduct in the current Libyan conflict. McCain, before the 2008 elections had said in regards to Obama’s now obvious lies about withdrawing troops from Iraq, and sending them back if Al-Qaeda were to begin operating there, “I have some news. Al Qaeda is in Iraq! It’s called Al Qaeda in Iraq. If we left, they wouldn’t be establishing a base. They wouldn’t be establishing a base, they’d be taking a country. And I am not going to let that happen, my friends.” Ironically, after speaking so vocally against them taking Iraq, he is handing them Libya, complete with US air support, the recognition of their enigmatic provisional government, and even calls of bringing in A-10 ground attack planes and C-130 gunships to strafe Qaddafi’s forces in direct violation of UNSC r.1973. McCain farcically heaped praise upon the Libyan rebels by stating, “What I have witnessed today in Benghazi is a powerful and hopeful example of what a free Libya could be – a place where the dignity and the desires of all people for freedom and opportunity are respected,” and assured us that despite evidence from the US military itself, he has “met with these brave fighters, and they are not Al-Qaeda. To the contrary: They are Libyan patriots who want to liberate their nation.” As chairman of the International Republican Institute, an organization dedicated to fomenting extraterritorial seditious unrest and revolution throughout the world, McCain has become a central figure in the current campaign against the Arab world. Unlike many of the other podium-bound puppets that constitute Western politics, McCain is fully aware and very public about the final destination of the unrest and now open war, he is ceaselessly promoting. John McCain openly said of the unrest his IRI had helped fund in Egypt, “I would be a little less cocky in the Kremlin with my KGB cronies today if I were Vladimir Putin. I would be a little less secure in the seaside resort [of] President Hu and a few men who govern and decide the fate of 1.3 billion people.” McCain’s careless comments, begotten of either senility or the utter contempt he holds the general public in, let slip the true nature of the global gambit playing out via US-fueled color revolutions and that indeed, their final destination is in the capital cities of Moscow and Beijing. Coupled with his new-found admiration of men he had dedicated his rhetorical life to demonizing, we see this is about extracting concessions from, and forcing the integration of, sovereign nations into the corporate-financier unipolar world empire. McCain proves that this agenda will be fulfilled at any cost, including breathtaking Orwellian flip-flopping and the betrayal of men who died believing McCain’s lies, a man they thought was in their corner. McCain is living evidence that “war is a racket,” and that we have sorely misplaced our trust and our responsibilities into the depraved hands of these big-money special interests. It is essential that we wrestle them back, because while we are told the “War on Terror” is a matter of national security, the battle against global oligarchy is a matter of our future and our very survival.

McCain met up with al Qaeda? Send him to GITMO!
He and al-CIA-duh are very close: McCain - "I Know How To Catch Bin Laden, but you need to elect me president before I do it" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVpYG3SKen8
McCain refers to Osama bin Laden and al-qaeda as 'freedom fighters'http://rickwrites.blogspot.com/2008/09/mccain-refers-to-taliban-as-freedom.html29 September 2008 Something that didn't register with me when I watched the debate on Friday: John McCain referred to bin Laden and the Taliban as " freedom fighters":
From the transcript of Friday night’s debate, here’s John McCain: "First of all, I won’t repeat the mistake that I regret enormously, and that is, after we were able to help the Afghan freedom fighters and drive the Russians out of Afghanistan, we basically washed our hands of the region. And the result over time was the Taliban, Al Qaida, and a lot of the difficulties we are facing today. So we can’t ignore those lessons of history."Those “freedom fighters” were of course the mujaheddin in Afghanistan waging jihad against the Soviets, including one Osama bin Laden and one Zayman Al Zawahiri. We backed and funded them–sort of. We didn’t “create bin Laden,” as some have alleged. But we certainly supported the factions fighting alongside him, factions every bit as militantly Islamic as bin Laden–as even the State Department concedes.
The reason it didn't register is that I've grown so used to Republicans referring to terrorists like the Nicaragua's Contras and Angola's UNITA as "freedom fighters". Apparently, all the reporters in the mainstream media also became inured to the Republicans' doublespeak, because I haven't seen anything about this in mainstream outlets. But you can bet that we would have heard about it if Obama had called bin Laden a "freedom fighter", however indirectly.

(AFP) – 1 hour ago WASHINGTON — Senator John McCain urged the United States on Sunday to step up its involvement in NATO air strikes on Libya, warning that a stalemate would likely draw Al-Qaeda into the conflict. "The longer we delay, the more likely it is there's is a stalemate. And if you're worried about Al-Qaeda entering into this fight, nothing would bring Al-Qaeda in more rapidly and more dangerously than a stalemate," McCain told NBC's "Meet the Press." The senator, interviewed from Cairo two days after visiting the Libyan rebel stronghold of Benghazi, said he was still opposed to deploying American troops on the ground to help the rebels topple Moamer Kadhafi. But, he said, the status quo was also not good enough. "It has the earmarks of being a stalemate, Now, we hope that Kadhafi will crumble from within, but hope is not a strategy," he said. "It's pretty obvious to me that the US has got to play a greater role on the air power side. Our NATO allies neither have the assets, nor frankly the will -- there's only six countries of the 28 in NATO that are actively engaged in this situation."

Tarpley, Ph.D. TARPLEY.net March 24, 2011 Washington DC, March 24, 2011 — The current military attack on Libya has been motivated by UN Security Council resolution 1973 with the need to protect civilians. Statements by President Obama, British Prime Minister Cameron, French President Sarkozy, and other leaders have stressed the humanitarian nature of the intervention, which is said to aim at preventing a massacre of pro-democracy forces and human rights advocates by the Qaddafi regime. But at the same time, many commentators have voiced anxiety because of the mystery which surrounds the anti-Qaddafi transitional government which emerged at the beginning of March in the city of Benghazi, located in the Cyrenaica district of north-eastern Libya. This government has already been recognized by France and Portugal as the sole legitimate representative of the Libyan people. The rebel council seems to be composed of just over 30 delegates, many of whom are enveloped in obscurity. In addition, the names of more than a dozen members of the rebel council are being kept secret, allegedly to protect them from the vengeance of Qaddafi. But there may be other reasons for the anonymity of these figures. Despite much uncertainty, the United Nations and its several key NATO countries, including the United States, have rushed forward to assist the armed forces of this rebel regime with air strikes, leading to the loss of one or two coalition aircraft and the prospect of heavier

http://www.infowars.com/al-qaeda-100-pentagon-run/ Watch the videos!!!Al-Qaeda 100% Pentagon Run Alex Jones & Aaron Dykes Infowars.com March 31, 2011 In a special video address, Alex Jones terms the al Qaeda intelligence operation a ‘Swiss army knife’ for destabilization. Simply put, it is a tool to foment crisis that allows the globalists to offer up a solution in variable contexts. Today, ‘freelancers‘ in Libya; yesterday, terrorists in the ‘War on Terror.’ Before that, allies against Serbia; in the 80s, Freedom Fighters. The shadowy enemy supposedly run by Osama bin Laden and top jihadists like Anwar al-Awlaki is really an extension of U.S. foreign policy and the Pentagon. Al Qaeda shifts across the geopolitical chessboard at the will of its masters in the allied-international intelligence ring. It is perhaps government’s greatest hoax… but the tactic is one of the oldest tricks in the book for any power-seeking State. For the average person who has lived through the phony ‘War on Terror’, a post-9/11 age of fear that has swirled around the persona of bin Laden, it may be quite confusing to now read headlines like Libya: the West and al-Qaeda on the same side. Indeed, the rebel forces trying to topple Gaddafi admittedly include more than 1,000 al Qaeda soldiers while enjoying total backing– weapons, planes, funding and forces– from the U.S., Britain, NATO and other allies. The CIA and British SAS forces that are now “officially” entering Libya as ground support were covertly operating at least a month ago.

Al-Qaeda = terrorists freedom fighters

Why isn't this guy fired already? Admiral Mullen and the noosphere of bullshit narratives
Mullen should be fired just for this insanity... Instead of actually declaring victory and getting the hell out of treasonous foreign occupations, he insists that the US taxpayer needs to further get into intergenerational debt slavery so that NATO can force Muslims to love the Eurocratic genocide they are currently under. How much oppression is enough for these psychotic nutballs? This is the noosphere operations leaked a few years ago where it has been exposed that we are attempting to actually transform the entire culture of billions of people in the Middle East and North Africa. We are attempting a cultural occupation where their entire history, traditions, family framework, principals, religous beliefs, rituals, heros, enemies, and language is transformed to align with the global enslavement principals of the New World Order. The globalist psychopaths refer to it (when speaking publicly) as the "war of ideas". HOW THE F*CK DO YOU WIN A WAR OF IDEAS? WHAT WEAPON OTHER THAN TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL (TORTURE) AND NAZI EUGENICS CAN YOU USE AGAINST AN IDEA (AND EVEN THOSE FAIL)? OUR SONS AND DAUGHTERS ARE NOT BEING SACRIFICED BECAUSE OF A FLEETING ENEMY, WMD'S, NEOCONS, OR EVEN OIL COMPANIES...THEY ARE BEING FORCED INTO INDENTURED SERVITUDE AS YOUNG NWO MERCENARIES. THEIR "MISSION" WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN FULLY EXPLAINED, IS TO REMOVE FREE THOUGHT FROM THE HUMAN MIND! THIS IS THE MISSION, AND WHEN IT IS COMPLETE, THEY WILL USE THE SAME TECHNIQUES ON ALL OF AMERICA!
Mullen blasts US 'strategic communication' efforts in Afghanistan Criticism by highest US military officer comes as officials admit the US is losing the war of ideas against the Talibanhttp://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/aug/28/mullen-afghanistan-communicationDaniel Nasaw in Washington guardian.co.uk, Friday 28 August 2009 18.29 BST The highest officer in the US military today issued a scathing critique of American "strategic communication" efforts in Afghanistan and the Muslim world, writing that the gap between promised improvements and actual developments harms the credibility of the US message. In an article written for Joint Force Quarterly, a military publication, Admiral Mike Mullen said that US efforts in Afghanistan and elsewhere to send a positive message about US military action and development efforts hurt US credibility when they do not coincide with what the populace sees on the ground. Mullen's criticism comes as US officials have acknowledged the US is losing the war of ideas against its Taliban and al-Qaida enemies. In an effort to bolster its image as Barack Obama ramps up the war in Afghanistan, the administration has established a $150m (£92m) effort to train Afghan and Pakistani journalists, set up radio stations and produce pamphlets, posters and CDs lambasting Islamist militants. Mullen, chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, described "a certain arrogance" to US strategic communication efforts. "We've come to believe that messages are something we can launch downrange like a rocket, something we can fire for effect," he wrote. "They are not. Good communication runs both ways. It's not about telling our story. We must also be better listeners." By contrast, Mullen wrote, the Taliban forces match rhetoric with action. "They aren't just out there shooting videos," he wrote, "They deliver... Each beheading, each bombing, and each beating sends a powerful message." He also noted that the Taliban has improved governance in certain areas, establishing courts, assessing and collecting taxes, and giving local populations avenues to express grievances. Meanwhile the US message that US action will ultimately improve the lives of Afghan citizens lacks credibility because US commanders have not built lasting relationships among the local populace and has not delivered on promises. Meanwhile, unmanned drone attacks and bombing runs have killed countless civilians and enraged the people the US must win over if efforts to destroy the Taliban and its al-Qaida allies are to be successful. Mullen lauds the Marshall Plan, which funded the reconstruction of Europe following the second world war, and other past US efforts as the "essence" of good communication, because US actions spoke for themselves without the need for opinion polling and other PR tools. "We sure didn't need talking points and PowerPoint slides to deliver aid," he wrote. "We simply showed up and did the right thing because it was, well, the right thing to do." He also warns that US efforts will fail if they are perceived as being done merely for credit. Mullen did not single out specific programmes for criticism. Obama has sought to distinguish himself from his predecessor President George Bush, who was seen as arrogant. In one widely derided effort, George Bush in 2005 dispatched long-time aide Karen Hughes to Muslim countries in an effort to boost America's rapidly declining image. In one tactic, she took to repeating that she is a mother who loves children. Al Jazeera labelled her "the marquee clown [in] America's circus diplomacy".

CEO David Rothkopf is a former deputy undersecretary of commerce, and Nicholas Rey, Intellibridge's principal, is a former U.S. ambassador to Poland who held that post from 1993 through 1997. The startup serves as a private intelligence service using open-source information for corporations and the U.S. military. The idea is to proffer the strategic information obtained through available channels and customize it. Intellibridge's client list is growing -- it now counts the military, consumer firms, chemical companies, and financial service entities as paying subscribers. Information leaving Intellibridge's servers is delivered via multimedia channels with the requisite security encryption to keep it secure. The three-year-old startup was originally founded by Mr. Lake under the name of the Newmarket Company. Targeting Fortune 50 companies exclusively, Mr. Rothkopf declined to provide his monthly burn. He did say his post-money valuation is in the 'tens of millions' neighborhood and that Intellibridge will be profitable by year's end. --R.B.R."[4] In February 2001, the Taiwan Central News Agency referred to Intellibridge simply as a "U.S.-based think tank."[5] Note: Other sources credit the founding of Newmarket Company LLC to Rothkopf.[6] Rothkopf was the company president in April 1998[7] and in 1999 he was described as both co-founder and president.[8]

It is a term that covers: The science of understanding the properties of human capability (Human Factors Science). The application of this understanding to the design, development and deployment of systems and services (Human Factors Engineering). The art of ensuring successful application of Human Factors Engineering to a program (sometimes referred to as Human Factors Integration). It can also be called ergonomics. In general, a human factor is a physical or cognitive property of an individual or social behavior which is specific to humans and influences functioning of technological systems as well as human-environment equilibriums. In social interactions, the use of the term human factor stresses the social properties unique to or characteristic of humans. Human factors involves the study of all aspects of the way humans relate to the world around them, with the aim of improving operational performance, safety, through life costs and/or adoption through improvement in the experience of the end user. The terms human factors and ergonomics have only been widely used in recent times; the field's origin is in the design and use of aircraft during World War II to improve aviation safety. It was in reference to the psychologists and physiologists working at that time and the work that they were doing that the terms "applied psychology" and “ergonomics” were first coined. Work by Elias Porter, Ph.D. and others within the RAND Corporation after WWII extended these concepts. "As the thinking progressed, a new concept developed - that it was possible to view an organization such as an air-defense, man-machine system as a single organism and that it was possible to study the behavior of such an organism. It was the climate for a breakthrough."[1] Specialisations within this field include cognitive ergonomics, usability, human computer/ human machine interaction, and user experience engineering. New terms are being generated all the time. For instance, “user trial engineer” may refer to a human factors professional who specialises in user trials. Although the names change, human factors professionals share an underlying vision that through application of an understanding of human factors the design of equipment, systems and working methods will be improved, directly affecting people’s lives for the better. Human factors practitioners come from a variety of backgrounds, though predominantly they are psychologists (engineering, cognitive, perceptual, and experimental) and physiologists. Designers (industrial, interaction, and graphic), anthropologists, technical communication scholars and computer scientists also contribute. Though some practitioners enter the field of human factors from other disciplines, both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Human Factors Engineering are available from several universities worldwide. Battlefield spectrum management http://www.tpub.com/content/armycomsystems/ss0119/ss01190016.htmBattlefield spectrum management is the systematic planning, engineering, coordinating, allotting assets for, and managing the radio frequency (RF) spectrum. Systems to support the commander in the ALB rely on the RF spectrum - a limited resource. Without proper management, the RF spectrum will reach the saturation point and seriously degrade mission performance. The user's operational needs determine battlefield spectrum requirements. After RF spectrum requirements are identified, the signal officer obtains the needed frequencies, matches the frequencies to the requirements, distributes the frequencies to the user, and evaluates and optimizes frequency use. Spectrum management is a bottom-top-bottom process. The spectrum requirements are identified at lower echelons. The frequency support request is forwarded up through spectrum management channels to the level where resources are available to satisfy the requirements. Frequency assignments are then sent down through the same channels to the user. Due to the large number of systems competing for limited frequencies, requirements must be prioritized and frequencies may be allocated at a less-than optimum level. Coordination is also required by the spectrum manager with intelligence operations to prevent friendly jamming and other electronic countermeasures (ECM). This process, known as deconfliction, ensures that electronic warfare (EW) operations will have minimum adverse effect on friendly operations. http://edition.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/state.of.the.union/ 3 war monger senators, add a former NATO Commander and add a former Under Secretary of State---A RECIPE TO FOOL THE SHEEP THAT WAR WITH LIBYA IS GOOD.former Under Secretary of State Nicholas Burns on the impact the fighting might have on the region. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R._Nicholas_BurnsR. Nicholas Burns (born January 28, 1956) is a retired American diplomat. He is currently Professor of the Practice of Diplomacy and International Politics at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a member of the Board of Directors of the school's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the Atlantic Council, the Appeal of Conscience Foundation, the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress and the Richard Lounsberry Foundation. During his career in the State Department, he was United States Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs within the United States Department of State. Appointed by President George W. Bush, he was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on March 17, 2005 and was sworn into office by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. As Under Secretary, he oversaw the bureaus responsible for U.S. policy in each region of the world and served in the senior career Foreign Service position at the Department. He retired on April 30, 2008. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington D.C. in summer 2008. In July 2009, Burns joined The Cohen Group, a consulting firm in Washington D.C, as a Senior Counselor. Career Before entering the Foreign Service, Mr. Burns worked as Program Officer at A.T. International, a non-profit organization specializing in economic assistance for Third World Countries [CIA Front Group?]. Burns began his Foreign Service career in Africa and the Middle East. He was an intern at the U.S. Embassy in Nouakchott, Mauritania, Vice Consul and Staff Assistant to the Ambassador in Cairo, Egypt, from 1983 to 1985, and then Political Officer at the American Consulate General in Jerusalem from 1985 to 1987. In this position, he coordinated U.S. economic assistance to the Palestinian population in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Under President George H. W. Bush, he was Director for Soviet (and then Russian) Affairs. During this time, he attended all U.S. – Soviet summits and numerous other international meetings and specialized on economic assistance issues, U.S. ties with Russia and Ukraine, and relations with the Baltic countries. He was a member of the Department’s Transition Team in 1988, and served as Staff Officer in the Department’s Operations Center and Secretariat in 1987-1988. Burns served for five years (1990–1995) on the National Security Council staff at the White House. He was Special Assistant to President Bill Clinton and Senior Director for Russia, Ukraine, and Eurasia Affairs. He had lead responsibility in the White House for advising the President on all aspects of U.S. relations with the fifteen countries of the former Soviet Union. From 1995 to 1997, Burns was Spokesman of the Department of State and Acting Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs for Secretary of State Warren Christopher and Secretary Madeleine Albright. In this position, he gave daily press conferences on U.S. foreign policy issues, accompanied both Secretaries of State on all their foreign trips and coordinated all of the Department’s public outreach programs. From 1997 to 2001, Burns was U.S. Ambassador to Greece. During his tenure as Ambassador, the U.S. expanded its military and law enforcement cooperation with Greece, strengthened their partnership in the Balkans, increased trade and investment and people-to-people programs.[citation needed] Prior to his final assignment, Burns was the United States Permanent Representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. As Ambassador to NATO, he headed the combined State-Defense Department U.S. Mission to NATO at a time when the Alliance committed to new missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and the global war against terrorism, and accepted seven new members. On January 18, 2008, Burns announced his retirement from the Foreign Service effective March 2008. The reason cited was to go back to family concerns and to pursue other opportunities outside of government.[2][3] A White House press statement stated that Burns would continue to serve in an advisory capacity as the United States Special Envoy in finalizing the United States-India Peaceful Atomic Energy Cooperation Act. At the Harvard Kennedy School, Burns is teaching courses in diplomacy, American foreign policy, and international politics. He is a strong advocate for diplomacy, and has argued that the United States "should make a very strong effort to get to the negotiating table with Iran." [4] Burns is also an active speaker on the lecture circuit.
Burns is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Order of St. John and is a life-long member of Red Sox Nation.[5]

UPDATE: Sen. John McCain will join Candy live from Cairo to give his first hand assessment of the fighting on the ground in Libya, where he met with rebel leaders in Benghazi on Friday.
The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff says the push to topple Gadhafi is grinding to a stalemate; Defense Secretary Robert Gates says a stalemate is possible. So how much should the U.S. and NATO do? We'll ask Sens. Joseph Lieberman and Lindsey Graham.
Why is it always these 3 goons, who call themselves Senators, that they pick to go on live tv to push for more WARS? Because they are 3 BOUGHT SENATORS who are OWNED BY THE GLOBALISTS (either willingly or brainwashed in McCains case). They all 3 need to be kicked out of the SENATE. I'm sick of seeing them constantly justifying THESE ILLEGAL WARS for the Globalists. They have no SHAME, nor sense!

Here is the plan, same as it ever was...imperialism carried out by the Knights to the British Empire (East India Trading Company)...SIR HENRY KISSINGER, SIR GEORGE HW BUSH, SIR WILLIAM GATES III, SIR ALAN GREENSPAN, SIR JOHN WARNER, SIR CASPER WEINBERGER, SIR RUDOLF GIULIANI, SIR WESLEY CLARK, SIR TOMMY FRANKS, SIR COLIN POWELL, SIR BRENT SCOWCROFT, SIR BILLY GRAHAM! These are all knights to the East India Trading Company operarations who took a solemn oath to obey their royal leadership above their fellow countrymen. Those senators are just trying to make sure they are next in line to get knighted by an incestuous monarchy just as Benito Mussolini did! Ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_honorary_British_Knights
And here is the plan... 3 years ago John Pilger exposed this in a documentary everyone must see. It exposes exactly what is going on in Yemen, Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Algeria, Morrocco, Syria, Lebenon, Jordan. North Africa is the new central america for the CIA "democracy fraud" operations. They support both sides of the same coin and execute any threat to these two sides. Then they call it democracy and avoid the human rights watchers.

Here is more of "Things to Come" in North Africa...
Breaking The Silence - Truth and Lies in the War on Terror (HQ Copy) by John Pilger John Pilger dissects the truth and lies in the 'war on terror'. Award-winning journalist John Pilger investigates the discrepancies between American and British claims for the 'war on terror' and the facts on the ground as he finds them in Afghanistan and Washington, DC. In 2001, as the bombs began to drop, George W. Bush promised Afghanistan "the generosity of America and its allies". Now, the familiar old warlords are regaining power, religious fundamentalism is renewing its grip and military skirmishes continue routinely. In "liberated" Afghanistan, America has its military base and pipeline access, while the people have the warlords who are, says one woman, "in many ways worse than the Taliban". In Washington, Pilger conducts a series of remarkable interviews with William Kristol, editor of The Weekly Standard, and leading Administration officials such as Douglas Feith, Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, and John Bolton, Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security. These people, and the other architects of the Project for the New American Century, were dismissed as 'the crazies' by the first Bush Administration in the early 90s when they first presented their ideas for pre-emptive strikes and world domination. Pilger also interviews presidential candidate General Wesley Clark, and former intelligence officers, all the while raising searching questions about the real motives for the 'war on terror'While President Bush refers to the US attacks on Afghanistan and Iraq as two 'great victories', Pilger asks the question - victories over whom, and for what purpose? Pilger describes Afghanistan as a country "more devastated than anything I have seen since Pol Pot's Cambodia". He finds that Al-Qaida has not been defeated and that the Taliban is re-emerging. And of the "victory" in Iraq, he asks: "Is this Bush's Vietnam?" http://www.bullfrogfilms.com/guides/breakguide.pdf

http://www.debka.com/article/20862/ Tarpley referenced this article in his radio show yesterday. He hasn't confirmed it with other sources. DEBKA IS AN ARM OF THE MOSSAD. So take it with a grain of salt. Tarpley sees the Anglo-American Complex on one side and the likes of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Russia and China on the other. Two US drones for Misratah vs Russian arms, Chinese intel for Qaddafi DEBKAfile Exclusive Report April 22, 2011, 5:33 PM (GMT+02:00) Tags: Libya Qaddafi Libyan rebels NATO China US Predator drones Misratah Misratah US Predator drones Both of Libya's fighting camps are taking delivery of a surging influx of weapons shipments and military personnel – each hoping to use the extra aid for breaking the military standoff in its own favor, DEBKAfile's military sources report. Thursday, April 21, President Barack Obama authorized a pair of armed Predator drones to help the rebels break breaking the siege of Misratah, while British, French and Italian military officers headed for rebel headquarters in Benghazi, part of a package of arms and military equipment from the US, Britain, France, Italy and Qatar. On the other side of the Libyan divide, China, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Serbia are keeping the pro-Qaddafi camp's arsenals stocked with new hardware along with combat personnel from Eastern Europe and the former Yugoslavia.Building up in Libya is a confrontation that recalls the 1999 war in Yugoslavia (Serbia today) when NATO's four-month Operation Noble Anvil hammered Yugoslav forces to force their retreat from Kosovo. The Serbs too were backed then by clandestine Chinese-Russian support in tactical advice, intelligence, fighting men and arms. Just like 12 years ago, our military sources report that from mid-March, hundreds of "volunteers" - professional soldiers ranking from colonel down to corporal - have joined the army loyal to Qaddafi. Calling themselves "nationalists" operating in paramilitary organizations without the knowledge of their governments, these foreigners claim they have come "to repulse the Western-Muslim onslaught on Qaddafi's regime." Of course, they are handsomely paid from Muammar Qaddafi's plentiful war chest. One group says it is in Libya for unfinished business with the West, especially the United States, for their role in the Bosnia and Kosovo conflicts. China is helping the Libyan ruler with arms, mostly through African neighbors, and intelligence on NATO strikes in order to limit the damage they inflict (a service like that performed for Serbia in the 1990s). Beijing has a stake in helping the Libyan ruler after being informed that the Obama administration seeks to sever Chinese-Libyan oil ties before Beijing sinks tens of billions of dollars in Libya's transformation into its primary oil and gas supplier on the African continent.Hence the pair of armed drones which the US president decided Thursday to contribute to rebel strength in Misratah, the only town the rebels are clinging to in western Libya. The Predators are intended doubly to break Qaddafi's siege of the town and destroy the Chinese electronic intelligence and weapons systems deployed around it. The NATO bombardment of a large ammunition dump near Tripoli on April 14 aimed at destroying the latest Chinese arms arrivals.

3 war monger senators, add a former NATO Commander and add a former Under Secretary of State---A RECIPE TO FOOL THE SHEEP THAT WAR WITH LIBYA IS GOOD And I'm sure more than a few of those sheep will fall hook, line and sinker for it, just like they always do. And if you try to explain to them (very slowly, of course) what this latest terroristic war of aggression is really about, they're all like: "But kinetic military action's got electrolytes." There's just no helping some people. Fortunately, millions of people are finally waking up to just how criminal and illegitimate the banker-owned political establishment truly is. The only question is, Will this awakening reach critical mass before it's too late? We'll find out soon enough, apparently.
