i am thinking our gov't has been considerably less forthright about machines with multiple functions. people knew about woodpecker signal long before they knew WTC could be remotely imploded with electricity... |

But as far as officially listed heaters, haarp is the only phased array right? The amount of transmitters though is staggering and the chemtrail issue is a big part of these systems capabilities. The other big issue is Barium. People will try and argue these systems aren't powerful enough don't pay attention to the fact the upper and lower atmosphere is terraformed with barium, strontium etc. I suspect Russia does their fare share of stratosphere/ionsphere chemtrailing too. |

Well, I don’t see Sura, EISCAT, or Arecibo posting magnetometer readings. No government or corporation on the planet is really being “forthright” ATM. HAARP just gets more publicity than the others after a scalar event. Thus, the automatic blame when it could have been some other facility. |
