Britain is to send teams of spies and diplomats into Libya to help oust Colonel Gaddafi, it emerged last night. MI6 operatives backed by the SAS are to land in the east around the key rebel stronghold of Benghazi 'within days'. In addition, 600 soldiers of the Black Watch are on 24-hour standby to fly in and avert a humanitarian catastrophe as Libya erupted into a new wave of bloodshed. Around 200 of the 600 UK troops are ready to deploy at South Cerney forward barracks near RAF Lyneham, Britain's main military air transport base. British diplomats and spies have been engaged in intensive efforts to speak to opposition forces, which are led by Mustafa Abdel Jalil, head of the rebel National Libyan Council.

Now ministers have approved a presence on the ground to gather information and boost the chances of the rebels. The liaison teams will be primarily composed of envoys but will include some intelligence officers. They will link up with Special Forces already in Libya to provide protection and give informal military advice to the Libyan opposition. The teams are said to be there 'primarily' to gather information. But they will advise the rebels on how to secure a handover of power and set up a democratic government. 'Once we get to the stage where we have a transition, part of what we're looking at is supporting that transition,' a source said. Britain has also stepped up its military preparations, sending the frigate Westminster and the Royal Fleet Auxiliary ship Argus to the area.  Britain still has three Chinook helicopters in Malta. And military planning for a No Fly Zone gathered pace yesterday when the North Atlantic Council tasked Nato military authorities with providing a range of plans yesterday.  Britain is likely to play a central role in any military action since the continuing evacuation and humanitarian aid flights are all being coordinated by a Joint Force Headquarters in Malta.  It is understood that the UK is more likely to supply air-to-air refuelling planes and AWACS spy-in-the-sky aircraft to any No Fly Zone operation. These planes are already flying around Libya's air space monitoring Colonel Gaddafi's use of his air force and helicopter gunships.

But a senior security official yesterday made clear that Britain will not be supplying arms and ammunition - in contrast to last Monday when Prime Minister David Cameron said he would consider arming the opposition - an off-the-cuff reply to an MP which led to accusations of sabre rattling. Military liaison officers also accompanied International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell yesterday as he toured humanitarian camps on the Libyan border with  Tunisia. Officials say they are 'very concerned' by the lack of information about western Libya, the area under the command of Gaddafi's forces and where aid agencies have been denied access. Shops and banks are still operating in Benghazi and other towns in the east and rebel forces have access to food and medicine. Diplomats are also monitoring rebel-held towns such as Misurata, which is under attack from Gaddafi's forces from both sides.  There, food and medicine are feared to be running out - which could lead to calls for air drops of aid. The Foreign Office says fewer than ten Britons who want to leave are still in Libya and yesterday finally warned Britons against going to the country.

Kadhafi insisted the uprising against his 41-year rule was not a people's revolt in the style of Egypt and Tunisia, but driven by "trigger-happy" youths "stoned with drugs" inspired by Osama bin Laden. Kadhafi, 68, accused residents of Az-Zawiyah, a town 50 kilometres (30 miles) west of the capital hit by fierce fighting between his forces and rebels, of siding with the Al-Qaeda leader.

"You in Zawiyah turn to Bin Laden," he said. "They give you drugs." "It is obvious now that this issue is run by Al-Qaeda," he said, addressing the towns elders. "Those armed youngsters, our children, are incited by people who are wanted by America and the Western world. Az-Zawiyah is a middle-class satellite town situated on the Mediterranean that is home to a number of pro-Kadhafi military officers and the site of the country's largest oil refinery. "Those inciting are very few in numbers and we have to capture them. Others have to stay at home. They have guns, they feel trigger happy and they shoot especially when they are stoned with drugs." At an FDA hearing on the safety of psychotropic drugs on Feb 2, 2004, dozens of tortured parents testified that their children had committed suicide or other violent acts after being prescribed the same drugs that are being marketed in the Bush-backed pharmaceutical industry schemes aimed at recruiting the nations 52 million school children as customers. In July 2003, the Bush appointed New Freedoms Commission on Mental Health (NFC) recommended screening all children for mental illness and designated TeenScreen as a model program to ensure that every student receives a mental health check-up before finishing high school. The NFC also has a preferred drug program in place modeled after the Texas Medication Algorithm Project (TMAP), that lists what drugs are to be used on children found to be mentally ill. The list contains every drug that people complained about at the FDA hearing, including Paxil, Zoloft, Celexa, Wellbutron, Zyban, Remeron, Serzone, Effexor, Buspar, Risperdal, Zyprexa, Seroqual, Geodone, Depakote, Adderall, and Prozac. There is little if any evidence that these drugs work on children but nevertheless, an estimated 10 million children in the US are now taking these mind-altering drugs even though they have documented side-effects including suicidal ideation, mania, psychosis, and future drug dependence. According to a May 2003 report in the New York Times, national sales of anti-psychotics reached $6.4 billion in 2002, making them the fourth highest-selling class of drugs which proves the drug companies are already making a killing by drugging our kids.
  
Experts against "TeleScreening"
  
Dr Jane Orient is an internist and executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. She offered a few words to the wise in United Press International's "Outside View" on December 16, 2004. In regard to TeenScreen, Orient says parents ought to be asking some very serious questions before the government experts interview the first child such as:

What are the credentials of the screeners? What are the criteria for possible abnormality? What is the scientific validation? Will you be allowed to get a second opinion? Can you see the record and enter corrections if indicated? Will the record at any point be destroyed, or will the stigma of a diagnosis such as "personality disorder" follow the child throughout life? What will happen if your child fails the screen? What sort of treatment will be given? Who will supervise it? What if you don't approve of it? Do drug companies expect to have a large number of new consumers of their psychoactive drugs? Who might profit from the program (perhaps discoverable by asking who lobbied for it)?

In 2003, Medico Health Solutions, reports that the use of behavioral drugs for children topped all other types of drugs at 17% of total spending. In the year 2003, the market research firm, IMS Health, calculated worldwide sales of antidepressants at $19.5 billion, up 10% from the year 2002. Phyllis Schlafly, author of "No Child Left Unmedicated," raises several valid questions. What are the rights of youth and parents to refuse or opt out of such screening? Will they face threats of removal from school, if they refuse privacy-invading interrogations or medications? How will a child remove a stigmatizing label from his records? Psychiatrist Peter Breggin, a court-qualified medical expert, and author of books, Talking Back to Prozac and The Anti-Depressant Fact Book, warns about the life-long damage a label of mentally illness can cause. "There is nothing worse that you can do to a human being in America today than give them a mental illness kind of label and tell them they need drugs and these children are 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 years-old being treated in this manner" Breggin reports, "I then see them coming to me as adults saying I'd like to be a doctor but how can I when I have crossed wires in my head," he warns. In a report, Allen Jones, former investigator Penn Office of Inspector General Bureau of Special Investigations, points out that there has been a 500% increase in children being prescribed drugs during the past 6 years. Jones says the NFC call for mandatory screening of all students, with follow-up treatment as required, translates into putting more kids on mind-altering and potentially lethal drugs. "TeenScreen is purely and simply a marketing scam to sell psychotropic drugs," according anti-child drugging advocate, Ken Kramer, "When they use "even if we save one life" as an argument to arouse emotions in parents that truly care, they are lying," he warns.
  
Bush Promotes Dangerous Drugs
  
The truth is, with full support from Bush, the pharmaceutical industry is using TeenScreen as a vehicle to push dangerous drugs on children who in the eyes of many experts are already being overmedicated. Despite that the fact that SSRI antidepressants are banned for use with children in the UK and despite the FDA "black box" warning label now required on all SSRIs that the drugs increase suicidal thinking and behavior in kids, the NFC not only recommends that the same drugs be prescribed to children, it promotes the very schemes that will increase the number of kids on these drugs in schools and other public institutions. According to a report by the Florida Statewide Advocacy Council, posted on Ken Kramer's website, an investigation in Florida found that of 1,180 kids in foster care, 652 were on one or more psychotropic drugs. In Texas, Dr John Breeding, an Austin psychologist, has seen cases where some foster children were placed on as many as 17 drugs and says drugs are being used as chemical restraints in Texas. He wants all SSRIs and neuroleptic drugs banned from use on children "The SSRIs are extremely harmful and addictive; and can cause or exacerbate suicidal or homicidal tendencies; withdrawal is painful and dangerous," Breeding warns. Dr Ann Blake Tracy is the Director of the International Coalition for Drug Awareness, holds a doctorate in biological psychology, and is a specialist in the adverse reactions to SSRI medications. Tracy claims the whole hypothesis of SSRIs is "backwards." She says the drugs increase serotonin while decreasing the metabolism of serotonin, especially in the 7 to 10% of the population that studies have shown don't have the proper enzyme to metabolize SSRIs in the first place, according to the Aug 22, 2004 Desert Morning News. Dr Tracy can recite hundreds of horror stories involving violence by people taking the same drugs that TeenScreen is marketing to more children. She told the Morning News about, "the professor on Prozac who bit her mother to death; the Stanford graduate on Paxil who stabbed herself in the kitchen while her parents slept; the mother who bludgeoned her son and then drank a can of Drano; and the 12-year-old girl who strangled herself with a bungee cord she attached to a plant hanger on the wall." "Most of these drugs are not approved for children, but it doesn't stop doctors from prescribing them," Tracy points out.
  
Turning People into Psychotic Murderers
  
Besides causing suicide, enough evidence now exists to prove that psychotropic drugs have played a major role in the senseless acts of violence by school-age children in this country in recent years. Dr Breggin, is against the use of psychotropic drugs in children, and has testified in civil and criminal cases numerous times about the link between SSRIs and suicide and other acts of violence. On April 15, 2001, 16-year-old Cory Baadsgaard took a rifle to his High School in Washington State and held 23 classmates and a teacher hostage. Cory sat in jail for 14 months before finally being released based on expert testimony by psychiatrists that his behavior was an adverse reaction to the drugs he was prescribed. Cory has no memory of his actions at the school that day. 21 days before the event, he had been taken off Paxil and prescribed a high dose of the drug Effexor. Cory's father Jay told Insight News, "They always talk about how the kids who do these things are the ones who get picked on by the jocks and stuff, but Cory was a jock. He was on the varsity basketball team, played football and golf, and was very popular in school. Jay wants the media to warn people about the dangers of putting kids on these drugs, "If Cory had been on PCP the media would say 'Oh, he needs drug rehabilitation,' but because these were prescribed medications they say 'Oh, it can't be that,' but now we know it can be," he said. "The morning that Cory went to school and did what he did, my wife and I just knew that it had to be something with the drugs," Jay reports. One of Cory's friends described the incident to Jay, "Cory was yelling and then he just stopped, looked down and saw the gun in his hand and woke up," he said. Cory recently made an unlikely new friend in Colorado, when he met Columbine High School shooting victim, Mark Taylor, who is suing the manufacturer of the antidepressant that Eric Harris was on when he opened fire at Columbine.
  
Kelly Patricia OMeara interviewed Mark Taylor, and recounted his description of the shooting incident in a report for Insight on Sept 2, 2002. Taylor told Kelly, "I was sitting on a hill outside the school eating lunch with my best friend when Eric Harris came over and started shooting me," Taylor recalled, "I was shot between seven and 13 times. No one really knows the exact number because there were so many bullet tracks. Most of the bullets just went right through me. After I was shot I just lay there, playing dead, and could see others being shot," Taylor recalled. It has never been revealed if Dylan Klebold was on any legal drugs at the time of the shootings, but an autopsy revealed that Harris was on the psychotropic drug Luvox, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Taylor's attitude toward the teen who nearly killed him is surprising. He told O Meara, "I'm suing Solvay because I believe that Eric Harris did what he did because of this drug." Taylor's suit claims the drug made Harris manic and psychotic and as a consultant in the suit, Dr Tracy agrees. "All you have to do is read the Luvox package insert to see that Eric's actions were due to an adverse reaction to this drug," she told Insight News, "Show me a drug anywhere that has listed mania and psychosis as frequent adverse reactions. That is what the insert says for Luvox. There is no doubt in my mind that Luvox caused Eric Harris to commit these acts," she explained. Gary Null & Associates of New York is filming a documentary called "The Drugging of Our Children," that will feature interviews with both Cory Baadsgaard and Mark Taylor, and will chronicle the long history of tragic events that have resulted from the use of these drugs on children.
  
A little known fact is that a few days before the Columbine tragedy, Eric Harris had been rejected by the Marine Corps specifically because he was taking the drug Luvox.
  
In 2001, 18-year-old Jason Hoffman, shot five students and teachers at a California High School, while on the drugs Celexa and Effexor, and he too was rejected by the Navy one day before he went on his rampage, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. In a letter to his mother, Hoffman said, "I want people to know that what happened was not the real me, I was just angry, maybe my medication. It was a fluke of the moment. The person was not the true Jason Hoffman," he wrote. On Oct 29, 2001, Jason Hoffman killed himself by hanging from a vent screen in his jail cell, the Tribune reported. Kip Kinkel was 15 on May 21, 1998, when he murdered his parents, and then went to Thurston High School in Springfield, OR where he shot and killed 2 students and injured 22 more. Kinkel was on Ritalin and Prozac at the time of the killings even though Prozac was not approved for pediatric use. Seven years after the senseless killings by Kinkel, on December 18, 2003, Eli Lilly sent letters to British healthcare providers, warning that Prozac was not recommended for any use in children. 14 year-old Elizabeth Bush was on antidepressants when she took a gun to school and wounded another student in Williamsport, PA in 2001. 12-year-old Christopher Pittman was on Zoloft when he shot his grandparents and set their house on fire, and says his violence was caused by the drug he was on. Before Zoloft, he had been on Paxil. According to court records, the doctor who prescribed the drug to Christopher mentioned no problems in his medical notes. A few days before the murders, the doctor wrote: "Lots of energy. No plans to harm self. Not flying off the handle."
  
Christopher now sits in prison
His father, Joe Pittman, testified about the effects of the drugs on his son at the FDA Hearing and read a letter Christopher wrote that described how he felt when he committed the murders, "Through the whole thing, it was like watching your favorite TV show," he wrote, "You know what is going to happen but you can't do anything to stop it." Dr Tracy explains how this happens. SSRIs suppress "the REM state or dream state [of sleep] ... These drugs allow a person to be awake but at any time they can slip into the REM state. This is why people often discuss how they couldn't tell the difference between the dream and reality. These drugs are horribly damaging to the entire system," she warns. Even the people closest to Jeff Weise are at a loss to say what led to the deadly killing spree by Weise in Minnesota, where the 16-year-old shot his grandfather, his companion, and then went to the high school and shot 5 students, a teacher and a security guard before killing himself. According to school employee, Gayle Downwind, Weise was on Prozac at the time of the shootings. Dr Tracy has consulted on many cases where children engaged in violent behavior including a 15-year-old boy on Zoloft who shot and killed a woman and is serving life in prison; a 17-year-old boy on Paxil for three months who jumped off an overpass into the path of a trailer truck; a 14-year-old girl prescribed Paxil to deal with the suicide of her father (who was on Paxil before killing himself) drank Drano in a suicide attempt; and a 16-year-old boy on Paxil who stabbed a woman over 60 times, drove his car into a cement abutment in a failed suicide attempt, and is now serving life in prison. "In each of these cases," Tracy told Insight News, "individuals close to them were shocked at the violent and destructive behavior because it was so out of character for them."
  
Courts Starting to Get It
Drug companies are finally starting to be held responsible for violent behavior associated with these drugs. A jury in Cheyenne, Wyoming recently determined that Paxil, "can cause some individuals to commit suicide and/or homicide." The jury decided Paxil caused Donald Schell to shoot his wife, daughter and granddaughter before killing himself after being on the drug only two days. The jury allocated 80% of the fault on Paxil drug maker GlaxoSmithKline and awarded the surviving family members $8 million in damages. On June 18, 2003, GlaxSmithKline issued a warning to British physicians against the use of Paxil in children, acknowledging failure of clinical trials "to demonstrate efficacy in major depressive disorders and doubling the rate of reported adverse events - including suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts - compared to placebo." In Bismarck, ND, 10 days after Ryan Ehlis began taking Adderall, he shot and killed his 5-week-old baby and then turned the gun on himself. He survived and was tried for the murder but was acquitted after the Judge agreed with psychiatrists who testified that the murder resulted solely from a psychotic state caused by the drug. In February 2005, Canadian regulators ordered Adderall off the market after the drug was linked to 20 sudden deaths and a dozen strokes. Of the 20 deaths, 14 were children. There has been a lot written about the increase in teen violence and school shootings but no one has identified a common denominator in the lives of these kids with one exception, the drugs. If we allow the Bush-backed marketing schemes to succeed in recruiting more kids as customers for these dangerous drugs, according to Tracy, we had better prepare for more of the same. "We've got a nightmare on our hands with these drugs, an absolute nightmare," she warns, "We've got kids on these drugs that are ticking time bombs in every school in America. When all of this is over and we count up the dead, we're going to be in shock," she adds. Evelyn Pringle is an investigative journalist focused on exposing government corruption.

HENRY KISSINGER

No epidemic in earth's history has ever evolved without major social and political upheaval, so you have to examine the decade prior to 1978 when the first AIDS cases emerged. Going back to 1968, Henry Kissinger was appointed National Security Advisor, which made him the most powerful man in American intelligence, overseeing the FBI, CIA and foreign policy. Almost immediately, Kissinger selected the option to develop immune system ravaging microorganisms for germ warfare as an alternative to nuclear weapons. You must create the organisms, and then test them where the hand of America will not show. Where is that? Central Africa, Zaire and Angola, the heart of the African AIDS belt and close to ground zero for the first Ebola virus outbreak.

THE INTERNATIONAL BANKSTERS WHO RUN THE WORLD

In 1955 Kissinger was made the nuclear weapons study group director for the Council of Foreign Relations by Nelson Rockefeller. This is not a government agency. It is approximately 3,000 of the wealthiest most powerful military medical industrialists who dictate policy for all of the heads of state who are all puppets. The international banksters run the world. They are the international bankers, international industrialists, and medical and military industrialists.

THE NEW WORLD ORDER

That same year (1955), Kissinger finished his Ph.D. thesis at Harvard entitled The Meaning of History in which he describes the contemporary evolution of the New World Order. You can pull his thesis off the shelf in the stacks in the library at Harvard. The phrase, New World Order, was made famous by George Bush who frequently talked about it. You have to be blind if you don't see that this one world government agenda is rapidly unfolding.

Also in 1955, Bertrand Russell, who is from an aristocratic English family with ties to high level British intelligence and the shadow governors (banksters), wrote in his book The Impact of Science on Society:

"I do not pretend that birth control is the only way in which population can be kept from increasing. War has hitherto been disappointing in this respect, but perhaps bacteriological war may prove more effective. There are three ways of securing a society whose population is stable: birth control, infanticide or really destructive wars which creates general misery except for the powerful minority. These considerations prove that a scientific world society cannot be stable unless there is a world government with a monopoly of armed force."

NAZI MASS DEPARTURE FROM GERMANY

Just before the end of WWII, Kissinger was godfather to Project Paperclip which was the exfiltration of approximately 2,000 Nazis out of Germany before the war's end, along with all the vast fortunes. Most people think all the Nazis went to the Nuremburg trials. Not true. Most were fined about $5,000 and jailed for a few years, then released to join their colleagues in America working for the CIA and intelligence for American industry. We have declassified documents to prove that 2000 came to the U.S. and 11,000 went to France. Seven books have already been written about it.

Among the Nazis who got out were some of the most hideous names in contemporary history. In 1938, the Dulles brothers, the law firm which represented John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil, engineered the partnership between John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil and I.G. Farben, Germany's leading industrial organization which held the patent on the gas that killed millions of people. I.G. Farben and the Third Reich were inseparable partners, and the Rockefellers were partners with I.G. Farben. The American Red Cross, largely controlled by Rockefeller, supplied the Nazis with false identification. Laurance Rockefeller created the New York City Blood Council which became the international "blood banksters". These are the people who allowed countless people around the world to get HIV contaminated blood. They knew for years it was contaminated with HIV but they let it be used anyway.

THE CANCER INDUSTRY AND THE SUPPRESSION OF ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE

In the 1920's Rockefeller and Sloan created the cancer industry. Also in the 20's, they had another agenda, the monopolization of American medicine, and it was determined that holistic therapies and alternative medicine were quackery and fraud.

EUGENICS

In the same decade, an interesting union was forming between the Rockefeller family, Prescott Bush (George Bush's father), William Draper III, the Royal family in England, and a few other financiers who inspired the eugenics agenda. Eugenics simply means the study of the genetic differences between the races. It led to the racial hygiene laws, and the study of the genetic predisposition for diseases among the races. The racial hygiene laws that you think Hitler came up with were in fact originated in 1928 by the Rockefellers, Prescott Bush and the Royal family and others, aiming for population reduction and supremacy of the master race.

NAZI MONEY BURIED IN NEW CORPORATIONS

At the end of the war Hitler ordered Martin Bormann, financial director of the Third Reich, to bury the treasure not only for Germany's economic recovery, but for the rise of the Fourth Reich. So Bormann buried it into 750 corporations as determined by their partners I.G. Farben and the Rockefellers, to establish a monopoly over the world's pharmaceutical and chemical industries because this would be essential for the "New Ordnung" or "New Order". Among the 750 corporations that received the money, one of the principle recipients was Merck and Co., the people who produced along with Dr. Hilleman the vaccine that plausibly delivered AIDS to the world. Merck has remained a major biological weapons contractor for CIA's top secret project NKNaomi, and Kissinger has remained all these years a major consultant to Merck.

1945-present: UNITED STATES. President Harry Truman, approves the importation of German military scientists into the U.S. provided that they are not members of the Nazi party, are not supporters of militarism and are not war criminals. Harry just doesn't seem to realize that he is dealing with Allen Dulles and the boys. U.S. Army Intelligence and what will become the CIA disobey Truman's directive and, using thousands of faked travel papers provided by the Holy Roman Church, organize the escape from war crimes prosecution in Europe of thousands of major Nazi war criminals and mass murderers who are nicely “de-Nazified” for public consumption by being given fictitious non-Nazi backgrounds and are then recruited into the U.S. State Department, U.S. intelligence agencies, the U.S. Army, what will become the U.S. Air Force and NASA and various other U.S. government agencies.

Other Nazis are quietly incorporated into American academic life, into the ubiquitous right wing "think tanks" and foundations which dominate American policy making and the creation of presidential candidates for both parties, into the mass media, into U.S. biological and chemical warfare agencies and other military organizations. By 1955, almost eight hundred of the Nazis will have been reborn as red, white and blue American citizens.

The main plan to orchestrate the escape of the Nazi war criminals from Europe is designated Operation Paperclip. In U.S. government circles, being an accessory after the fact to mass murder by helping Nazi war criminals and mass murderers escape prosecution so they can do their dirty work for the U.S. is called the "military evacuation of scientists".

An individual deeply involved in Operation Paperclip is one Heinz Kissinger, who had entered the U.S. from Germany in 1938, presenting as a Jewish refugee fleeing Nazi persecution. Most prominent among the thousands of Nazi war criminals rescued from the gallows and employed by the United States are Gehlen, Walter Rudolph, Walter Rauff, developer of the Nazi gas chamber, Walter Emil Schreiber, Otto Skorzeny, Emil Augsburg whose specialty was the mass murder of Polish Jews and other “undesirables”, “Angel of Death” Joseph Mengele, Hitler’s top biological warfare specialist Erich Traub, SS V1 and V2 rocket scientist Werner von Braun, Adolph Eichmann’s right hand man Alois Brunner and four of Eichmann's closest associates, and Klaus Barbie, the notorious “Butcher of Lyon”. The rabidly anti-Semitic Allen Dulles is instrumental in directly protecting from prosecution his personal favorite, SS mass murderer Jospeph Mengele and Guido Zimmer, a leading figure in the deportation and murder of Italian Jews.

A favored group of Amerinazis is the "radiation experimenters" who will take the results of their concentration camp studies to what will become the CIA to develop torture techniques and weapons using radiation. Among this select group are Boris Rajewski, Gerhard Schubert, Hermann Daenzer, Wolfgang Luther, Dieter Strang and Arthur Demnitz.

Also evading the hangman courtesy of the government of the United States is Dr. Hubertus Strughold who had conducted grotesque “high altitude” experiments on inmates in Dachau, subjecting his victims to ever-decreasing air pressure until their bodies virtually exploded. In his brave new Homeland, Strughold will be repositioned as the cuddly “father of American space medicine".

A true Renaissance man, Strughold also conducted sadistic experiments on concentration camp inmates with mind-altering drugs. In the interests of furthering Nazi science, the CIA will use Strughold’s experimental results as the foundation for its barbaric and criminal experimentation with hallucinogens, truth serums and mind control, including the programming of "lone assassins", on thousands of unwitting Americans and Canadians under its project MKUltra.

After the French discover that the government of the United States has rescued and employed Barbie, a mass murderer of Jewish children, Heinz "Henry" Kissinger's outfit quickly spirits Barbie and Nazi concentration camp doctor Joseph Mengele to the Vatican-run "ratline" where Croatian Nazi priests and others operate a virtual travel agency for Nazi war criminals escaping to South America. Until documents released under the Freedom of Information Act in the 1980s and in 2000 confirmed the details of Operation Paperclip, the U.S. government repeatedly lied, hard as that may be to believe, about its involvement in sabotaging the prosecution of Nazi war criminals and recruiting them into U.S. government service.

For more than half a century, the U.S. mass media will studiously avoid any examination of the recruitment of thousands of Nazi war criminals and their incorporation into the highest levels of U.S. government agencies. Those in the independent and non-American media who do report the truth are, as usual, dismissed as "conspiracy theorists". An accurate expose of Operation Paperclip published in 1992 by author Linda Hunt will be almost completely ignored by the U.S. mass media.

As of 2004, almost sixty years after the fact, there are still millions of OSS and CIA documents relating to the incorporation of the Nazis into the U.S. government, the CIA, NASA, the American military, the American media and academia which remain unaccountably classified. Self-evidently, the documents contain truths about the pivotal role of Nazis in the activities of the United States and its agencies even more damning that those which have already been unearthed.

In 1974 a very important little book entitled "Henry Kissinger... Soviet Agent" was written by the late Frank A. Capell, one of America's great patriots. Some background information on Capell follows:

Capell was an Associate Editor of The Review of the News and American Mercury magazine and his articles appeared intermittently in over forty publications. Beginning as an undercover criminal investigator (tight-roper) for District Attorneys and Police Commissioners, he later became Chief Investigator of the Westchester County (N.Y) Sheriff's Office. Washington DC, March 19 – Late today US and British cruise missiles joined with French and other NATO combat aircraft in Operation Odyssey Dawn/Operation Ellamy, a neo-imperialist bombing attack under fake humanitarian cover against the sovereign state of Libya. Acting under UN Security Council resolution 1973, US naval forces in the Mediterranean on Saturday night local time fired 112 cruise missiles at targets which the Pentagon claimed were related to Libya’s air defense system. But Mohammed al-Zawi, the Secretary General of the Libyan Parliament, told a Tripoli press conference that the “barbaric armed attack” and “savage aggression” had hit residential areas and office buildings as well as military targets, filling the hospitals of Tripoli and Misurata with civilian victims. Zawi accused the foreign powers of acting to protect a rebel leadership which contains notorious terrorist elements. The Libyan government repeated its request for the UN to send international observers to report objectively on events in Libya.

The attacking forces are expected to deploy more cruise missiles, Predator drones, and bombers, seeking to destroy the Libyan air defense system as a prelude to the systematic decimation of Libyan ground units. International observers have noted that US intelligence about Libya may be substandard, and that many cruise missiles may indeed have struck non-military targets.

Libya had responded to the UN vote by declaring a cease-fire, but Obama and Cameron brushed that aside. On Saturday, France 24 and al-Jazeera of Qatar, international propaganda networks hyping the attacks, broadcast hysterical reports of Qaddafi’s forces allegedly attacking the rebel stronghold of Bengazi. They showed a picture of a jet fighter being shot down and claimed this proved Qaddafi was defying the UN by keeping up his air strikes. It later turned out that the destroyed plane had belonged to the rebel air force. Such coverage provided justification for the bombing attacks starting a few hours later. The parallels to the Kuwait incubator babies hoax of 1990 were evident. Qaddafi loyalists said Saturday’s fighting was caused by rebel assaults on government lines in the hopes of provoking an air attack, plus local residents defending themselves against the rebels.

At the UN vote, the Indian delegate correctly pointed out that the decision to start the war had been made on the basis of no reliable information whatsoever, since UN Secretary General Ban-ki Moon’s envoy to Libya had never reported to the Security Council. The bombing started shortly after a glittering Paris summit “in support of the Libyan people,” where Sarkozy, Cameron, Hillary Clinton, Stephen Harper of Canada and other imperialist politicians had strutted and postured.

Token contingents from Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia were supposed to take part in the attack, but were nowhere to be seen, while some Arab states were expected to provide financial support. The minimum estimated cost of maintaining a no-fly zone over Libya for one year is estimated in the neighborhood of $15 billion – enough to fund WIC high-protein meals for impoverished US mothers and infants for two years.

From no-fly zone to regime change
The alleged purpose of the bombing was to establish a no-fly zone and to protect a force of CIA-sponsored Libyan rebels composed of the Moslem Brotherhood, elements of the Libyan government and army subverted by the CIA (including such sinister figures as former Justice Minister Mustafa Abdel-Jalil and former Interior Minister Fattah Younis), and monarchist Senussi tribesmen holding the cities of Benghazi and Tobruk. But twin Friday ultimatums by President Obama and British premier Cameron, plus a speech by Harper, made clear that the goal was the ouster of Colonel Muammar Qaddafi and regime change in the North African oil-producing nation, whose proven reserves of crude are the largest on that continent.

Prospects for military success are uncertain, despite the apparent NATO preponderance. No clear military objective has been articulated, and disagreements about the scope of the war are likely. If Qaddafi’s tanks and infantry are engaged in house to house battles with the rebels in cities like Bengazi and Tobruk, it will be hard for NATO to bring its air superiority to bear without massacring large numbers of civilians.

From hope and change to shock and awe
While Obama’s action is being widely compared to the Bush-Cheney 2003 attack on Iraq, parallels to the April 1961 Bay of Pigs fiasco are also strong. In that instance, a force of anti-Castro Cubans organized by the CIA was militarily defeated in an attempt to take over Cuba, resulting in calls from Allen Dulles to President Kennedy for air strikes and a ground invasion. Kennedy rejected those calls and fired the Dulles CIA leadership. Obama, faced by the military collapse of a CIA force in Libya, has ordered such bombing, opening a second phase of the present US debacle.

The rebel region of Cerenaica has long been the scene of Moslem brotherhood agitation against Qaddafi, much of it fomented from across the Egyptian border with US assistance. After the failed 1995 assassination attempt against the Libyan leader reported by MI-5 defector David Shayler (for which MI-6 paid £100,000 to an al Qaeda subsidiary), eastern Libya was the scene of a protracted Islamist insurrection. In the wake of events in Tunisia and Egypt, it has become clear that the CIA has stipulated a worldwide alliance against existing Arab governments with the reactionary and oligarchical Muslim brotherhood, which was created by British intelligence in Egypt in the late 1920s. Al Qaeda of the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), another CIA front, is trumpeting full support for the rebels on its website.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy was first to recognize the Benghazi rebels, calling for a no-fly zone and air strikes a week earlier, seconded by British Prime Minister Cameron. Until about 18 hours before the UN vote, top US officials like Secretary of State Clinton and Defense Secretary Gates were stressing the difficulties of a no-fly zone. French Foreign Minister Juppé lamented that it was already too late for a no-fly zone. Then, the US abruptly demanded a no-fly zone plus a blank check for aerial bombing. Diplomatic observers are puzzled by Obama’s turnaround. Was he being blackmailed by the British and the French, the same imperialist coalition that invaded Egypt to seize the Suez Canal back in 1956? Because of Obama’s decision, the US is now at war with a fourth Moslem nation after Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan. In Pakistan, the simmering conflict is threatening to escalate into the open at any time in the wake of the scandal around CIA contractor Ray Davis, accused by the Pakistanis as a terrorist controller.

The Arab League, surprising many analysts, had voted unanimously for a no-fly zone over Libya. The African Union, by contrast, has resolutely opposed foreign intervention. Western diplomats have discounted the AU position, giving rise to suspicions of racism. These are reinforced by reports that the anti-Qaddafi rebels have lynched a number of black Africans, claiming that they were mercenaries hired by Qaddafi.

Interference in Libyan internal affairs violates UN Charter
Diplomatic observers were shocked by the sweeping resolution passed by the Security Council, which allows “all necessary measures” to be used against Libya. The United Nations Charter strictly limits Chapter 7 military actions to threats to international peace and security, which Libya has never represented, but rules out interference in internal affairs of member states. The pretext cited in this case was the protection of defenseless civilians, but it is clear that the rebels constitute an armed military force in their own right. Since no state can be an aggressor on its own territory, the Security Council resolution stands in flagrant violation of the UN Charter. Russia, China, Brazil, Germany, and India abstained. The resolution contains an arms embargo against Libya which the US is already violating by arming the rebels through Egypt.

Among US officials demanding aggression, UN ambassador Susan Rice, Samantha Power of the National Security Council, and Secretary of State Clinton have shown that they are as bellicose as any neocon of the Rumsfeld-Wolfowitz school.

The Libyan Air Force has 13 airbases and some 374 combat capable aircraft, many of them obsolete. Military observers will be watching the performance of Qaddafi’s air defenses, thought to be based largely on older Russian SAMs. But Qaddafi also has mobile and hand-held surface to air missiles. During a 1986 bombing raid on Tripoli aimed at killing Qaddafi, the US lost one F-111 to Libyan fire. The Libyan Defense Ministry has warned that Libya would retaliate against incursions by striking at air and maritime traffic over the central Mediterranean. In 1986, Libya fired two Scud missiles at the US Coast Guard station on the Italian island of Lampedusa, but both missed. Whether Qaddafi has used his immense oil revenues to procure more capable modern anti-ship missiles of Russian design is another question that may be answered soon. A further problem for the aggressors is the March 19 supermoon, which will illuminate the night sky for several days; the preferred time for air attacks is the dark of the new moon.

The propaganda choreography of the current aggression, designed to mask Obama’s warmonger role, requires the right-wing leaders of Britain and France, the Suez 1956 partners, to take the lead. Obama has assumed a low profile, not attending then Paris conference, not making a formal Oval Office address to the American people, and letting the French attack first. Obama is visiting Brazil. This charade is supposed to placate the anti-US hatred of the Arab street. The result is that the inferior Anglo-French military equipment and command structures may contribute to unpleasant reverses for the aggressors, particularly if Sarkozy’s Napoleonic delusions lead him to meddle in military decisions.

The Panavia Tornados to be deployed by London are obsolete; seven (6 UK, 1 Italian) were shot down by Saddam Hussein during the first Gulf War twenty years ago. Eurofighter Typhoons are ultra-modern planes, but they have never been tested in real combat. The troubled French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle flies the Dassault Raffale, also largely untested in combat, plus the accident-plagued 30-year old Super-Étendard. Mirage F1s of various vintages, none recent, are expected. This equipment is vulnerable to attrition by Qaddafi’s countermeasures.

Anglo-American propaganda portrays Qaddafi as a kleptocrat. In reality, Libya is one of the most advanced developing countries, ranking 53 on the UN Human Development Index, making it the most developed society in Africa. Libya ranks ahead of Russia (65), Ukraine (69), Brazil (73), Venezuela (75) and Tunisia (81). The rate of incarceration is 61st in the world, below that of the Czech Republic, and far below that of the United States (1). Longevity has increased by 20 years under Qaddafi’s rule. Qaddafi, while suppressing political challenges, had shared the nation’s oil income better than the rest of OPEC.

Breaking News: Libyan Hospitals Attacked/ 3 French Jets Downed

The U.S. and its allies are embarking on another regime change operation. Before they started their attacks on the Libyans, they admitted that there would be civilians causalities in an act of irony. They claim to be acting to save civilians, but they will be killing them.

"Prime Minister Stephen Harper said the action amounts to an 'act of war' that is critical to remove Moammar Gadhafi from power before he massacres any more of his own people," according to the Edmonton Journal. [1] It also added: "The prime minister acknowledged that the military operation will be complex and could lead to casualties among the very civilians that nations are trying to protect, and perhaps among the military personnel being sent to Libya." [2]

The war criminals are back at it again. Hours after the attacks, sources in Libya have reported that three medical facilities were bombarded. [3] Two were hospitals and one a medical clinic.[4] These were civilian facilities. Al-Tajura Hospital was hit as was Saladin Hospital in Ain Zara. The clinic that was bombed was also located in the vicinity of Tripoli, the Libyan capital. [5] Not only where these civilian structures, but they were also all far away from the combat zone.

Civilian air facilities throughout Libya have been attacked. [6] Libyan sources have also said that all the Libyan military academies have also been destroyed. [7] This is a means to prevent Libya from training officers to defend itself.

The same sources have also said that all Libyan military bases were attacked, even ones that have no connection with imposing a no-fly zone. Libyan air bases, naval bases, and ground bases were attacked by the new Iraq-style "coalition of the willing." Moreover, a vast naval blockade around Libya has now been imposed by the U.S. and its allies.

According to internal Libyan sources, two French jets were also shot down by the Libyan military near Janzour (Janzur/Zanzur). [7] Another French military jet was shot down by the Libyans near Anjile. [8] People in Benghazi are also fleeing the Libyan city, because of the war. [9] Surt (Sidra) and Misratah have also been attacked by the French, the U.S., the British and their coalition allies.[10]

The U.S. and its allies are now the ones that are creating a real humanitarian disaster. They talk about peace while they arm the Benghazi-based opposition rebels via the Egyptian military junta, which is as much a military client as its so-called civilian predecessor. [11] This is also a violation of the United Nations Security Council resolution that the U.S. and its allies passed, which states that no weapons are to be sent to Libya.

Hillary Clinton was in both Tunisia and Egypt in context of the operations against Libya. Both the regime in Tunis and the military junta in Cairo are overtly and covertly supporting the war against Libya. The autocrats of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) have also indictated that they will send military forces to attack Libya.

Iran Raises Doubt about True Objectives of West in Attacking Libya
TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehman-Parast cautioned about the objectives of the western military intervention in Libya, and called on the regional states to keep vigilant about the plots hatched by the hegemonic powers.

In response to a question about the West's air and missile attacks on Libya, Mehman-Parast raised doubts about the true objectives of hegemonic powers in occupying other countries, saying, "These powers usually enter the scene under the pretext of supporting people."

"However, they are pursuing their own interests which are based on dominance over other nations, the establishment of military bases and continuation of colonialism in its modern form," Mehman-Parast added.

Mehman-Parast urged regional countries that are faced with "great developments" to remain vigilant and persist on their demands while blocking foreigners from dominating over their territory.

He further reiterated Iran's position in defense of popular demands, and underscored, "The stance of the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been based on support for people of any country and their legitimate demands."

Foreign forces launched airstrikes against Libya after officials of a number of countries meeting in Paris on Saturday ordered a large-scale military intervention into Libya in order to end the assault on oppositions by the country's embattled ruler Muammar Qaddafi's forces.

Representatives of the United States, Britain, France, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar attended the meeting.

Libyan state media have reported that at least 48 people have been killed in the attacks.

I asked Richard Spencer, our correspondent in Tripoli, what he knew about it and he sent me this: “To be honest, I think this is bollocks. Someone in Misrata yesterday said in a tweet or some such ‘I bet they are digging up the corpses in Zawiyah and taking them to Tripoli to show journalists’. This morphed into someone on BBC world being told that this was the rumour, and then on to a wire report. But they have steadfastly refused to show us any corpses or even any of the injured, so I don’t see how this story can be true.” I pass it on as the latest reliable word.

Ham operator reveals US 'psyops' broadcast

A DUTCH ham radio operator has been able to learn about a psychological US special forces operation undertaken as part of an international military campaign designed to establish a no-fly zone over Libya.

Listening to his radio, this ham operator from the Netherlands was able to monitor radio exchanges between civilian and military flights in the region and make his findings public on his Twitter account @FMCNL.

Hunched over his radio, he listens in on unencrypted exchanges among military aircraft and their air traffic control centres.

The messages contain information about the location of the planes, which is necessary to avoid collisions between military and civilian aircraft.

Yesterday the radio operator posted the following message on Twitter: "PSYOPS is running! USAF EC-130J tail nr 00-1934 callsign STEEL 74 transmitting messages to Libya on HF freq OdysseeDawn."

The plane, belonging to US special forces, is used for propaganda and psychological warfare.

It flies at high altitudes and broadcasts messages to influence the behaviour of enemy forces or the population at large.

Asked at a press conference about these operations, a senior Pentagon official confirmed that a "specialised aircraft" had been used by coalition forces.

"We've put up one of our specialised aircraft of that nature and I'm not ready, I'm not able to to talk about the messages," Vice Admiral Bill Gortney told reporters.

But one of the messages broadcast by the plane has been recorded by the Dutch ham radio operator and posted on the internet.

Speaking in English, French and Arabic over background noise, a man tries to deter Libyan vessels from going out to sea after coalition navy ships established a naval blockade.

"Libyan ships or vessels do not leave port," the message says.

"The Gaddafi regime forces are violating a United Nations resolution ordering the end to the hostilities in your country. If you attempt to leave port, you will be attacked and destroyed immediately. For your own safety do not leave port."

According to the Danger Room blog, which specialises in security issues, the amateur radio operator who made this discovery is a former Dutch military man known as "Huub".

His Twitter postings are monitored by more than 5000 subscribers.

Bahrain king says foreign plot foiled

BAHRAIN has foiled a "foreign plot" to target Gulf countries, King Hamad says, after security forces crushed Shi'ite-led unrest, the state news agency reports.
He said there was a "foreign plot being prepared over a period of 30, maybe 20 years... so that if it works in one of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, it could spread," the king was quoted as saying.
"I announce that this plot has been foiled," he told officers of a Saudi-led GCC force that entered Bahrain last week ahead of a crackdown on pro-democracy protests in the Shi'ite-majority country that is ruled by a Sunni dynasty.

War is peace. Protesters are now off-camera, missile diplomacy is on camera. Packaged in moral uprightness, Tomahawks, Typhoons, Tornados, Rafales, Mirages, B-2s and F-18s - not to mention sexy European Storm Shadow cruise missiles and possible guest star the F-22 Raptor radar-evading stealth jet - now speak the language of democracy. These "military assets", displaying their "unique capabilities", are now "protecting the Libyan people". Run for cover - or become collateral damage.

And now for our top 10 list:

10. The return of Ulysses. Operation "Odyssey Dawn"? Gotta hand it to Pentagon ghost writers. Homer's Odyssey is the archetype of all travel writing. So Odysseus/Ulysses roams the Med again. The return of the heroes who conquered Troy is now the return of the heroes who gave you shock and awe. Benghazi is Ithaca, with Tripoli in the waiting list. Muammar Gaddafi plays the Cyclops. But who's Circe? Hillary Clinton? Homeric Ulysses was upgraded from a fishing boat to the USS Mount Whitney, the flagship of the US Navy's 6th Fleet. So one must assume that, for now, Ulysses is commander Samuel Locklear III, who's in charge of the bombing.

As for Homer revised by Shakespeare, the trophy goes to chairman of the US Joint Chief of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen. He told CNN Operation Odyssey Dawn "isn't about seeing him [Gaddafi] go". But then he told NBC Gaddafi could stay, as in "it's very uncertain on how this ends". No wonder no one in this Odyssey has yet claimed to be Penelope.

9. The invisible Africom. There's total radio silence about the commander of the US Africom, General Carter Ham. He's in charge of all those Tomahawks, from his office in Stuttgart, Germany; after all, none among 53 African countries offered to host Africom. After the current phase 1, the command switches from Africom to the Anglo-French duo, or to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Brussels. Africom's main business is to guarantee the rapid deployment of "highly mobile troops" - to fight the never-extinct "war on terror", laser in on all those oil fields, try to offset China's business drive in Africa; talk about an open-ended mission. In short: Africom is about the Pentagon's militarization of Africa - suavely sold as "bringing peace and security". It's all part of the time-tested Pentagon's full spectrum dominance doctrine.

8. The R2P enigma. Top American humanitarian imperialists - or liberal hawks - include US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, US ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice, and National Security Council senior directors Samantha Power and Gayle Smith. They are all suckers for R2P - "responsibility to protect", the new international norm that supposedly prevents and stops genocides, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity.

R2P is still hazy. How many civilians must be killed before R2P kicks in? A few thousand? (a fair estimate of Gaddafi's victims before Odyssey Dawn). And where next for R2P? Here's a list of candidates. Yemen. Bahrain. Saudi Arabia. Israel. Uzbekistan. Ivory Coast. Sudan. Somalia. North Korea. Myanmar. Iran. Pakistan. And - remember Xinjiang and Tibet - China. Don't count on the UN to "protect" civilians in any of these destinations.

7. The new Obama doctrine, or Bush 2.0. The Obama administration turned George W Bush's wars in Iraq and Afghanistan into open-ended occupations; started an air/counter-insurgency war in Pakistan; bolstered a war in Somalia; bolstered a war in Yemen; and now started a war in Libya. The Western/Arab League war in Libya perfectly fits the new, two-pronged Obama doctrine of US outreach/regime alteration; outreach (former "regime change") for "evil dictators", alteration for "our" bastards.
