Charlie Sheen has spoken out for the first time about the moment his twin sons were taken away from him after ex Brooke Mueller took out a restraining order on the actor.

The Two and a Half Men star blasted Mueller's 'irresponsible parenting' after police arrived at his Beverly Hills mansion on Tuesday to take away 23-month-old Bob and Max to apparently return them to 33-year-old Mueller.

The children were taken after a roller-coaster 48 hours during which Sheen had given increasingly outrageous and eccentric interviews attacking his TV bosses for cancelling his show Two and a Half Men and boasted about his 'polygamous' lifestyle with a porn star and a former model.

Ironically, only last week he and his two 'goddess' companions and Ms Mueller had all been on holiday together in the Bahamas. Today Sheen claimed Ms Mueller had been ejected from the holiday for drug-taking.

Sheen said in an interview on The Today Show that he has 'no idea' where the twins are, admitting he had 'stupidly' assumed they would be going back to their mother's house.

The difference, I believe, is that we can see beyond the MSM and witness the broad picture where Charlie is being taken out for his beliefs about the truth, the same truth we all here, seek.  The others you mention cannot even be compared in this sense.  Is his life the Hollywood cha-ching for the likes of TMZ?  Of course, but underneath it all, like all smear campaigns, is something they won't report on.  Even when Alex tried to give the true reasons they tried to shut him up so they could just sit and bash Charlie's lifestyle.  I am not advocating his lifestyle, who here lives a perfect life?  Even JFK had his deviant skeletons, but that didn't take away from his core beliefs, which many of us admire here.

His kids were taken back to their Mother. The kids were not taken into state custody. I mean come on yeah he had great courage on 9/11 but he had his "goddesses" taking care of his kids one of whom was a porn star. Where would you stand if you were the kids mother? I am saddened by the inforwars obsession with this. He has pictures of his kids with his PORN girlfriend and his "nanny". If that were my kids, I would have a restraining order as well. People, this is a really sad state we have come to....Charlie may be on the right side in terms of the info war, but this has really done damage to our credibility and AJ's....and exactly at a time when we were just starting to be taken seriously. The next step will be to take them from the mother.  Children do not survive the CPS system. 98-99% either commit suicide or prefer prison life due directly to the abuse inflicted by the system causing their extreme dysfunction and inability to cope with, or function in society.  They are ruined, forever.

It's a mistake that parents make that will backfire.  If there is any child abuse in the home, both parents are considered responsible.

Her using the system to take the kids is simply playing into the systems hands to take the kids away from you both.  The next step will be to get her to "implicate you" because you are a child abuser.  This is done with the threat that if she does not, she is a child abuser too.  What is not known, is that she is considered one already, as well, and they are simply building their case on all fronts possible to take the kids into the system and adopt them out.

I feel very sorry that she went this route. Especially for the kids' sakes as they are the ones who suffer the most in these situations.  Do not sign any "plans" as these are admissions of guilt, period.
