Yes there was a distinct lack of anyone with balls in that video. Only the older woman who interceded later in the video had the courage to try to stop the abuse. It is just appalling that people didn't rush to help the victim. They only yelled to the abusers to leave because the police were coming. Some sorry-ass people in that video; damn how pathetic people can be.

Cops charged the people already.

A 14-year-old female has been charged as a juvenile. Charges are pending against an 18-year-old female. The incident remains under investigation and the State’s Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case.

When I was 10 years old, I witnessed a woman run over an old man in a wheelchair.  No one would talk to him they were just letting him bleed out. My mom was the only person who tried to comfort him before he died. I have no clue what goes through peoples minds in events like this. It happens a lot though.....

"My first and foremost concern is with the victim," franchise owner Mitchell McPherson said in a statement, adding that action might be taken against other restaurant workers as well. "I'm as shocked and disturbed by this assault as anyone would be. The behavior displayed in the video is unfathomable and reprehensible."

Transgender woman called attack 'hate crime,' has been afraid to be seen in public

A transgender woman brutally beaten at a Baltimore County McDonald's spoke out on Saturday, saying that the attack was "definitely a hate crime" and that she's been afraid to leave the house ever since.

"They said, 'That's a dude, that's a dude and she's in the female bathroom,'" said Chrissy Lee Polis, who's 22 and says she stopped at the Rosedale restaurant to use the restroom. "They spit in my face."

A worker at the restaurant taped Monday's attack and created a graphic video that eventually went viral on Friday. After the video garnered hundreds of thousands of views on websites, McDonald's issued a statement condemning the incident and on Saturday, fired the worker that taped it.

The video shows two women — one of them a 14-year-old girl — repeatedly kicking and punching Polis in the head as an employee and a patron try to intervene. Others can be heard laughing, and men are seen standing idly by.

Toward the end of the video, one of the suspects lands a punishing blow to the victim's head, and Polis appears to have a seizure. A man's voice tells the women to run because police are coming.

"I knew they were taping me, I told the guy to stop," Polis said. "They didn't help me. They didn't do nothing for me."

County police confirmed that the attack occurred April 18 in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave. Police said the 14-year-old girl has been charged as a juvenile, while charges were pending against an 18-year-old woman. Reached Saturday, police officials said the investigation was ongoing.

There is no profit motive for these two in this incident since Al and Jesse can't claim discrimination and exhort black people with their "No Justice, No Peace" rants. Since this is a woman and not a transgendered person this incident will slowly fade from mind of most Americans since there is no organization set up to defend her (National Organization of Women is more about money than defending against violence).
