So it also can be used as a Super EMP or a belated sort of partial/maybe anti-EMP or as a continuous EM radiator to continuously disrupt and/or enhance communications or as a way to cook  satellites or missiles. Sets of them also can be used as a sort of space microwave (maser) ray-maker to remotely blow up bombs.

BFD and good luck attempting to use it without everyone else on earth knowing you did.  LOL

It has a lot more practical uses as a over the horizon radio, radar, sensor and/or particle/charge detector.

These people are constantly dreaming up crap to make their wasteful, expensive deluxe little toys sound useful, but none of this crap has actually been demonstrated ,or we wouldn't still be using bombs and missiles - though it sounds like some new uselessly destructive dangerous criminal garbage for the sick psychopaths with too much money.

You're right, Agentbluescreen, of course. Nothing much here at all, as you say, "BFD".

Well I mean it's nothing good to it but everybody has them, and can tell if someone else is screwing around with theirs so big deal. The user who wrote-up the possible 'inventions' (lol) fails to mention what happens when your enemies all have the same equipment too (and the capability to interfere with your monkey business.)

Seems strange that the Secretary of Defense Cohen would have mentioned the actual destructive capabilities of such technologies and how OTHER countries were working on them way back in 1997
