Libya has cut off it's oil supply to Europe.
Oil to go up to $150 - $200 a barrel in 9 to 12 months.

China is not going to be affected by the double cross of the Arabs...
In case nobody noticed the Arabs have been dumping their T bills for gold, silver, military supplies, art, etc, much like the Chinese have since the bailout! The US Treasury can't give their new junk bonds away. Goldman Sachs have been making a fortune peddling them under the table like pawnbrokers back to BoNY-Bernanke for QE2 loot in a kiting scheme since last year.

They're not that stupid! The main holders of T-Bills (other than pension funds, China and the Fed now) are druglords. The OPEC producers dont just accept them they sell/trade them off right away, because interest is un-Islamic and sinful to them..

They get to pollute with lead all over the place & the car industry doesn't have to go to the trouble & expense of outfitting cars, accordingly... Love, e

Most of them are probably in Europe. It's sinful for them to keep them - they just agreed to take them. Now they only accept dollars (for now). The impact will be when they won't even take dollars (nor will anybody else). They aren't gonna rip off Arabs defaulting on bonds, they are gonna rip off everyone who copped them at discounts from the biggest T-bill discount-sellers, who were always Arabs who couldn't off-load them fast enough...

LW: Arabs realize they will be double crossed (based on caller from Cairo) - LW: they will become literally paupers overnight.
AJ: End of 2012 - $$$ not world currency. LW: America won't be able to control what's going on in Middle East - $200 per barrel -
Caller:
Daemon in S.C. -
In Europe, Russia, Austria - 12.95 Euros per liter; over $18 per liter. Belarouse it was higher.
Mohammed from Middle East - Came from Iran(?) - LW is correct. He is religious person. There is a religious point in all of this (...) - AJ - will put on hold - phone is bad...
Daemon - wife's family is over there - deal with Russia and China is affecting maybe - and issue with Libya - will see major issue there. July-August he was there from last year. ...
LW: You must take care of your family.
AJ: Delta from N.J. - ... Police state is in place as solution - LW: Repeat of Egypt - last one will be Saudi Arabia - small piece of this - Wisconsin - AJ: Detroit - shutting schools down. LW: It will spread to America from the Middle East.
Fred in Ohio: ... AJ: (summarizing) - This is an InfoWar - violence isn't the answer.

I tried calling the 512 number from Europe but could not get through. Too many calls. Wil try again tomorrow. I would like to ask if the rebellion is going to spread in Europe especially that our countries have a lot of Muslims - many of them fundamentalists- so there is a possibility that the rebellion might spread here.

Overdrive 30 min with LW tomorrow beginning the 3rd hour.
LW: What is happening in Libya - they are shooting at civilians. Libya sells 1.6M barrels today. All of this is supported by elite. It is an atrocity. Elite thinks this has to happen to bring about the plan.
(Brian) from Utah: Make this viral through college campuses and military. We must become peacemakers. We have been double-crossed as well; so has our military. Kissenger - responsible - but there was focus on military-industrial complex.
Tomorrow - have pencils and paper and recorders ready - amount of oil and where the fields are. LW: Military base agreements - our military is in dire straits. Who knows? Jets need jet fuel.

So, we should just ignore everything he said and not prepare for the worst because the guy is trying to make a living? Should we apply this illogical method with Alex and deny him making a living as well? Nobody has to buy anything from anybody if they don't want to, but to simply ignore the information presented on such a weak argument leads me to question whom needs to "wake up" here.

Looking at the oil market and the crude barrel price in the next coming days will be a good indicator in the next few days and also BRENT (north sea oil) prices for Europe. Libya are a big producer if they cut off their oil deliveries prices will skyrocket.

Libya are a big producer if they cut off their oil deliveries prices will skyrocket. And then Austrian Schoolers will insist it's all the result of "dollar devaluation" (as opposed to artificial scarcity or oil speculation).

True some secular (Kashogi-type) Arabs may accept and hold T Bills but no Muslim can. Muslims couldn't off-load them fast enough. Most were discounted to Europeans, US Banksters, arms makers or money laundering drug lords. The Libyans were shooting at armed insurgents at armories and as warnings at crowds to deter them from going there. Libya is a secular Constitutional Republic (much like Iraq was) save for Sharia or Common law choice. The Kissinger bond deal was mostly in lieu of money in exchange for arming them to the teeth by bond-financed deals with US MI contractors. It was just a way of making a treasury printed (as opposed to both that and Fed monetized) backdoor-sellers market for US arms manufacturers. Mostly pension funds and Germans and Drug lords have those sinful interest-bearing bonds now. Muslims were always desperate to dispose of them before a coupon matured.

Well, kinda strange: though oil is "black gold" it's a totally paper-only risk. Unless you have an underground tank somewhere or a fleet of tank trailers, you can only buy equities or futures derivatives of it. So it is surely showing itself to be the most profitable speculative commodity around to gamble on, it's also not at all so rare and it's price is volatile, arbitrary and politically determined. You know why Gadhafi is perfectly safe there (this is a phony Shell/CIA op)? He's not very rich.

Quote from: Jackson Holly on Today at 11:53:04 AM Iranian warships through the Suez ...
EvadingGrid Actually they are entitled to go through the canal. BUT, we do wonder what they are delivering through Syria, or more likely picking up S-300, or S-400 missile systems via Syria from Russia. Bear in mind these missiles are only for air defence, and everyone has a right to defend themselves, no matter what we think of the regime. S-300 Wikihttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-300_%28missile%29http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-400The modified S-300, and the S-400 are capable of detecting and blowing out of the sky stealth aircraft. I understand that is the first Iranian war ships allowed through the canal since 1979 ... I was just wondering what it means. Lindsay got cut off - didn't finish his thought.

how is it a weak argument to state if it is of the utmost important information then why are they doing commercial breaks why pushing the sale of the DVD? you don't need the DVD if he would just say what needs to be told. Pretty straight forward as anyone would be able to get the info off the show right no money needs to exchange hands. And the info could be spread now not in a few weeks

Here we go: http://www.zerohedge.com/article/mohamed-el-erian-says-we-can-not-assume-dollar-will-retain-its-reserve-currency-statusvia Bloomberg It has begun. Now we wait for something to bridge the petro-dollar. I doubt gold-backed currency happens given the historical confiscation of Gold during the Great Depression PLUS the fact that it would actual benefit China since that's where much of the gold is coming from. China only has oil due to the deal they made with Russia. We may see a renegotiation of that contract given the severe increase in oil prices that are bound to happen. OPEC can temporarily increase the oil supply, and may certainly intend to do so given that all of the Middle Eastern countries that supply oil may have similar problems to Libya. So in the long term, we cannot expect OPEC from the Middle East to supply oil with any certainty. If the US begins gearing up oil production, that takes time, which will only exacerbate the oil supply, giving them further excuses to raise oil prices. Certainly if the US states begin claiming bankruptcy, and if we have civil unrest, then you can imagine the rise in commodity prices as the dollar may become GREATLY DEVALUED. The globalists will most certainly win and get their way for a world currency that they can rely upon to maintain their wealth. They have bankrupted the world through the derivative crisis while simultaneous encouraging world leaders to increase their own money supply.
