Yemen declares 'state of emergency'President announces state of emergency after dozens are killed in a crackdown on anti-government protests.Last Modified: 18 Mar 2011 19:59 Despite violent crackdowns, anti-government protesters say they will not cease demonstrating [Al Jazeera] Ali Abdullah Saleh, the Yemeni president, has declared a nationwide state of emergency, after a violent crackdown on anti-government protests killed at least 41 people, and left scores more wounded, in the capital Sanaa. Saleh said on Friday that the decision to impose the state of emergency was made by the country's national security council, but there was no immediate indication of how long it would last. "The national security council announces a state of emergency across Yemen, and a curfew is set upon armed people in all Yemeni provinces. And the security forces with the army will take responsibility for stability," he said. http://english.aljazeera.net/news/middleeast/2011/03/2011318115434957754.html

The attacks on Lybia could very well fail. I have no doubt that Khaddaffi will have some surprises awaiting the savage attackers. Sarkoscum, Killery, Cameron, Merkill, Berluskiller, BankillMoon are in a meeting discussing the matter in Paris.
Announcement is expected any time soon.

Shame, Shame, Shame Once Again on the US and the UN.By Cindy Sheehanhttp://uruknet.com/?p=m75969&hd=&size=1&l=eMarch 18, 2011 --Just hours ago, the UN Security Council led by the US has backed the use of "all necessary measures" against the oil rich country of Libya--including no fly zones. The UN once again proves to be a toady of the hegemon and the globalists who want to drain this planet dry of every drop of crude oil at any and all costs to the native populations of the countries that have the misfortune to be on top of vast reserves of crude oil. With the scandalous excuse of "protecting" civilians, we all know that the US-UN no fly zone and sanctions against Iraq caused the deaths of at least 1.5 million (expendable to the profiteers) Iraqis between the two US invasions. I am against all forms of violence, but I am especially against the US invading another Arab country at the behest of her controllers. The United Nations is a failed organization that seems to promote war and inequality by being a rubber-stamp for US violence. The Mission of the United Nations is as follows: WE THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS DETERMINED * to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind, and * to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and * to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained, and * to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom The UN just sanctioned an act of war against the country of Libya. Shame, shame, shame once again on the US and the UN. When will it ever end? Peace is the urgent imperative and it seems like our "leaders" are criminally insane. There are actions all over the country for this 8th anniversary of the on-going war on Iraq--one day actions are not enough and they never have been--general strikes, daily civil disobedience from peace camps in DC and refusal to support the crimes of this regime by paying our Federal Income Taxes are just few of the things we can do that may have an impact on policy. Stay tuned, we obviously can't stop now! Peace, Cindy Sheehan http://uruknet.com/?p=m75969&hd=&size=1&l=e

Hitlery is lecturing all attending at a press conference in Paris. She is making it known to all that she is the boss.
The woman looks like she must have had half a dozen face lifts and a nose job. She has a plastic face. Scary!
Khadafi may be a scary man but we should mind our own business. We have got nothing to do in Lybia.
French fighter jets have now started to bomb Lybia.

Well with France starting a war, that means America will have to finish it for them because France cannot win a war. That country has nothing but a full history of defeat after defeat. We should not allay with France. Heck, Belgium has more victories than France.

How much anti-air equipment does Lybia have? Is it all outdated stuff like from the 70's maybe?
Do they have night vision equipment? That is what they really need. I doubt they have much of it if any at all.

France might be the first planes but i fail to see how they would be leading, president clinton might say they are cause sarkozy wants to be the leader of europe... They are using our intel from our drones and sats, naval resources, marine recon, spec forces(including their own) on the ground there already.

Libya: Allied fighters hit Gaddafi's forces as West intervenes in conflict• French planes in action as dictator given ultimatum • Loyalists launch attack on last rebel stronghold Western planes led strikes against Muammar Gaddafi's military as world leaders ordered the biggest intervention in the Arab world since allied forces invaded Iraq in 2003. The patience of the international community finally ran out as Gaddafi's troops pounded the rebel stronghold of Benghazi hours after the Libyan dictator had promised a full ceasefire and invited foreign officials into his country to monitor it. After US, European and Arab leaders met for urgent talks in Paris, the French president, Nicolas Sarkozy, said his aircraft were already in action to stop what he described as Gaddafi's "murderous madness". He said: "Our air force will oppose any aggression by Colonel Gaddafi against the population of Benghazi. As of now, our aircraft are preventing planes from attacking the town. As of now, other French aircraft are ready to intervene against tanks, armoured vehicles threatening unarmed civilians." The MSM will play this to the MAXX ... embedded (in bed) reporters with sob stories from the frontline troops ... stories about Gadaffi eating babies and his trillion$ hoes ... stories about fancy new robot planes, controlled from Palm Beach, putting DU down people's chimneys ... stories about the MAD DICTATOR and his weapons of mass destruction ... GO USA! Save the world for DEMOCRACY!
I can see it now ... pulling Gadaffi out of his spider hole and stringing him up ... and all the sheeple from sea to shining sea standing up and cheering braying:
O-BAAAA-MAA, O-BAAAAA-MAAAAA!

What does it take for people to get a grip on WW3. Some folks have given me their oppinion.. (WW3 will be the day when the button is pushed and Nukes are in the air globaly, complete and utter destruction, etc. etc.) I suppose it sounds reasonable afterall our beloved Hollywood has made reams of films with this theory. That put asside, someone tell me how it starts..The average Joe assumes some lunatic will push the button and the show begins, retaliation and impending doom. All well and good, but I don't swallow it. For the past decade there have been multiple invasions, countrys have fallen, genocide and torture are common place, nations have joined forces under the banner of the UN-al'lies, the USA is on borrowed time domestically, and on and on..whats my take, W.W.-3 has begun, the beggining*, not yet that final castrophe we all have been led to beleive. If this present day , given the facts is not entering into WW mode, what is it, give it a name folks. Ive been on this before, people figured I fell of my rocker,& I don't give a twit, the progression is leading up to a final conflict. These ratbastards on high are not about to pull off a one day WW declared, they are preparing globaly. So someone tell me, how would they pull of a WW, because it seems to me they have set the stage and the cutain is up.

OK... Lybia has got at least 1000 missiles and other goodies bought from MBDA delivered to Lybia between 2008 and 2010. Not recent but I guess they can make use of these. Ce contrat, d'un montant de 168 millions d'euros, a été signé en 2007. La plupart des vecteurs (1000 missiles, 500 munitions d'appoint et 100 postes de tirs) ont été livrés entre 2008 et 2010.The missiles are anti-tank missiles. I doubt they can be used as anti-air missiles. http://www.usinenouvelle.com/article/mbda-reste-serein-sur-la-vente-de-missiles-a-la-libye.N147645

Latest developments:
Al Jazeera reporting that the US has taken command of the operations.
They have sent a wave of cruise missiles from war ships in the Med. AlJazeera said they have hit Tripoli.
They said there would be a second wave of cruise missiles launches.
This could get very ugly.

Yep engineer a Global Financial Meltdown. Export your inflation to already suffering nations of poor people...let the unrest begin.....take (rahm emmanuelize) advantage of a major biblical scale natural/man made calamity whether brought upon the people of japan scientifically or naturally......Distract the masses with massive social engineering while instituting a global police state.....divide and conquer like history tells us they will do.......set up infrastructure for dealing with American terrorists (fema camps).......Soft kill the population with Stratospheric Aerosol Spraying.........build your DUMBS and Seed Vaults........Hype major crisis like 2012.......false flag everything to keep a false enemy alive to justify illegal wars on 4-5 fronts......Yep sounds like WW3 to me!!!!!

More of a response to who's next after Libya. OF course this will be a primarily US operation NATO and the UN is a joke. France has one aircraft carrier and its not even there yet and we have had fleet movement off the coast for a couple of weeks. French fighters is just a cover to placate the plebes so they dont think its all US again.
