Surviving The Ongoing Aerial Spraying

What is apparent to anyone with eyes to see is that there are planes in the sky and there are planes in the sky dumping something that will fall down on us. We can't know exactly what it is being sprayed as the trails cover horizon to horizon without dissipating, but things like Zinc Cadium being sprayed on populations in the past, "Geo Engineers" saying they want to dump aluminum on us (as in they already did), and a lot of  rich influential people saying us useless eaters need to die off give me reason for concern.

So understanding that there's nothing to stop this from happening and that no school, news, police or government will do anything or even acknowledgethe issue for that matter what steps can we take to mitigate the damage?

Obviously theres many potential threats including various metals as well as carcinogens and viruses etc

What steps can we take to strengthen our immune system (vitamin d?) clean our body of heavy metals (chlorella, cilantro?) and treat infectious threats (colloidal silver?)

Thanks for your post Tax Slave.  I think the most important things to do are to boost your immune system and use a variety of means to get the metals out of your system.  Use a water filter at home.   

There are a few suggestions in prior posts on this Forum which will give you some good, affordable and safe techniques that will hopefully help.
