Guys, when the cops pull back the media --- in this case, 500 yards --- guess what? Stuff starts happening.

Since it was a federal employee who was shot, killed and a congresswoman, the FBI is now taking over the investigation. Yeah, and they'll take any video, photo footage that did exist, too.

What person DOESN'T have photo or video footage of their congressman? This is bizarre.

Look at what they did in '93 in Waco: they pulled the media people back 1 stinking MILE.

Israeli Terror Expert 1998:
"FBI might fall for a false-flag operation"

...the FBI might fall for a false-flag operation. A terrorist state might use American extremists, for example, to carry out such an attack. The FBI might catch the extremists, but not understand they were minor figures, and present them instead as major figures.

True, but it was stated earlier that  scoped rifle was found by a sheriff near the scene.  That's a tough detail to get wrong.

Quote
Eyewitness account

Dr. Steven Rayle told CBC News how he had gone with a friend to meet Giffords at the Safeway store and was walking toward her when the shooting began.

"I proceeded around sort of a concrete post to the side of the table, and as I looked up, I saw a man shoot Congressman Giffords in the head and then he immediately began rapid fire [at] everybody who was around in the area."

Rayle said it wasn't a large crowd, about 25 people.

"There were several people who appeared to be mortally wounded right away. There was a gentleman who was lying on his face, unresponsive. There were several other people. There were people who had been shot," he said.

Rayle said when the shots were fired, he initially thought it was some sort of stunt because the gunfire didn't sound real.

"But of course it was and then I ducked behind this concrete post out of the way of the shooter who was continuing to shoot," he said. "I sensed that he was coming around beyond the table to leave and he was still shooting and I got down on the ground and laid there as if I had been shot so that he didn't see me standing."

Rayle said that a doctor in such a situation would try to triage as best as possible, but that there's not a lot that can be done. He said at least five people were given CPR and that Giffords was propped up.

"I could see that she had been shot in the head. A staffer was attending to her. She was very bloody and I could see that she was conscious. She was moving her fingers and hands and had moved her arms so I was hopeful that those were not fatal wounds for her."

Hate to disagree with someone with 55k posts on my first day, but this law only applies to impersonating a real person, which is already a crime (and should be, IMO). Unlike Obama's "internet id", the CA law doesn't say anything about aliases, multiple id's, or false id's, as long as you don't pretend to be me.

the law is 100% bullshit, have you even read it?

there are 20 people saying they are the patsy...the media will say: "because anyone can sign up as someone else, we need regulation to stop this. california tried a bill, but it cannot really enforce it. CISCO has a system set up and ready to go that can do the job, but congress is taking their time"

you can see this crap a mile away

Right so we've got to make this guy look like a stupid constitutionalist screwball then. Lets make one of those youtube videos, it can't be difficult. I know, we need a flag, and some bloke who looks like him wandering around looking like a nutter. You'll need to wear a mask so they don't know its not him. Wear some plastic bags as trousers, and totter about like a mental case. We'll put some random pointless poorly spelt comments in, anything to make him look useless and crazy. Then he can burn the flag, like his trying to say something, but he is not sure exactly what. Oh yeah and some loud anarchic type music too.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3L1lsLU-kUw

It is almost as if RAND corporation has planned to have teams of cyber soldiers to engage at a moments notice and control the narratives while blurring the lines of Posse Comitatus...

WHITE PAPER ON INFORMATION TERRORISM
1997
Brian K. Houghton
Doctoral Fellow
RAND CORPORATION

http://www.devost.net/papers/suntzu.pdf

Offensive information warfare techniques developed for military use at a state level could also be utilized to respond to information terrorism. Law enforcement agencies, in general, do not have similar offensive information warfare capabilities. For this reason a specialized and integrated counter information terrorism group is required. These highly trained information warriors would be the national security equivalent of Carnegie Mellon’s Computer Emergency Response Team, but with an offensive capability. Like a “Digital Delta Force” these Digital Integrated Response Teams (DIRTs) would work from remote computer systems and use information warfare tactics to detect, locate and counter the information terrorists. The DIRTs would be in networked remote cells inside CONUS (with one on the East and West coasts, and an additional cell in the Midwest). The DIRTs would exploit law enforcement IT-oriented assets, investigative capabilities, and intelligence bases. The DIRTs, created by Executive Order, would operate as a cell of the National Security Council and take its directives from the information terrorism counterpart to the White House “Drug Czar.”

These information warriors, comprised of members from the Joint Services, as well as Justice and Treasury Departments, would strike using digital means against computers and networks used by the information terrorists. Using an anonymous response, the U.S. government could strike at information terrorists without large display or legitimizing the terrorists, both of which would occur with a physical response. Such a response offers ultimate plausible denial. In addition, the DIRTs close integration with law enforcement agencies would provide legal guidance and accountability, and avoid a “Posse Comitatus” syndrome.

This structure would combine the investigative and jurisdictional assets of the law enforcement community with the offensive capabilities of the military. If the United States is going to enter the Information Age, we need to have policy that spans the spectrum of information-related threats to our national security, driving offensive and defensive assets that can respond symmetrically and effectively. Our offensive capabilities against peer or near-peer competitors are formidable, whether in information or conventional warfare.

Yeah it is never good when they try to push back a free press--plus, I am sure FBI already confiscated the raw footage of all the news agencies there.  Because if this is a false flag, like it is shaping up to look like, they have got to make sure that the other shooters are not exposed.

Corrections:  Waco was in 1995, and they made all the press go back 2 miles.   Wink

UPDATE 1-Healthcare vote postponed due to shooting - Cantor

WASHINGTON | Sat Jan 8, 2011 8:23pm EST

WASHINGTON Jan 8 (Reuters) - The House of Representatives will postpone next week's vote to repeal President Barack Obama's healthcare reform legislation due to the shooting of Democratic Representative Gabrielle Giffords, House Republican Leader Eric Cantor said on Saturday.

"All legislation currently scheduled to be considered by the House of Representatives next week is being postponed so that we can take whatever actions may be necessary in light of today's tragedy," Cantor said in a prepared statement.

Giffords had received threats for her support of the healthcare reform bill and her office in Tucson was vandalized after the measure passed Congress last March.

Repeal of the law is a priority of Republicans who won control of the House in November elections, and it is expected to pass the House easily when the vote takes place.

The effort is not expected to advance in the Democratic-controlled Senate, however.

Cantor said he would release a revised House schedule on Sunday.

"It is horrifying that she was exposed to such violence at an event designed to reach the people she represents," Cantor said.

Almost like suppressed fire, maybe some silencers were involved?

NO BALLISTICS TESTING

NO TRAJECTORY RE-ENACTING

NO AUTOPSIES

NOTHING BUT "LONE GUNMAN"

There had to be at least 4 gunmen to hit over 80% of the targets with a 25% kill rate + ensuring that the prime target was assassinated!

TUCSON, Ariz. -- [Updated at 6:15 p.m.] Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik just held a news conference and released more details on the shooting rampage at a Tucson Safeway. Dupnik said 19 people were shot, and six of them were killed. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was shot in the head point-blank. Dupnik said the bullet went through and through. She it out of surgery and doctors are optimistic on her recovery.

U.S. District Judge John Roll was among the dead. Dupnik said Roll attended Saturday morning mass around the corner from the Safeway. Roll was a close friend of Giffords and decided to stop by to say hello to Giffords.

Dupnik said a 6-year-old girl was also killed. He didn't release details on the other victims.

He gave few details on the gunman. Dupnik said he has a troubled past, and investigators are "not convinced he acted alone." According to Dupnik, the gunman went to the Safeway with someone else.

[Updated at 5:53 p.m.] The gunman held in the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords of Arizona and others has been identified as Jared Loughner.

Little information is known immediately about Loughner -- such as his background or a possible motive in the attack.

U.S. officials who provided his name to the AP spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to release it publicly.

hold up man, Sheriff so far is exposing second gunman (at least). he has no power to limit free speech...BUT HE DOES HAVE THE POWER TO INVESTIGATE THE CRIME SCENE!

They will try and have us attack him especially if he is actually investigating.

Once a second gunman is confirmed, it is a conspiracy and will lead to many others.

I just updated my article on this news to use that preferred wording.  Shooting victims are hustled off the scene and then we're informed later that they're dead.  Highly publicized false flags like this one are a great way to fake deaths and create new identities.  Let's not assist the perpetrators.

Almost like suppressed fire, maybe some silencers were involved?

other reports earlier stated that the initial shots sounded like tons of pots and pans falling to the ground which one might say is loud

so this is another strange part of the narative that could point to multiple guns

Updated today at 6:29 PM

excerpt:

According to officials close the the investigation, Loughner told authorities he acted alone, but Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik said investigators do not believe that. He said investigators believe Loughner arrived at the event with another person. Dupnik would not divulge any other details except to say that authories are actively pursuing another individual as a "person of interest."

Investigators said they have recovered the Glock 19 that was used in the shooting. Law-enforcement officials said that the semi-automatic pistol was legally purchased at Sportsman's Warehouse in Tucson on Nov. 30.

One witness said it was clear that Giffords was Loughner's intended target.

Two people at the event tackled Loughner after the bullets stopped flying. He was then taken into PCSO custody.

Suspicious device prompts evacuation at Rep. Giffords' office
Posted: Jan 08, 2011 5:53 PM Updated: Jan 08, 2011 5:56 PM

TUCSON, AZ (KOLD) - Tucson Police officers have evacuated the area surrounding Rep. Gabrielle Gifford's office after finding a suspicious device near the building, police said.

Officers assigned to provide security following Saturday's shooting of Giffords found the device shortly after 5 p.m., Tucson Police spokesman Lt. Fabian Pacheco said.

The offices are located in the 1600 Block of North Swan, near Pima.

A crowd of about 30 to 40 people, including media and those holding a vigil for the deadly attack, were moved across the street as a precaution, KOLD News reporter Barbara Grijalva said.

Tucson Police have called their bomb specialists to the area to investigate the device.
