Napolitano 'Committed Criminal Conspiracy' With Judge John Roll Who Was Slain Today

 Janet Napolitano was alleged as "aiding and abetting" John Roll in a criminal conspiracy to "make an example" out of those who try to skirt federal regulations. An IRS audit case in the nineties makes a passionate plea against federal dictatorship and makes shocking allegations of constitutional infringements.

It wasn't the FBI, it was Napolitano who announced that Federal Judge John Roll was among those assassinated in today's shooting. She just received an explosive package herself. In a very cursory statement she condemned the shooting as "senseless violence."

It could make sense that Roll was the target of today's shooting, because he received death threats. When he ruled that federal illegal immigrant lawsuits against ranch owners could proceed, "talk-radio shows cranked up the controversy and spurred audiences into making threats." Is this the conservative violence that Napolitano warned us all about? But that was 11 months ago, so why the wait? Just 3 days ago he complained that Arizona's recently adopted streamlined method of dealing with illegal immigration is overburdening the judicial system, causing a "judicial emergency.' He sought "permission to delay bringing felons to trial" His crusade against state involvement in illegal immigration continued right until his murder. So maybe some extremist conservative saw this, decided it's the final straw and wanted him gone? Not so fast! Consider that Napolitano was state governor until recently, when she left to become Obama's Big Sister. She famously slammed Arizona's new immigration law and falsely claimed Arizona's border "is more secure than it has ever been." Many conservatives complained that she turned on state and state's rights and now is a proponent of federal rights. But a court case reveals she teamed up with John Roll before to diminish states rights.

She was involved in an IRS tax lien against New Life Health Center. New Life was targeted for $4 million after they had placed assets into foreign trusts. “They are conservative Republicans who are active in their community and care about the future of our Country.” A FOIA request determined that a Federal Grand Jury teamed up with the IRS and the US Attorney, violating the 4th amendment. But a Judge ruled the federal government has “sovereign immunity.” The US Attorney refused to settle and allegedly told them:

“This is not an issue of money (Dr. Burns), this is a power issue. We intent on putting you and your Company out of business to make you an example.”

Complaints and lawsuits against the government were thrown out. Counsel filed a FOIA for proof of jurisdiction for the federal government, and when the gov couldn't produce anything, they declared this shows "the 'Application of the United States of America' appears to be fraudulent on its face" and claimed: " a criminal conspiracy of federal officers, employees, and agents in the instant case."

The company made a passionate plea for State’s rights and against federal dictatorship.

It went to the 9th Circuit, and they sent “all books and records” to the the Grand Jury in response to a subpoena. This never reached the court, however, as it was all stolen in the mail. A total of 27 pleadings were stolen from the mail. The Counsel made a criminal complaint against Judge John Roll and Janet Napolitano for “obstruction of justice, jury tampering, perjury, bribery, and conspiracy.” The complaint states “John M. Roll admitted, on the official court record, that he had intercepted” a request for investigation to the Grand Jury that never arrived, along with all other pleadings. The FBI refused to investigate.

“We count 27 counts of mail fraud, 27counts of jury tampering, 27 counts of obstruction of justice, and 27 counts of conspiracy to commit all of the above, committed by a conspiracy of persons including, but not limited to, John M.Roll, Janet Napolitano, Robert L. Miskell, and EvangelinaCardenas.”

The complaint against Napolitano says she aided John Roll in these criminal acts of obstruction:

Ms. Janet Napolitano with:

(1) aiding and abetting the obstruction of correspondence transmitted via first class, certified, and registered United States Mail, under color of law (25 counts), in violation of 18 U.S.C. 2 and 1702;

(2) aiding and abetting the act of tampering with a federal grand jury (25 counts), in violation of 18 U.S.C. 2 and 1512;

(3) aiding and abetting obstruction of criminal investigations (25 counts), in violation of 18 U.S.C. 2 and 1510;

(4) deprivation of fundamental Rights under color of law, specifically the Right to Petition a lawfully convened federal grand jury for a formal investigation (25 counts), in violation of 18 U.S.C. 242;

(5) conspiracy to commit all of the above (25 counts), in violation of 18 U.S.C. 241 and 371.

Point well-taken.

Well lookie lookie lookie...

The Judge did not see a sign and stop by...he was called on the phone on Friday and told to meet her there. Why did the judge want to meet her?

BECAUSE HE WAS PISSED OFF AT DEALING WITH THE BATSHIT CRAZY CASELOADS DUE TO BORDER SECURITY INSANITY!

Judge's final actions key to federal charge for his murder

The actions and motivations of U.S. District Court Judge John Roll just before he was shot dead at Rep. Gabrielle Giffords's campaign event in Tucson on Saturday are important for the public narrative about the tragedy, but they're also vital to the federal criminal charge for his murder.

The criminal complaint federal prosecutors filed Sunday against the alleged shooter, Jared Loughner, goes to some lengths to demonstrate that Roll didn't show up at the Giffords event just to say hello to the congresswoman, or on some whim after attending mass, as reports Saturday suggested. That storyline was fueled by Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, who said "because [Roll] knows Gabrielle very well, [he] came around the corner to say hi. Unfortunately he was in the wrong place at the wrong time."

By contrast, FBI agent Tony Taylor argues that Roll was at the event to talk to Giffords about ongoing problems related to a surge in the federal judicial caseload in Arizona--a problem which the judge has attributed to a boost in the number of federal agents sent to the area to address immigration and border-related crime.

Under federal law, the murder or attempted murder of a U.S. official, such as a judge, is only considered a federal crime if committed "while such officer or employee is engaged in or on account of the performance of official duties." In other words, if Roll simply stopped by the event to greet Giffords, who he's said to have been friendly with, or due to idle curiosity about what was happening there, his killing probably wouldn't be a federal offense.

Prosecutors are so intent on showing that Roll was on official business that they rely on triple-hearsay to make the case in their complaint. Taylor says Giffords aide Ron Barber, who was seriously wounded in the attack, gave details about Roll's attendance at the event to Giffords's chief of staff Pia Carusone, who in turn told U.S. Marshal David Gonzales, who shared the info with Taylor. (Such hearsay probably wouldn't be permitted at a trial, but is fairly common in an agent's sworn decalation like the one filed Sunday.)

"Judge Roll attended the event and sought to speak to Congresswoman Giffords, and spoke with Mr. Barber about issues about the volume of federal cases in the District of Arizona; Judge Roll expressed his appreciation to Mr. Barber for the help and support Congresswoman Giffords had given," Taylor wrote, citing the triple-hearsay account. It's not clear if Roll ever talked to Giffords at the event Saturday.

Taylor also says Roll was told of the Giffords event by phone on Friday, knocking down the idea that he saw a sign or otherwise stumbled on the event on Saturday. And the FBI agent says video shows Roll "speaking for several minutes with Mr. Barber," which tends to suggest that the judge's visit wasn't purely social.

Of course, Roll's murder, like that of anyone killed at the event on Saturday, can also be prosecuted under state law. But it looks for now like the local prosecutors will take a back seat while the federal prosecution goes forward. The state can pursue its case after the feds are done. That is especially likely if the federal case were to end in a way some might consider unsatisfactory, such as an acquittal by reason of insanity or a sentence of life rather than the death penalty.

The presence or absence of the charge against Roll in the federal case probably won't make much difference in the punishment for Loughner stemming from the federal case. The killing of Giffords aide Gabriel Zimmerman would appear to make the federal case death penalty eligible, even if prosecutors have trouble proving beyond a reasonable doubt that Roll was "engaged in...official duties" at the time of his killing.

Quite possibly.

I'm not quite sure if he was a good guy yet or a bad guy or a little of both.  It would have been better if he was still alive -- so he could answer some questions.

It truly is a shame what's happened.  An injustice to us all.

I'm tempted to give him the benefit of the doubnt in this case, but if there is any truth to this Napolitano story, it may hold a clue to his death -- and he very well may have been the real target.

The only "evidence" of him being a "bad guy" is flimsier than the "evidence" that JFK and MLK were commies after they were also executed by anti-government trilateral terrorists.

Well, I certainly don't believe MLK or JFK were commies, but I think JFK played the game for quite  while and only after achieving the Presidency challenged the PTB, along with which he had hitherto gone (and I am half a "potato eater" -- Irish Catholic).

However, I can find no other confirmation on this story either and am quite willing to let it go for the moment.

There are definitely much bigger fish to fry.

wtf does that have to do with fabricated bullshit "evidence" of him being a commie. He was no commie. He was executed in broad daylight so that the New World Order could send a message that they own the executive branch of the US. Now a judge is murdered sending a similar message about the judicial branch. The clear threat to this country's national security by such an anti-government act is getting dissipated bt nonsense about him being a "bad" guy. He was government, he was murdered. This was an anti-government act and needs to be investigated fully as TPTB will try and convince various moronic sub elite groups that the murder was a good thing as they did with JFK's murder. NOTHING GOOD CAN COME OUT OF SUCH AN ACT OF LIKELY TREASONOUS CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER OF A STANDING FEDERAL JUDGE ESPECIALLY IF IT IS NOT FULLY INVESTIGATED.

Agreed.

Actually, never disagreed.
