Of course. They already talk about new international regulation for powerplants and energy. Its not like people will beg for it just like no one begged for a EU. They just will say oh here is a problem, here is our solution and the people will swallow it. There is no begging just swallowing.

Let's not forget about Operation Blackjack - for those that were here 2 years ago, June 2009, it was heavily buzzed around the net, and there was a LONG discussion over it, some trying to decifer the codes. While most of us thought it would happen at that very time, and then when June 2010 rolled around there was a good chance when 2009 didn't come to pass, if memory serves, there were a few year who thought the codes decifered came out to 2011.

Well, we're in 2011 now - who knows, maybe OB was a hoax to get the internet folks distracted, I dunno. But the buzz has certainly died down now.
