The Unanimous Re-Declaration of the 50 united States of America

In the first hour of the November 15th show Alex signed his name to the Declaration of Independence and asked those who can see the take-over of our republic by usurpers of our federal agent as foreseen and warned of by the Founders, to unite with him.

He asked that we update and sign this timeless appeal to God and Reason with the commitment of "our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor..." being "All in," as he says it. This along with the understanding that the object of the so-called "secession" is not to split the union of our State Republics, but to split from the globalist usurpers who have overtaken and commandeered our Federal agent, expanding and perverting it to tyranny, opposite to and far beyond it's original intent. The federal control today bears no resemblance to our true government as created in a decade of popular debate and described within Article I Section 8 of the Constitution.

To achieve this takeover, with subterfuge the last century and a half, they have slowly and methodically altered our laws. Not for the sake of the people, but to benefit a totally foreign power opposed to our hard won Constitution and its' necessary laws. Knowing the subterfuge and fraud they've committed, each act as described and leveled first upon the King of England 236 years ago in The Declaration, are virtually the same acts being committed by this new world order tyranny today... Tyranny now is as it has always been, it is Tyranny no matter what face it wears.

It is for this reason that this timeless document for Liberty, The Declaration of Independence, requires only situational updates to be as relevant against the Tyranny today, as it was for our forefathers 236 years ago when Jefferson penned it..

Actually, the words "eradicate" and or "exterminate" would describe a more fitting end to these blood sucking life destroying PARASITES. Now that I have expelled that bit of well aimed vitriol... we can explore this process with rationality.

I hope folks will take a closer look at the true meaning of the term “secession,” which has been destroyed so it seems, by its’ association with the “War between the States,” the so-called Civil War, rather than as the necessary step toward lawful remedy against tyranny it represents.

"Secession" is a legal term describing a point of contractual repair or remedy, after one party, in this case the feds, perverts or breaks conditions of a contract at the expense of the other party, the States and the people in this case. The injured party will lawfully ceases participation in the contract as it concerns the federal offender. We secede, that is we cease dealings with the agent, and sue for complete redress and removal of the offending agent from the position, initiating contractual restoration with new agents. The present agents and their handlers view 95% of the worlds' population as their cattle (chattel) to be liquidated now at a huge profit to themselves. The Constitution is a contract made between the independent States and the individuals who comprise them, designed among other things, to create a federal agent for protection of the rights and interest of all individuals and their delegated powers to the States, on the wider world stage. The federal “government” as empowered by this Constitutional contract in Article I, Section 8, is primarily for this purpose, and to act as mediator in disputes between states in specified areas. The powers of the general government are few and limited by design, yet the present federal agent is way outside these Constitutional parameters.  As a result it has become part of the most megalomaniacal tyranny that has ever lifted its' liberty crushing boot upon the world.

By the way, British banks and the Crown were the instigators for both the North and the South… they were also the principal suppliers for the “South” before and during the “Civil War.”.... Hegelian?”….. That Bad ol’ divide and conquer works for the bastids again.

Around the web, there are people who are calling on folks to petition their states to secede from the Union and call for a Constitutional Convention. THIS IS INSANITY!

Actually, it would mean DEATH for the states, to secede piecemeal from the other States and the Constitution. Rather there should be a concerted movement, by all of the states or at the minimum 38 of them to "fire" the federal government, which is what secession is; a ceasing of interaction with the federal agent. It is NOT separation from the Constitutional Union of States.  

The civil war is NOT the model for this. The civil war was a subversion of this constitutional process, a psy-op by global interests in order to gain control of the country. (see signature quote below)  The American Revolution on the other hand, IS the model and requires only our UNITY.
 
YOU NEVER CALL FOR A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION... The Constitution is not the problem, the rogue federal government as it has metastasized over the last 160 years, IS the problem. To illustrate, think of it like this... you do not separate the members of your family one from another in order to FIRE your lawyer... Just as you wouldn't destroy your house just to take out the trash.
