Calling for ideas in DFW area.....

I realize I'm one of a LOT of newbies around right now but make no mistake, I'm not an Alex Jones Show "virgin" or whatever. I first picked it up on my way through Austin to Dallas from SA (where I'm originally from) on a sunday maybe 3 years ago?? ... looking for a cool local channel the likes of which only exist in cities like Austin and I went home and looked him up and have been listening since...

I would like to know if there is anyone around DFW who would like to get together and brainstorm on ideas for peaceful actions we could take to inform people. Personally, I'm pretty shy (which is why I'm just now joining the forum) and just getting my sea legs under me and I keep hitting walls and only finding people who still don't get it beyond the whole left right thing. I know you all can empathize with me when I say this. From my perspective Dallas is such a conservative, and I use this word in the traditional sense not the one used by the ones in control to make people think the opposite thing. They seem to be stuck in their own ways and unwilling to consider anything beyond the Republican party. I KNOW there are people here who believe like me! Where are they???

If you are not interested in forming our very own "think tank" (hey, if the criminals in charge can do it why can't we?) then will someone please direct me to some freedom fighters in the Dallas area... North Dallas like Plano, Allen, McKinney would be even better. I'm sure I am not the first one to ask this but I really, really think it's time for us to gather and protest in large numbers. Imagine a MILLION people marching on the capital bldg in Austin or even DC or the 10th Anniversary of 9/11. They may be able to shrug off or try to mock groups of 20 or even 50 or 100.. but they can not ignore all of us.

Another topic I am interested in discussing is ways to really study the tricks they use to manipulate people and somehow figure out a way to break through using their weapons of choice against them... sort of like turning their death ray back in on their death star and wow! What a revolution! Imagine a day when people actually live like people they interact with are not just characters on a tv show or a video game! Imagine a day when the television and media reality is not just an odd man out in a menage a trios gone wrong and people do things with each other again instead of living life like through an avatar version of themselves in fantasy land, when people are not so messed in the head and trying to find something that's right inside themselves all along but they have no idea because they are totally brainwashed by this idea and life that exists intertwined in the media... like we're all part of a borg or something..

I just know that forums are great but there is nothing like a group of people sitting around throwing ideas and feeding off each other's energy and passion. Computers can not take the place of human interaction and it's time, people. It's time. And this is coming from a former couch potato who would like DIE if I missed Frasier or Friends or ER on Thursday! I'm awake and I'm ready to contribute so if anyone is in DFW willing to discuss let me know!

Like I said, if you're not interested but know of an existing group feel free to suggest. I'm on fire with ideas... heh.. sounds funny but it feels good!

Don't know of a group, nor am I sure I'm willing to go out and do much at this time... just being honest.  I'm a search engine, document, law, movie and research junkie.  My primary focus as of late is income tax law and an intense desire for Constitutional Carry in Texas (something the TSRA has no interest in.. grrr!), and of course joining in the research/fleshing-out that goes on here when a topic gets really heated.

However, I am in Plano, so if you get a group going that has some idea of what will be going on, perhaps I'll revisit the idea.

Thank you for your honesty. I certainly can understand your position. What I have in mind is really a group that can first meet at like Starbucks or some other place to discuss ideas and brainstorm. I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one up here who is tuning in I didn't really think I was but sometimes it feels like it. I will surely keep you informed of what I find and if you ever change your mind...

In my post above, when I said maybe we can turn their control device back on them I was really meaning tactics like trying to figure out a way to break control over people's minds with advertising, the way they turn words into opposite meetings. I got to listen to Michael Badnarik at an Allen Area Patriots meeting and he was so awesome I left there totally inspired. He says something to the effect of the way they named the republican party so people would associate the word republic with the name and have the impression it's actually about republicanism. We see it when people call what I would say are communists or fascists liberals even though they're not interested in liberty or change at all. Progressives are into big government and backward movement against freedom and liberty. The Department of Defense is really the War Department... and so on...

I tell you what, this was a big hurdle for me to jump on my way into the truth. So I figure if we can use their little tricks against them maybe that's an idea... but of course not anything evil. I thought I needed to clarify that about my rant from last night... I get all pumped and words start flowing and I get all excited and new ideas come flowing out like a river in white rapids..

and I don't know about you guys but I haven't seen a single V sign in my area. Maybe I'd like to fix that but it would be nice to have a little moral support or at least a look out. LOL
