Will the nuclear plant corporations (operators, manufacturers, designers) set up a victim fund like when this was done (small as it was) with the A-bomb testing? Is any government that approved of them, regulated them, or made assurances of safety? How about our own federal government-- that as I understand it-- plans to give loan guarantees to the same Japanese corporation to build one in Texas? [is that not correct?]
