It's not like there are "glitches" by "accident" here and there. They're obviously doing this b/c they have an agenda somewhere.

I haven't heard a word about any "rolling blackouts" in the Pheonix area, which is where I live. However there was a large area of Mesa that power was out for awhile, but that's it.

That article hardly suggests "blackouts". That's an outage for 65,000 in an area of about 2.5 million.

I live in Phoenix I haven't experienced any blackouts. It is really cold! lol

Yeah, I watch the local news. Channel 5 tends to sensationalize everything! They are also the worst in my opinion in pushing the immigration issue on behalf of the Hispanic community. It's the media that's calling it a "rolling blackout, while claiming it is the power companies that call it that. What actually happened was they had some issues with their stations so they intentionally "managed" the power to make up the difference. It wasn't really blackouts.

And yes, it is cold for here. We set a record yesterday, 44F, for the lowest high temp for the month of February.
